Rummes Zimmer für die gleiche Hotelkategorie. Zimmerausstattung ist auch komplett. Sie haben sogar lokale Snackfütterung n 2 Becher Kohlenstoffgetränke gegeben. Das Hotel hat keine Flasche Trinkwasser geliefert, aber auf jedem Stock wurden 2 Einheiten Wasserdispenser gestellt und der gefilterte Wassergeschmack gut. Nur eine schlechte Sache, das Fenster des Zimmers lautete schlecht. Kann Geräusche von außen hören.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt im Impiana Ipoh. Das Hotelgebäude und die Einrichtungen könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen, da sie zwar sehr veraltet, aber nicht ganz heruntergekommen sind. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sehr angenehm - sauber, geräumig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch sehr schön und es gab einen ausreichenden Vorrat an Toilettenartikeln im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war eher ok als gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es eine Bäckerei namens Shake and Bake, die eine Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck und sogar warmen Mahlzeiten zu vernünftigen Preisen serviert. Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem Personal an der Rezeption beim Check-in, das sich bei der Zimmerbuchung bemüht hat, meinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Hotel verfügt jedoch nur über sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten (Foc) in der Tiefgarage und einige gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze am Straßenrand gegenüber dem Hotel.

First the positive, it was a bit a clean. Had enough towels. This is my first time with ryokan, but 3rd time to stay in sunway onsen suites. Other previous times the rooms were excellent. However this room, the moment we enter, had hair on the floor n beds. There was no water dispenser, no iron board and washing machine. Bathroom had cockroaches and the water flow was so slow. Ryokan management can look for some upgrade for the room. For Sunway onsen suites management, please clean your pools! Both the onsen n the salt water pool were dirty! We even found a pair of underpants. Reason given was rain bring dirt from mountains🤷♀️. Overall great view of the themepark n mountains.

Die Lage ist gut, mit vielen Dimsum-Optionen in der Nähe und einem berühmten Ayam-Tauge-Stand mit flachen Nudeln in der Nähe. Das Einkaufszentrum Ipoh Parade ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist zwar renoviert, aber etwas alt, aber immer noch komfortabel. Ich würde sagen, es ist den Preis wert. Beim Frühstück fehlt es an Abwechslung, also sollten Sie überlegen, ohne zu buchen, da es in der Nähe zahlreiche Dimsum gibt.

A Perfect Stay for Families and Business Travelers. I recently stayed at Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suite and was thoroughly impressed! Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. Highly recommended! Excellent Value for Money Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suite exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a great view of the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Ipoh. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip! Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful experience at Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suite. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming. My room was clean, modern, and had a cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained. My name is Mrs Kohila Hariharan, we checked on 30/11/24 for 1 night.. Myself and my husband stay in the deluxe king suite.. Outside was very quite. The room was super clean and neat. They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

We stayed 2 days here.. location and service is good but the cleanliness is poor..the floor is dirty with hair and dust everywhere..we have to buy our own sweep to clean the floor in the room and hall..only 1 access card provided.. parking turn is very narrow make us feel very hard to park at the multistorey car park and we choose to park outside much more easier.. anyway thanks for the service provided.

Our three-night stay exceeded expectations. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience, and particularly by the exceptional service provided by receptionist Kai Jun. His professionalism and composure when handling a challenging guest were commendable. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, requiring a 20-minute wait. Kai Jun kept us consistently updated on the room's status, ensuring a smooth and comfortable wait in the lobby. While the hotel is relatively new and exhibited a slight paint odor, the use of fragrance minimized its impact. The culinary offerings were a highlight, with both the food and mocktails proving to be exceptionally delicious, complementing Ipoh's renowned food scene. The swimming pool was notably clean, and our spacious city-view room provided a stunning panorama. We highly recommend requesting this view. The staff's attentiveness was evident throughout our stay. They consistently greeted us warmly, adding a delightful touch to our daily experience. Room service was prompt and courteous, although we found it more efficient to request additional amenities, such as pillows and blankets, directly from the staff on our floor rather than via the often-busy phone line. One area for improvement is the parking gantry, which experienced occasional glitches, causing delays for several vehicles. Despite this minor inconvenience, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
