A mixed experience. We booked for the pool facilities, which were great. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening - excellent food and very good service. The breakfast was good too. Some buts, though. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed, a strange electrical light show from some devices in the ceiling once we turned the lights out and a repeated electrical buzzing sound all through the night which disrupted our sleep.The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room on the second night. The floors upstairs were so bouncy that it felt like the hotel must have the underlying structure of a rickety prefab - very odd and a little unsettling. And the restaurant had no character at all - an almost sterile feel. All a bit odd. While the pool, the food and the service really were great, and the many golfers who visited were clearly delighted, some of the spaces do need a refurb and a rethink.

Wir blieben am St micheals für unser Jahrestagsende und liebte es! Wir blieben im Deluxe König und es war ein schönes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Das Frühstück war ein schönes kochiertes Frühstück mit vielen Optionen von Obst und Waffeln, schöner Blick auch! Der Gesundheitsspa war unser Lieblingsteil, der mit dem Aufenthalt, einem großen Pool und einer Sauna und einem Fitnessraum (:

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im OYO Newquay Beach Hotel wirklich genossen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war froh, dass ich aufgrund der hohen Auslastung ein Upgrade von einem Einzel- auf ein Doppelbettzimmer bekommen habe. Die Lage ist gut, da es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ca. 5 Minuten) und 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt ist. Ich habe das Essen im eleganten Restaurant genossen und fand den Service freundlich.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist schön mit großen Blicken und eleganten Innenräumen gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut – frische Zutaten, schmackvolle englische Optionen und schöne Gerichte. Der Avocado-Toast und die klassische Frühstücksplatte waren beide ausgezeichnet. Die Service war freundlich und professionell über meinen Aufenthalt. Das Restaurant war sauber und gut organisiert. Insgesamt, eine entspannende und angenehme Erfahrung. Ich bin froh, diesen Ort zu empfehlen und würde hier wieder bleiben.

I can't begin to tell you how great the choice of this hotel was. We booked it as was going the the theatre to see the Luther tribute band who were amazing at the Hall for Cornwall. Under a minute from the hotel. There was free parking right in the centre of the town which we managed to arrive early and use this facility. We booked a queen size bed which was huge and very comfortable. The rooms are a tad tired but totally acceptable. The staff in the bar were lovely and accommodating. This went from day and night staff! This is the perfect hotel for shopping in Truro too. Can't wait for our next visit! Fitted in a visit to Truro Cathedral too, truly inspiring! We has a continental breakfast which was acceptable x

I'm not really sure where to start reviewing the Harbour Hotel in Fowey - part of me doesn't want to publicise how fantastic this place is! We really enjoyed our stay - we really didn't want to leave! The helpful and friendly staff (Karina on our last evening at dinner was particularly brilliant), excellent food (we had a cream tea, breakfasts and dinner) and a superb room with a stunning view over the bay. The hotel's position in Fowey is fantastic - allowing short walks to the centre, the harbour and walks - as well as having those jaw-dropping views from the bar/restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality and we'd love to come back and stay again!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location near the town and Truro cathedral. Just a little more approval is breakfast. Should have more selected.

Das Spa ist brillant und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Massage. Restaurant, Bar und Zimmer waren schön und das Personal super freundlich. Haben einigen Menschen empfohlen und werden definitiv zurückgehen!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen. Der einzige Nebeneffekt war, dass der Jacuzzi aus der Aktion war. Dies ist unser 3. Aufenthalt und wir freuen uns auf die Rückkehr im Sommer.

Incredible views from the room! Spa was lovely and we enjoyed a few drinks at the beautiful bar all decorated for Christmas (: recommend the Cornish cream tea!
