GGastnutzerWe loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups.
We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable.
When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference.
Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling).
On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast.
However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe room was quite spacious and the location is convenient. Breakfast was fine, with a decent variety and quality. However, the in-room facilities are very outdated — both the microwave and hairdryer were not working during my stay. The biggest downside was the extremely poor internet connection, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives, but also areas that need improvement.

Ffapp7Um in T1 zum Hotel zu kommen, müssen Sie zum Tor 8 gehen und den Aufstieg. Obwohl es sagt Radisson (oder andere Hotelkette) es führt Sie tatsächlich zu diesem Hotel. Beim Ankunftszeitpunkt in Mexiko City war der interne Transferzug von T2 bis T1 nicht betrieben (es ist derzeit unter Wartung). Ich bin nicht sicher, ob das Hotel einen Shuttlebus hat, aber am Flughafen haben sie mich angezeigt, den ”roten Bus” zu nehmen; es berechnet 25MXN pro Person, aber dann habe ich erfahren, es war ein anderer Bus neben ihm, der Sie kostenlos T1 nimmt.
Das Zimmer selbst war gut, obwohl es einen bestimmten indischen Geruch hatte, nicht sicher, ob von früheren Gästen oder der Lotion sie am Tauch haben.
Ich verbrachte dort nur eine Nacht wegen der späten Ankunft und des frühen Fluges am nächsten Tag. Obwohl ich sehr früh auscheckte, konnten sie das Frühstück für mich vorbereiten. Der Hühner sandwich war ein Segen in meinem nächsten Flug.
2 Dinge, die nicht so groß waren: Einer der 2 Aufzüge, die aus dem Flughafen in die Lobby zu kommen, funktionierten nicht richtig, wege in den Lobbyboden gefangen. Im Zimmer war das Gärten nicht vollständig geschlossen, und das hellweiße Licht des Flughafens war leicht ins Zimmer eindringen (Ich bin nicht empfindlich auf Licht zu schlafen, aber einige Leute können).
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, wenn Sie nur übernachten. Es gibt nichts Tourismus, aber der Flughafen bietet Ihnen viele Mahlzeiten in der Nähe des Hotels.

FFilipino Traveler & Entrepreneur - Beverly VegaI checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

Mein Aufenthalt in ULIV Mexiko City war nichts weniger als ausgezeichnet! Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, ging das Personal oben und darüber hinaus, um mich willkommen zu fühlen. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, näher zu kommen und immer eifersüchtig, mit jeder Anfrage oder Frage zu helfen.
Die Unterkunft war modern, unspottbar und sorgfältig gestaltet, und bietet alles, was ich für einen komfortablen und nützlichen Aufenthalt benötigt habe. Die Lage war auch ideal, mit einfachen Zugang zu einigen der besten Attraktionen der Stadt Mexiko, Speisespots und kulturellen Landschaften.
Was aber wirklich herausgekommen war, war das Niveau der personalisierten Pflege, die das Team lieferte. Ob es mit Empfehlungen unterstützt, sicherzustellen, dass alles im Zimmer perfekt war, oder nur mich mit einem warmen Lächeln begrüßt, ihre Gastfreundschaft machte den ganzen Unterschied.
Ich kann ULIV Mexiko City nicht genug empfehlen. Es ist klar, dass sie ihre Gäste erlebten, und ich werde sicher auf meinem nächsten Besuch zurückkehren!

GGastnutzerEverything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting.
The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105)
We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

TTheVoyagerWe really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

Es ist kein Hotel so offensichtlich der Service ist völlig anders als Sie erwarten Für Reinigung und? Gesamtausstattung.. Aber es ist völlig ok für eine gute Nacht Schlaf und eine bequeme, sichere und schöne Lage zu bleiben.
Wollen sie PayPal etwas Aufmerksamkeit auf Details, zum Beispiel in trio.com? app es sagt, dass das Zimmer ein? Balkon hatte und als wir ankamen, hatten wir nicht einmal Fenster.
Wir waren aus einer langen Reise nicht zu Problemen gekommen, aber das hätte früher empfohlen werden können.
Wir waren zwei Menschen, aber nur eine Handtuch, so dass es eine Unannehmlichkeit war, die wahrscheinlich hätten von der Verwaltung vermieden werden könnten, würde einen Geburtstag mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Buchungen.
Insgesamt OK Aufenthalt für eine Nacht-Stop-over in Mexiko Stadt.

GGastnutzerEs liegt an der Reforma Avenue. Ich halte die Gegend für relativ sicher. An der Fassade des Gebäudes prangt eine etwas ungewöhnliche Illustration zum Tag der Toten. Die Lobby ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Trotz der ungewöhnlichen Illustration waren alle Angestellten sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist zwar alt, aber sauber. Es gibt weder Kühlschrank noch Zahnbürste. Ich habe nicht ganz verstanden, wie der Safe funktioniert. Angesichts der sicheren Lage bietet dieses Hotel meiner Meinung nach ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
