Ein schöner Ort, um dem eintönigen Leben eine Abwechslung zu bieten. Das kühle Wetter ist ein Ort, an dem viel los ist. Trotz der Lage gibt es einige Mängel, die das Management prüfen sollte. Wir hatten eine Deluxe-Suite, die sehr geräumig war, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die ich erwähnen möchte: Es gab Blutflecken auf dem Bettlaken, die Toilettenspülung war laut, das Wasser lief die ganze Zeit, die Fensterschlösser waren nicht gut. Heutzutage ist eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer ganz normal, aber die fehlte. Meiner Meinung nach ist es gut, den alten Charme zu bewahren, aber man sollte den Renovierungsbedarf im Auge behalten.
Wie auch immer, uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen.

We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel bin ich mit dem Auto angereist. Daher habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Transport. Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park.
Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby.
Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered.
Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care.
Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest.
Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way.
Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside.
Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.
