Check in and check out was fast. Staffs are all friendly. Room size as expected. Clean room with equipped room facilities like iron with ironing board, water dispenser in room.

Der Heizgerät in meinem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, aber das war kein großes Problem, da das Wetter während meines Aufenthalts heiß war und ich stattdessen kaltes Wasser verwendete. Das Zimmer hatte einen bemerkenswerten Rauchgeräucher und das Soundproofing war schlecht. Ich konnte leicht Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, und letzte Nacht waren Gespräche aus der nächsten Tür klar zu hören.

Had a really good stay at Jewels Hotel! The best part? At night there’s a lively market right outside, so dinner is literally just downstairs — no need to travel far when delicious food is calling. 😋 Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. For only RM15, you get porridge, nasi lemak, fried noodles, bread, cereal, and even kuih. Honestly, that’s a steal! We also enjoyed a nice morning walk to Pasar Siti Khadijah — very convenient. Oh, and I have to mention the tiny lift. It’s not big, but it’s super handy for luggage or if you’re traveling with elderly family members. The only downside: there’s no private parking. So if you’re driving, just be prepared. Other than that, definitely a place worth staying!

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.
