Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch but the restaurant closes at 10:45pm and they don't keep water bottles even to serve in the room if suppose water shortage occurs.

The room was neat and clean with good amenities and hospitality. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel location is well located in a market place

I recently stayed at Erica Residence in Guwahati, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms that offer all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. Die Lage war gut, aber der Service war sehr schlecht. Es dauerte mehr als 1,5 Stunden, um ein Objekt im Zimmer zu beliefern, trotz keiner Anrufe. Keine Anrufer im Zimmerservice und Restaurant. Quilt war sehr schmutzig. Im Restaurant war niemand auf die erschöpften Lebensmittel und ersetzte sie. Gäste saßen leer mit Vege auf Brot, obwohl das Essen schmeckt. Die Reinigung des so genannten Sees, wie es mit Algen gefüllt wurde und Wasser riecht, die Moskitos unhygienisch für die Gesundheit

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas anders als die üblichen Transitpunkte oder Touristenhotels, aber bequem in der Stadt zu reisen. Zimmer Atmosphäre ist ok, ein wenig alter Welt-Charming, ein kleiner Pool - kaum funktional, Lebensmittel ist gut, aber Service ist wenig langsam.

Отель оставил максимально приятное впечатление: огромные, уютные номера, которые каждое утро наполняются пением птиц. Услужливый персонал, который по абсолютно адекватной цене забронировал для нас все сафари. Расположение в пяти минутах ходьбы от центрального входа. Из минусов отмечу только рестораны. Оба. Дорого и не очень вкусно, завтраки скудные. При том заказанная в номер еда была вкусная и дешевле, чем в ресторане, рекомендую пользоваться этой опцией на ужин
