Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, es war mehr als dreimal. Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.

Badezimmer sind groß mit separater Dusche mit Regendusche und umfasst alle Toiletten. Gute Lage, umgeben von Restaurants und Lebensmittelplätze sind in weniger als einem Gehminut. Mall und Kabel-Autobahn nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Bucht nur Zimmer, also am nächsten Tag musste für das Frühstück zahlen und bemerkte, es war ein wenig preiswert. Insgesamt. Liebe das Hotel und würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Die Lage und der Kundenservice sind gut, das Zimmer ist geräumig, es stehen viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung, der Aufzug ist schnell. Was mich aber wirklich überrascht, ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Ich habe nicht einmal vor, die Badewanne zu benutzen, da sich darauf Flecken befinden. Eine Sache, die wir hervorheben möchten, ist, dass die Kissen nicht sauber sind, da immer noch Flecken auf den Kissen zu sehen sind. Außerdem habe ich im Mülleimer auch einen klebrigen Fleck entdeckt. Das Restaurant ist voller Fliegen, ich kann nicht einmal einen Ort zum Essen finden, ohne von Fliegen belästigt zu werden. Ehrlich gesagt können wir nur mit einer Hand essen, die andere ist damit beschäftigt, die Fliegen zu vertreiben. Diese Reise ist definitiv nicht den Preis wert, aber wir werden wiederkommen, wenn das Sauberkeitsproblem gelöst werden kann.

Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. Wir genossen wirklich die Onsen-Session, vor allem der Sakura Pool, das ein Stück feiner Kunst war. Die Einzigart des Pools erhöhte die Freude, in heißem Wasser zu schlucken in einem kalten Abend. Die anderen Pools waren auch einzigartig, 1 mit Nano-Bubble, die wir erzählt wurden, wurde aus Japan importiert. Nach dem Schmelzen machte es unsere Haut glatt. Wir genossen auch den anderen Pool in der Nähe des Fensters, das mit der höchsten Temperatur war. Mit dem kalten Brisewind aus dem Fenster kamen wir so entspannt und komfortabel. Das Hotel bot im Allgemeinen einen tollen Service. Danke für ihre gezielten Gästeoffiziere. Wir hatten auch einen guten Schlaf auf dem komfortablen Bett. Für diejenigen, die einen entspannenden Urlaub wünschen und nicht zu weit von der zerstörerischen Genting Resorts Welt der Unterhaltung, ist das Yanné Onsen Hotel eine große Wahl.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

1) Personal hat nur eine Stock-Entschuldigung ”Es tut mir leid, wir geben nicht, dass XXXX” Entschuldigung, ich habe 3 Zimmer reserviert, alle gleichen Typ. 2 von ihnen haben einen Desktop-Stuhl, sagen Sie mir durch ein Wunder, dass mein ein Zimmer nicht sollte ein haben? 2) Hausaufbewahrung und Wartung ist schleifend und schmutzig am besten. Zimmer, tatsächlich das ganze Hotel riecht musty. 1 von unseren 3 Zimmertüren kann nicht ordnungsgemäß geschlossen werden. Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt, offensichtlich Staub/Schwarzes Moll überall. 3) Betten sind aus einem vergangenen Alter mit Frühling, die aufgegeben haben und nicht einmal versuchen, zu präsentieren, Unterstützung zu bieten. Bezahlen 4 Star Preis für 2 Star Qualität und Service. bleib nicht hier, es ist nicht wert die Verschlechterung.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
