Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Ich bekam ein Zimmer im 23. Stock und die Aussicht aufs Meer war einfach unglaublich! Am besten sieht man den frühen Sonnenaufgang, absolut atemberaubend! Als ich ein Problem mit der Schlüsselkarte hatte, war die Rezeptionistin sehr hilfsbereit und schickte sofort jemanden, der das Problem behob. Insgesamt eine gute Option für einen Wochenendausflug. Bedenken Sie nur, dass die Hauptattraktionen von Penang wie z. B. Georgetown etwas weit entfernt sind (ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto).

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war groß genug und komfortabel für drei Erwachsene. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Ich habe einen 3-Nächte-Aufenthalt gebucht, das Einchecken war angenehm und wurde prompt erledigt. Als ich das Zimmer erreichte, war die Toilettenschüssel verstopft und das Badezimmerglas schimmelig. Der Rest des Zimmers war in Ordnung, aber vom Teppich kam ein Gestank. Der Fernseher war wie ein veraltetes Modell und der Empfang war schrecklich und unklar, was wir heutzutage nur noch in den 80ern oder 90ern erleben. Das Frühstück war wirklich einfach, man sollte darauf verzichten und es sieht nicht wie in einem Hotel aus. Ich habe einen Tag früher ausgecheckt und stattdessen ein anderes Hotel gebucht, weil ich mich nicht gut fühle.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Straße, so in der Nacht bis spät ist ziemlich laut mit Fahrzeugen geräusch. Mein Baby kann nicht gut schlafen. Der Hotellift ist so langsam. Die Lobby ist auf Ebene 9 während der Parkplatz im Grundstück ist, so müssen wir unsere eigene Tasche mit dem Aufzug bringen, der so langsam ist. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber es gibt kein Eisen/Eisenboard. Need to go to washroom. Wasserdispenser in der Nähe des Aufzugs gelegen leicht für das Refillwasser. Kein Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer. Wenn Sie ein paar Getränke machen wollen, müssen Sie unser eigenes bringen. Aber das ist Kaffee im Lobby. Insgesamt nur ein gutes Hotel, aber vielleicht werde ich hier nicht wiederbleiben, aber tq für den Geburtstag Deco. 😀

This was my second time staying at OZO Hotel. After this second stay, I realized that it is not very family-friendly for parents travelling with young children. First, their parking system is an automated parking system where you drive in and the system parks the car for you. This makes things inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage, because you have to take an extra elevator trip before parking, which can be quite troublesome. Second, their check-in reception is located on Level 20, which is very inconvenient. Imagine having to carry multiple suitcases while also holding a child, and still needing to take the elevator all the way up to the 20th floor just to check in. Third, I requested assistance from the security staff to help bring my luggage upstairs, but my request was rejected—possibly due to a lack of manpower. I was assigned a room on Level 11, the last room at the end of the hallway (I forgot to request not to be given the last room). I felt uncomfortable the whole night. Even though it was a Superior King Room, it wasn’t very spacious. Sleeping together with a 2-year-old child felt very crowded. Overall: Not family-friendly for parents with young children. This was my second stay, and it will be my last time.

Our stay at Citadines Connect was fabulous. It was really quiet yet the location was nice and central (near lots of sights and great food places). We were lucky enough to be in block B which faces another building so there was literally no traffic noise and we barely noticed other travellers because of the insulation between rooms. The bathroom was very clean and serviced daily beautifully. The staff helped us a lot when trying to book our next steps of our journey to Ipoh. Finally, the infinity pool was a dream, particularly because we had it all to ourselves! Nothing quite like listening to the call to prayer while floating in a crystalline pool 4 floors you. This hotel was the best - highly recommended.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Bettwäsche war bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Schalldämmung war auch gut. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar, sehr empfehlenswert!

Stayed at Capri by Fraser Penang and used the rooms for our pre-wedding preparation. Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment was pleasant, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, making everything much easier during our busy wedding preparations. A special mention for the delicious Suntory beer and pastries – they were absolutely yummy! The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I would love to see a wider variety of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we were so busy with wedding preparations that we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all the facilities and amenities the hotel has to offer. That’s exactly why we will definitely be back again!! I booked 3types of rooms and i love all 3rooms

Gute Lage und kostenloses Parkhaus auf mehreren Ebenen. Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert und kann daher etwas staubig sein. Unserer Familie hat die Aussicht besonders gut gefallen. Vom obersten Stockwerk hat man einen malerischen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Der Pool ist der Lieblingsplatz meiner Kinder. Schade, dass die Sprinkleranlage nicht funktionierte. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Der Service an der Rezeption könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Ich fragte nach WLAN und mir wurde gesagt, man würde mir die Zugangsdaten per WhatsApp schicken, aber ich habe während meines gesamten Aufenthalts keine SMS erhalten. Nicht, dass ich es bräuchte, aber es fehlte einfach an Service.
