Auf der Suche nach Reisen mit der Familie? Sehr empfohlen! Dieses luxuriöse Hotel mit einem ”Boutique” Vibe und hervorragenden Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten in PV (haben in Sheraton, Westin verblieben). Der Pool ist gut gepflegt, die Kinder Spielzimmer ist awesome (Dank Bibiana!). Das Eigentum ist sehr modern, sehr gut gepflegt, obwohl die Zimmer ein wenig klein sind. Wir blieben auch am Marriott in Cancun, ähnliche Erfahrung. Bestes Budget Luxus Resort in PV.

Angefangen von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt des letzten Tages, war ich sehr zufrieden. Der Dachpool ist wahrlich eine Freude, das Personal ist stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Einzig ein kleiner Kririkpunkt beim Frühstück - auch wenn das Personal stets bemüht war, manchmal sind die Bestellungen durcheinander geraten. From booking to the last day, I was very satisfied. The rooftop pool is truly a joy, the staff are always friendly, accommodating and strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Only one small point of criticism at breakfast - even if the staff always tried hard, sometimes the orders got mixed up.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, jede Nacht um 21 Uhr eine kostenlose Show, aber ich genieße die Abwechslung nicht, weil nur lokale Aufenthalte, der Strand kein klares Wasser schmutzig und am Strand möchte ich mich entspannen, die Sonne genießen, um sich vor Ort zu bräunen? Kommen Sie vorbei, um Sachen zu verkaufen, die so nervig sind. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Tut mir leid zu sagen. Ich bleibe lieber zu Hause, gehe zu meinem Heimatstrand. enttäuscht.

The staff made our trip such a memorable and incredible one. While the room we stayed in wasn’t what we’re used to, as it seemed quite run down, we only slept in it and spent our day at the pool and beach. Our housekeeper was incredible and always filled the room with extra water bottles. Manuel, Saul, Miguel, Javier, Victor Hugo (waiter), Oscar, Guadalupe, and Edgar were especially amazing, making our days here brighter. Everyone was truly incredible and they all made my first Mexico trip special. The wifi could have been better, as it was constantly disconnecting throughout the day. The food was decent as well considering the chefs produce a ton for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall a beautiful trip!

We where there last week. And we loved it! Incredibly clean, buffet is small (It is a small hotel!) but everything was good and fresh, snack bar as well. Ask for any drink, they can make it. Service at the pool was awesome. It is a family resort, so there is a lot of kids, but how nice all those Mexican people was. Ther wasn't any animation, and by 10:00 pm, it get's really quiet, so if you want to party, you have to go out downtown. Of course, you are going to spend some money, but we also do when we are going out downtown Montreal!. The only thing 1 did not like is the beach, not because it's not nice, but the waves in the sea where incredibly strong, which was not fun at all, at least for me that could not stand up and had a couple of shooters of salted water! I would strongly suggest that they put an outdoor shower at the beach so people can refresh while on the beach, since it is so hard to go into the ocean. Is it a good idea M. Danny, manager? Lol. I will definitely go back. Soon i hope! A huge thanks to Hugo, Danel, Eric, David, Eanu and some others that i forgot the name at the pool. A huge thanks for our maid who did a great job in our room. A huge thanks to Hector, Alfredo at the a la carte restaurant, the young tall handsome waiter which looks a little Vietnamese with is slanted eyes at the buffet, unfortunately forgot is name, and to all the people at the buffet for their incredible and friendly service. Tropicana ist ein familienorientiertes mexikanisches Hotel direkt am Strand. Es ist in das ***-Gebiet von Puerto Vallarta am Rande des historischen Zentrumsbereichs geflogen. Die Zimmer waren groß, aber Spartan. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean. Die öffentlichen Bereiche wie der Pool, Restaurant, Garten und Lobby waren wunderschön. Das Hotel ist auch sehr viel. Nichts schien überpreis ...und es gab viele große Restaurants um. Ich würde definitiv hier noch einmal bleiben!

Das Hotel selbst ist so toll! Aber ich glaube, ich brauche ein Auto, um zum Hotel zu fahren. Das Hotel betreibt ein Auto. Es gibt auch einen Abholservice vom Flughafen. Die Höhe ist so toll, um die Landschaft zu sehen und die Einrichtungen sind großartig. Es ist nicht billig, aber Sie können den Service erhalten, für den Sie bezahlt haben. Auch das Äußere des Hotels trägt dazu bei, dass Sie Lust auf Reisen machen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wunderbar. Es hat einen großen Raum für 5 oder 6 Personen und scheint ein sehr gutes Hotel für Familien zu sein, die zu Hospizen kommen.

Nuestra estancia ha sido una invitacion a volver y volver, empezando por el servicio al cliente. Un servicio de primera desde la persona que te recibe en el hotel y te abre la puerta del auto en donde llegas, las personas que amablemente te atienden en recepcion con una sonrisa y un autentico sentido de servicio, los maleteros que se desviven por pedirte un taxi y ayudarte a cargar lo que traigas sin que se lo pidas, y cualquier persona que trabaja en el hotel en el area de recepcion indudablemente esta para atenderte con la mejor disposicion de servicio. Tambien en el area de alberca, y restaurantes. El lugar impecable, contando con una belleza arquitectonica. Su amplitud y distribucion tanto del hotel, como de los cuartos, te acogen. El hecho de ser un lugar abierto, nos deja sentir el clima, y el viento que corre es un sensacion muy agradable. La decoracion del lugar es calida y de buen gusto, dandonos un sentir de estar ”en casa”. La ubicacion del lugar da pie a salir a caminar a la Marina, tanto de dia como de noche, con completa seguridad, y todos los lugares a donde fuimos estan muy cerca, a 5, 10, 15 minutos en auto: Walmart, Centros Comerciales, Malecon, Centro, Restaurantes, Terminal Maritima. El acceso a la playa es una delicia, con unas vistas a la puesta de sol inigualables. Disfrutamos las actividades extras que inlcuye la estancia en el hotel, y el hecho de no ser invasivas a nuestros momentos de estar. La comida es muy buena, y aunque el precio es poco alto, vale la pena qued**** en el hotel a comer. Quiero cerrar felicitando el programa de Servicio al Cliente que tiene el hotel, ya que seguro es una administracion que se toma su tiempo en el entrenamiento en esta area a todas las personas que laboran ahi. El servicio al cliente hace la diferencia en una experiencia, y eso es lo que buscamos al ir de vacaciones, vivir experiencias gratas y memorables. Wir haben im renovierten Turm des Hotels VistaPier ... zwei Abschnitte verblieben: Hotel Delfin ( der älteste Abschnitt, der mehr als einen haushaltsfreundlichen Ort erschien; meist Spanisch sprechende Familien. ) Der Patio und die Pools waren sauber, aber von außen, die Zimmer scheinen sehr datiert. Der VistaPier ist eine völlig andere Erfahrung.. nur Erwachsene, nette Pool leicht zu den Lounges am Strand und Pool Deck zu kommen. Restaurant für Gäste nur und öffentliche Taco-Café auf der Unterkunft. Food and drink service on beach. Es gibt auch ein Frühstücksbuffet neben der Tür St Delfin. Die Gästezimmer waren schön ...Sie müssen die Meerblick Junior Suite ...Moderne Fertigstellungen (Fliesen und Granit und sehr komfortable Königsbett ein Kissen mit extra Schranken, Kühlschrank und Nespresso-Maschine. Keine Probleme mit Sir von oder Wasser. Private Lift für VistaPier Gäste. Auch die Registrierung war klassy..private Lounge und bot einen Drink bei der Eincheckung ! Ein wenig preiswerter als durchschnittlich für keine Mahlzeiten, aber die Lage und Qualität waren groß.
