We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

Insgesamt war es gut. Liebe die Aussicht aus meinem Bett. Ich denke, die Aussicht ist eines der besten von allen Hotels in Genting. Eine kleine Verbesserung, die unerlässlich ist, ist die Schleife zu warm. Diese Schleife funktioniert nur, wenn Malaysia schneit. Ich kann nicht ohne Schlafschrank schlafen, aber es ist zu heiß in diesem Schlafschrank und mein Schlaf war trotz eines komfortablen Bettes arm.

Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.

Wir lieben alles am Zenith Cameron, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out, bis auf die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es ist enttäuschend, da wir überall viele Haarsträhnen auf dem Teppich gefunden haben. Fühlte mich dabei unwohl. Bitte schauen Sie sich das an, denn wir (Muslime) legen großen Wert auf die Sauberkeit des Bodens, um unsere Gebete zu verrichten, und ich habe ein Baby, das die meiste Zeit auf dem Boden spielt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. So viele Möglichkeiten beim Essen. Alles in allem würde ich in Zukunft wiederkommen. Kein Zweifel.

Die tatsächliche Lage ist etwa 1 km (25 Minuten zu Fuß) entfernt. Da es ziemlich spät war, Die Personalcheck organisierte schließlich einen Aufzug, um uns zum Platz zu bringen. Das Zimmer war schön, mit einer Küche ausgestattet, und der Pool und der Fitnessraum sind schöne Ergänzungen zum Komplex

Schönes Hotel und großes Zimmer. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber die Auswahl ist begrenzt. Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die ich erwähnen möchte und die verbessert werden könnten. Wir bekamen keine Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher, während wir darauf warteten, dass die Zimmer fertig waren. Als unsere Zimmer fertig waren, sahen wir, wie andere ihre Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher bekamen. Am ersten Tag bestellten wir beim Frühstück ein American Classic und ein Highland Omelett. Wir wählten das Highland Omelett, weil es kein Rindfleisch enthielt. Meine Frau kann aus religiösen Gründen kein Rindfleisch essen. Uns wurden zwei Sets American Classic serviert, beide mit Rindfleisch. Am zweiten Tag bestellte ich beim Frühstück wieder ein Highland Omelett. Diesmal sagte ich dem Kellner, dass es kein RINDFLEISCH gebe, und er sagte, dass das Highland Omelett kein Rindfleisch enthält. Dann kam ein weiteres American Classic mit Rindfleisch. Wenn sie kein Highland Omelett servieren, sollte es von der Speisekarte genommen werden, damit es nicht zu Missverständnissen kommt. Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich, dass wir nur ein Omelett und kein Rindfleisch wollten. An beiden Tagen gab es Rindfleisch. Abgesehen von der Verwirrung im Frühstücksbereich. Alles andere ist perfekt.

A short stay at this residence suites and this was my second time staying together with my family. The overall experience was somewhat considered ‘so so’ but a few areas require to be fine tune, maintained and given attention to. The bed sheet has the dirty stain on it, the bath room water basin is clogged,, hot water supply seems to be slow (as my daughter and I forced to take cold water shower), no TV program even though the TV is functioning with Athena cable attached and some rooms are a little dusty.

A very beautiful hotel in a quiet and serene place. Great for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good spread for breakfast but needs improving on the coffee.One drawback is the water in the toilet. It was pretty rusty when we tried to use the jacuzzi. So we were a little disappointed.

Unzulänglichkeiten: - Parkplatz ist nicht einfach. Kein klares Zeichen und schwer zu finden. schwer zu finden, unseren Weg nach dem Parkplatz zurück zum Hotelturm. - Die Sofa ist zu klein für 4pax. - Eine begrenzte Auswahl an Lebensmitteln in dieser Lage kann man jedoch immer wieder nach Genting Erster Welt fahren, wenn Sie ein Auto haben oder einen Shuttlebus nehmen. - Enttäuschend Pool. Klein und laut. Es ist auch sehr besetzt, weil es eine gemeinsame Anlage unter den 4 Turmen ist. Nicht so schön wie es angekündigt. Das gleiche für den Fitnessraum. - Aufzugtüren offen und schließen Mechanismus ist seltsam. Sie müssen das Front-Gesichtspanel drücken, um die Front-Lebenstür zu öffnen. Erlebnis es dann wissen Sie, schwer hier zu erklären.

Das Gebäude ist noch im Bau. Die Gondola an der Außenbauhöhe noch im Betrieb. Das Hotel ist zweifellos neu, nur wenige Einheiten sind für die Besetzung im gesamten Gebäude offen. 8.4 “Great Stay” We had an amazing stay even though its just for a night. Staff was friendly & really accommodating. We booked a total of 9 rooms. Only downside is its not meant for elderly people. Cause you need to walk up and down the stairs to go to the beach, restaurant & pool. Lucky the buggy able to pick us up from the villa down to restaurant. But still need to walk up and down a few stairs. The view was amazing. Dinner at restaurant was great. Just that waiting to wait for our dinner was close to an hour. Should improve on that. Some of our family members did a room service also waited close to an hour for the food. If you find the food costly, can always book grabfood or get out of the villa & drive around the area look for restaurants. Room and view was amazing! We loved our stay!

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
