JJennifer Pew HarrisIch genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt hier. Drei Nächte am Wochenende und es war ruhig. Komfortables Bett und großartiges Frühstück. Personal war sehr hilfreich mit allen meinen Bedürfnissen. Sauberes Zimmer, Dusche hatte einen großen Wasserdruck. In der Nähe des Malecon mit Nachtmarkt und schöne Kathedrale auf der Straße. Die Kirchenbellen waren ziemlich charmant. Aussehen von der Dachoppe erlaubte mir, cool Feuerwerke zu sehen! Ich würde definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

GGastnutzerPues como empresa que requerimos la factura; la empleada que nos atendio una cubana o no de que pais es nos trato muy mal, que ella no podia facturar que lo viera con trip; hable a trip y nunca contesto nadie que me apoyara. Nuevamente regrese al hotel para que me apoyaran y nuevamente la cubana se porto muy grosera.

GGuest UserAuf jeden Fall ist die Landschaft des Zimmers großartig.
Es ist toll, morgens auch mit der Stimme der Wellen aufzuwachen.
Das Hotel bietet auch Sandschirm und Wäsche, so dass es sehr bequem ist, am Meer zu kommen.
Der Preis ist vernünftig, aber gleichzeitig mit einem Restaurant mit Strand können Sie ins Meer gehen und Bier essen und trinken.
Wenn es wieder etwas gibt, wird es sicher bleiben.

GGastnutzerWhile this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

Breakfast would have been lovely sitting outside, had it not have been for pigeons .. it would be possible to put a thin net up between breakfast room and outside exit , without too much trouble.. it was really nasty , as they kept landing on table if you looked away for a second.

QQweebGute Lage, wenn Sie zum Flughafen gehen, es ist nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß von Ihrem Zimmer zum Terminal für Abreisen. Sehr Grundzimmer war es klein. Das Badezimmer Toilette würde nicht aufhören zu laufen. Der Klimaanlage Fan war sehr laut und jedes Mal, wenn es aufhörte, klang es wie ein Metall auf dem Metall, so dass wenn Sie schlafen, es würde Sie wachen, Verkehrslärm von außen, die Straße gegenüber war ziemlich bemerkbar, so wenn Sie eine Straße gegenüber Raum, Get it changed to the back of the hotel ... you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you're going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you have earplugs for sure.

GGastnutzerSuper Lage, alles, was man braucht innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Minuten zu Fuß und Strand ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr sauber und sauber und alles, was man für einen großen Aufenthalt in PV braucht! Ich würde es wieder aufhalten und empfehlen zu Freunden und Familie.

GGastnutzerWe arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste

AAllyjan96Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!
