Wir hatten einen angenehmen 2-Nacht- Aufenthalt, und im Allgemeinen war alles großartig. Wir liebt wirklich die Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit und den allgemeinen Zustand des Platzes. Ich möchte jedoch ein paar Dinge für Verbesserungen erwähnen. Erstens war die Haupttürschließung ziemlich schwierig zu öffnen und zu benutzen. Ich würde empfehlen, sie ordnungsgemäß zu prüfen und zu reparieren. Zweitens gibt es ein Problem mit dem Schließfach auf der Waschraumtür. Es kann nicht von Innenraum verriegelt werden, aber es kann von außen verriegelt werden. Dies könnte eine Sicherheitsbedenken sein, so dass ich empfehle, den Schließvorgang zu bauen oder zu ersetzen, um eine bessere Sicherheit und Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und hoffen, dass diese kleinen Fragen für künftige Gäste verbessert werden können.

Location was convenient, we checked in for the 2nd floor when it was repainted 1 Month ago. Since the 2nd floor had no access to windows hence no ventilation. The smell of paint was heavy and suffocating to bear with. We requested a room change and the staff said there were no more rooms (although there were other rooms available on Trip.com) and we were given just another key card to get some ventilation when opening the doors, mind you the whole floor was painted and ventilation was poor so that makes no difference. Only thing to do is to keep your washroom switch on so the fan will at least get some of that toxic paint smell out of the room. Oh and btw, TV does not work+the cabinets smell awful (not really a big issue if you dont care or use them). I would recommend elsewhere until the smell of paint wears off.

Everything was fine overall. After reading the Google reviews about the deposit, we took some photos of the room shortly after checking in for our own record. We also informed the front desk about the dirt we found on our pillow. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and other amenities nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was small, but it was perfectly fine for a solo traveler like me. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is also affordable and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Had a wonderful recent vacation at Five’s Hotel Desaru! The stay was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a little getaway. The hotel has a nice, welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience was enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Desaru and enjoy the surrounding attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. A great option for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Desaru. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again! 🌴✨

My gf and me stayed here many times before. Our room is big and equipped with many amenities like hair dryer, kettle, tables and chairs, etc. The sliding shelf at the kettle cabinet proved to be quite useful, and the fridge is a tad bigger than most mini fridges in hotel rooms around the area. Although Wifi works well, the analog TV only plays local channels. Our window had a terrific view that features the ever-busy main road, which was interesting to watch. Perhaps the one grouse we had was the lack of a ventilation fan inside the toilet. Unlike most hotels, the room card doesn’t need to be inserted into the power slot so we had to manually off the switches in our room before leaving. Elevators can be used without scanning access cards too, which I find convenient but might be a concern for the security-conscious. The staff we interacted with are all polite and efficient in their work. Zai Rah, especially, was patient and professional even after we witnessed her being ranted at by a difficult customer. Happily, we can also walk to KSL Mall via a shortcut through the carpark in less than 15 min.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Lage und Restaurant sind praktisch. Das Zimmerdesign ist modern, aber die Toilette ist mit ihrer Glaswand, die als Familienzimmer konzipiert ist, ungeeignet, abgesehen von einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen und einer Kakerlake, die uns begrüßt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine gute Erfahrung und wir planten sogar unseren nächsten Trip mit Kyoto, bevor wir auscheckten, bis wir am 10. November auf die Rezeptionistin der Morgenschicht trafen, die ein Verhaltensproblem hatte und der Check-out-Prozess langsam war. Das Servicepersonal an der Front ist wichtig, was für ein „guter“ Start in den Tag, als ich beim Auschecken das schwarze Gesicht sah.
