"Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Wir prüften das Zimmer bei der Ankunft und bemerkten einige Farben auf den Kissen und Bettwäsche. Wir informierten das Frontdesk und sie arrangierten schnell Hausaufbewahrung, um sie zu ersetzen (um Probleme mit der RM100 Einlage zu vermeiden).
Das Zimmer hatte einen leichten, sauberen Geruch und fühlte sich etwas alt. Das Toilette war sauber, aber die Tür konnte nicht vollständig geschlossen, weil es ein wenig fehlerhaft war. Zum Preis war es immer noch akzeptabel und wir hatten nicht zu viel erwartet. Die Klangbewußtsein war nicht großartig, aber glücklicherweise war es nicht zu laut."

WWin.TThis is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.

AA.T.W.Es hat alles, was wir brauchen Gute Nähe zu den Zoll, komfortable Betten, gemeinsames Eisenbahnsystem und sehr sauber. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Meine Mutter schläft normalerweise nicht gut, wenn sie reist, aber sie teilte das Bett war so komfortable, dass sie gut schlief. Der einzige Abstand ist seine Nähe zum Straßenverkehr. Ich kann den Verkehr nachts und während des Tages hören, indem ich meinen Schlaf unterbreche.

SSuria AnnePros: The location is excellent, with plenty of halal dining options nearby and a small shopping mall just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the Mini Zoo and only 10 minutes from Desaru Beach. The room rates are affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a connecting room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was also clean and comfortable.
Cons: One major inconvenience was that the refrigerator automatically switched off whenever we left the room. After spending a long, hot day outdoors, it was disappointing to return and find our drinks no longer cold.
On our first night, we requested an extra towel and toothbrush set since there were three guests in the room. Unfortunately, the items were not delivered, even after we followed up at the front desk. There was also no floor mat provided.
Thankfully, our experience improved the next day thanks to Zamre at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we received everything we needed. He also ensured our room was ready by 1 PM. Zamre’s excellent service truly stood out and made a positive difference to our stay. He is probably the main reason we would choose to return to Fives Desaru on our next visit.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, and with improvements in housekeeping responsiveness, the experience would be even better.

GGastnutzer1. Have books two rooms with bathtubs via Trip.com but when we checked in at the hotel, we found out that the booking has changed to rooms without bathtubs without informing us. We have paid extra $5 for each room. Please advise.

JJoshua C81Stayed at Fives Hotel DNP JB for one night and overall I’m very happy with the stay.
The room cleanliness was superb — really impressed. The beds were very comfortable, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The condition of the room was good and cozy, definitely a comfortable place to rest after a long day. The lighting and setup made the room feel warm and relaxing.
The only downside for me was the lobby and location. The lobby feels a bit too simple and doesn’t really give that welcoming hotel vibe. Also, since it’s located at the old plaza area, the surroundings don’t feel very lively or comfortable, especially at night.
But overall, for room comfort and cleanliness, I’m satisfied with the stay. Would still consider coming back for a short stay 👍

MMatthew Lee 小李I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life.
First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night.
What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions.
I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service.
Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. I will definitely not return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a good night’s sleep.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Sejujurnya, ini adalah antara hotel paling teruk yang pernah saya alami dalam hidup saya.
Pertama sekali, katilnya sangat keras — rasa seperti tidur di atas papan kayu, bukan tilam. Selain itu, penghawa dingin sangat bising sehingga hampir mustahil untuk tidur dengan lena sepanjang malam.
Yang lebih teruk ialah bantalnya. Bantal sangat keras dan terlalu tinggi, menyebabkan ketidakselesaan pada leher. Saya benar-benar tidak faham bagaimana tetamu boleh mendapatkan rehat yang baik dalam keadaan seperti ini.
Saya telah menghubungi kaunter hadapan untuk meminta penukaran bantal, tetapi diberitahu bahawa semua bantal adalah sama dan tidak boleh ditukar. Jawapan seperti ini langsung tidak boleh diterima bagi sebuah hotel yang kononnya menyediakan keselesaan dan servis.

我还特地打电话到前台要求更换枕头，但对方却表示所有枕头都是一样的，无法更换。这样的服务态度，对于一个号称提供舒适与服务的酒店来说，是完全不可接受的。
总体来说，这是一次非常糟糕的体验。我绝对不会再入住，也不会推荐给任何重视睡眠质量的人。
