The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)

Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche hat starken Druck und die Wassertemperatur ist warm genug. Das Personal ist freundlich und erklärt alles in detail. Einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Park, da wir jederzeit ausgehen müssen validieren. Der Schwimmbad ist ziemlich sauber, aber der Jacuzzi ist von den Kindern überfüllt, die dort spielen. Die Sauna ist nicht heiß genug und kommt nicht mit Wasserspalte.

We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony that made the stay extra memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the simple yet elegant design created a cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette and amenities provided were practical, making it convenient for short stays. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good shower pressure and clean facilities. Location was good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which made it peaceful, but still accessible to Bentong town within a short drive. Service was friendly and helpful, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness. One downside is that the facilities and restaurant looked a bit rundown compared to the polished images shown under Wyndham branding. It would be great if improvements were made in these areas to match the overall hotel standard. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for couples looking for a short getaway with relaxing views and comfortable rooms. Definitely worth coming back once facilities are upgraded.

I travel for business meetings and stay for 3 nights. The hotel location is just opposite the shopping mall name East Coast mall by crossing the road. It is convenient to get food, coffee and dessert over there. And for the basement parking need to find hotel lobby signage for easy access to lobby. Breakfast got variety of food but normal, nothing wow. Check in and check out process kind of slow due lack of staff. Pls look into this matter as we are traveler for business and every minute is matter to us. We are in hurry.

Nice spacious room and very clean as well. Beds and pillows comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom got nice shower and spacious. Only comment is not enough noise barrier can hear noise outside like cars on the road and people walking in the hallway or corridor outside the room. Thank you.

Schönes Hotel und großes Zimmer. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber die Auswahl ist begrenzt. Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die ich erwähnen möchte und die verbessert werden könnten. Wir bekamen keine Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher, während wir darauf warteten, dass die Zimmer fertig waren. Als unsere Zimmer fertig waren, sahen wir, wie andere ihre Begrüßungsgetränke und Handtücher bekamen. Am ersten Tag bestellten wir beim Frühstück ein American Classic und ein Highland Omelett. Wir wählten das Highland Omelett, weil es kein Rindfleisch enthielt. Meine Frau kann aus religiösen Gründen kein Rindfleisch essen. Uns wurden zwei Sets American Classic serviert, beide mit Rindfleisch. Am zweiten Tag bestellte ich beim Frühstück wieder ein Highland Omelett. Diesmal sagte ich dem Kellner, dass es kein RINDFLEISCH gebe, und er sagte, dass das Highland Omelett kein Rindfleisch enthält. Dann kam ein weiteres American Classic mit Rindfleisch. Wenn sie kein Highland Omelett servieren, sollte es von der Speisekarte genommen werden, damit es nicht zu Missverständnissen kommt. Es ist ziemlich ärgerlich, dass wir nur ein Omelett und kein Rindfleisch wollten. An beiden Tagen gab es Rindfleisch. Abgesehen von der Verwirrung im Frühstücksbereich. Alles andere ist perfekt.

Um ehrlich zu sein, als ich das letzte Mal in Cameron Highland war, habe ich mir gesagt, dass ich im Zenith Cameron übernachten möchte, und vor Kurzem habe ich dieses Hotel für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte besucht. Von außen sieht es aus wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber es sieht nicht wirklich aus wie ein 3,5-Sterne-Hotel. Das Zimmer kann man als sauber bezeichnen, aber unsere Zimmertür war kaputt und wir haben den Zimmerservice zur Reparatur angerufen. Der Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert. Aber das Beste ist, dass das Frühstücksangebot gut ist, ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

The location is good, about 15 minutes to Genting. The hotel cleanliness could be improved, but the room is quite spacious. They are currently giving out E-vouchers as well. The hotel is convenient, and there is a shuttle bus service available with additional charges.
