5-Sterne-Hotels in Sofia, Bulgarien

We chose this hotel because of its location and spa. The room was a family room and it was very spacious with a lovely balcony and view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The communal areas around the hotel were nicely presented and the spa was good (although perhaps not the best compared to the other 5 stars). A few people did question the pool temperature and the fact that there was no jacuzzi. Breakfast was as expected although it felt a bit cramped- they could have laid out the food area better to prevent bottle neck queues. The main thing they could have improved on was the front desk service (left wanting) and restocking the complimentary water, tea and coffee (which they wouldn’t do despite us staying for 4 nights as a family and it being supposedly 5 star). That said, we would stay there again due to its location.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff (specially Anna), clean, tasty food and spa services. They have alternative milk which is a plus. The only thing is a bit fat from ski lifts and the outdoor jacuzzi was a bit cold, but in general 100% recommended!
