Der Highlight ist sicherlich die Ansicht 🌅 Sie können sowohl erstaunliche Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang am Strand erfassen, was es extra besondere macht. Aufwachen bis zum Meerblick und das Ende des Tages mit goldenen Sonnenuntergang Momenten ist einfach perfekt.

Antara Hotel is relatively new, and we were genuinely impressed with our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. As both my husband and I are light sleepers, we always hope for a quiet environment when traveling, and the room we booked exceeded our expectations in that regard. One of our favorite features was the balcony with a lovely view. We spent the evening enjoying some beer and snacks while taking in the cool breeze, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bedroom layout. Having a separate bedroom with a door helped reduce noise and made the stay even more restful. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, clean, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. At a room rate of around RM400+ per night, it would be nice if hand towels or face towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Also, bottled drinking water is not provided. Instead, the hotel uses a water filtration machine that dispenses purified water directly from the tap. The location is connected to Genting via a link bridge, but be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Younger guests will likely find it manageable, but I would not recommend the walk for elderly visitors. Fortunately, the hotel provides buggy rides to the escalator area, which helps save energy and is probably one of the most convenient services offered. Overall, the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and offer good value for the price. If you prefer being just a few minutes away from your room while exploring Genting, you may want to stay at Genting Grand or First World Hotel instead. However, if you don’t mind a short stroll and prefer a quieter, more relaxing environment, Antara Hotel is definitely a good choice.

The hotel’s overall environment was clean, calm, and well maintained. The lobby had a simple yet elegant design, creating a relaxing atmosphere without feeling overcrowded or overly formal. It is the kind of hotel that feels practical for both business and leisure travellers. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby food outlets, shops, and key areas around Kuantan. This made moving around much easier and helped make the short stay more enjoyable. The room was one of the highlights of the stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well arranged. The bed was cosy and provided a good night’s rest. The pillows and bedding were soft, fresh, and suitable for a relaxing overnight stay. The room design was simple but functional, with enough space to move around comfortably. Everything felt neat and properly prepared before arrival, which showed that the housekeeping team had done a good job. The bathroom was also clean and practical. The water pressure was good, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is always one of the most important factors in any hotel stay, and AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan managed to meet expectations well. There were no major issues, and the room felt properly maintained throughout the stay. Another positive point was the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel provided a good environment to rest after a busy day. Whether for a short business trip, weekend getaway, or family overnight stay, the hotel offers the right balance of comfort and convenience. It does not feel overly complicated, which is a strength. Everything is straightforward, clean, and reliable. The staff also deserve recognition. They were polite, responsive, and ready to assist when needed. Wenn einem das Zimmer und die Zustände der Flure, Aufzüge und Frühstücksaal nicht wichtig ist und man nur die Flaniermeile und Bespaßung der Kinder nutzen möchte - ist es ausreichend. Allerdings ist unser Zimmer (Maissonetten-Familien-Suite) in einem schlechten und ungemütlichen Zustand gewesen. schmutzig, schimmelig und nicht so, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Insgesamt ist der Indoorbereich sehr runtergekommen. Beim Frühstück ist die Hygiene mangelhaft. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, die Kaffeemaschine schmuddelig verschmiert. Ansonsten viele Ecken, Kanten und Möbel gerostet, geschimmelt oder abgeblättert. Das Personal leider nicht sehr zuvorkommend, keine Freude oder Lächeln zu bemerken. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir aus einer anderen Kultur kommen(Europa) ? Die Flaniermeile ist total nett und besonders, die Kinder fanden es toll. Insgesamt passt sehr gut: Außen hui, innen pfui.

Please see the details of my experience below: Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park. Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby. Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered. Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care. Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest. Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way. Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside. Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.

Schlaflöß Lion Rezeption befindet sich im Tower D, daher bevorzuge ich im Tower D zu bleiben (nahe dem Chin Swee Tempel) wenn Sie den Kabelwagen nehmen möchten, ist die Verbindungsbrücke zur Sky World im Tower A. Da es also keine Zimmerservice gibt, aber sie bieten Toilettenrollen, in Zimmerschuhe, die üblichen Zahnbürsten usw., Handwasch, Dusche, Shampoo. Der schwierige Teil ist die Müll, so dass entweder Sie ihre Kundenservice-Line zu verlangen, sie um die Mülltote zu leeren, für mich würde ich die Mülltote selbst auf Ebene 1 bringen und um mehr Kunststoff zu ändern. Insgesamt ist es noch ein großes und komfortables Wohnzimmer für meinen Familienaufenthalt in Genting, der Spaziergang von links Brücke bis Skyavenue ist ziemlich schnell, zwischen ihnen haben viele Aufstiegsschalter, die längste Strecke ohne Aufstiegsschalter haben sie diese kleine Buggy, die 3-4 holen kann Passagier, von dem und nach dem Sie eine ganze Menge Spaziergang sparen können.

Yes. The location is good, the room is clean and the service was good. The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement. My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall it’s fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

Beim Einchecken war es sehr kalt, Sie müssen dicke Socken und dicke Kleidung zum Schlafen vorbereiten 👍🏻 Das Frühstück bietet verschiedene Menüs und ist köstlich 5/5. Alle Menüs werden wieder aufgefüllt, wenn sie ausverkauft sind 😍 inschallah wird es wieder passieren 🥰

My wife and I recently stayed at Oakwood Cameron Highlands for 3 days and 2 nights. We chose the Premier Room, and the balcony provided a wonderful view of the golf resort. The location is excellent. It is highly convenient and close to the night market (Pasar Malam) and Tanah Rata town. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. However, the dining area felt a bit cramped because the space is divided by walls, which I feel are unnecessary. As for parking, there are plenty of spots available, but the hotel could improve the signage to provide clearer directions. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Everything was well-maintained, and we will definitely return
