Weil wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht hatten, war das Zimmer im Keller. Dort hat es aber sehr komisch nach Rauch gerochen. Der Abzug war nur in Verbindung mit Licht, weswegen der Abzug nachts nicht angelassen werden konnte.

Wir buchen Exekutive Deluxe Zimmer für Familie von 3. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Zum Preis ist es gut wert, weil die Lage direkt gegenüber Komtar und Spazierweiterung zu CIQ. Auch auf dem Boden ist mit einem Komfortladen verbunden, das für jede letzte Minute amneitis sehr bequem ist. In der Nähe etwa 15min zu Fuß ist beliebte Pasar Malam Pasar Karat. Gesamtwert es.

We love the customer service attitude. Very friendly. They even give us chocolate and oranges during check-in since it is CNY. However, the location to us is a bit scary as we need to walk from the city square and walk pass a lot of migrant workers hangout streets at night. However, the good news is it is pretty near city square like 5-10 min walk. The staffs are very friendly and their room have smart TV, so you can deactive previous netflix account using TV setting and log in your own netflix account to watch movies. They also have a fully equip gym with free towels to use. The room is very spacious which we love it. Also ordering grab deliver is very easy too. They even setup a table for grab delivery to leave the order there for the guest to collect. We would love to come back again. lastly, there are wonderful night market just across the street that open pass midnight. So if you are a light sleeper, you might need to bring earplug.

2nd time, I stayed in this hotel when I am in Batu Pahat. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and water pressure in the shower is great. If you are driving, and you know where to find food, it is not difficult. If not, just settle at the hotel cafe, where the food ( for me) is good enough. Hotel offer ample parking space too.

Room is fine, clean. Just the space beside the bed for the last room is small. Might kick the side of the bed if unnoticeable. Unable to walk normally on the side so ended just climb and crawl to sleep. Not suitable for elderly. Toilet might be slippery after bathe, lucky they provided the plastic kind of slipper to wear. Bottle water they will refill daily. They will make up room too. Ours room didn't have the do not disturb sign yet they still enter to pack up room which we do not want to. Was quite shocking. Nearby have 1 eatery but the land opposite looks more promising just that crossing the road would be dangerous as there are fast cars and no traffic lights. Better to drive opposite of possible. Short stay 2 day still okay but 3 day above would be bored. Given only one room card, extra myr50 deposit for each card. Card room kept resetting. Had to go counter every day to have it fixed.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und Personal. Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und komfortabel - wurde der oberen Ecke neben dem Aufzug, der super schön war, gegeben. Aber eine Sache, die nicht groß war, war das TV im Zimmer - zuerst hatte es Probleme, beginnend. Die Qualität des Fernsehens ist auch niedrig, mehr wie die Fernsehsender des Jahres 2000 :-) Andernfalls würde ich gern hierher kommen. Vielleicht, wenn Sie mir ein freies Zimmer geben, okay?

For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me. Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting. Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch. Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.
