Das Hotel ist sicherlich die beste Option in Borjomi. Unter den starken Seiten der Anlage kann ich wirklich gutes Frühstück mit vielen frischen und süßen Optionen, Obst, Desserts und Eiersorten hervorheben. Auch ich genossen den Pool und den Spa, eine Vielzahl von Saunen und alles war sauber und teuer. Aber es gab einige Mängel leider: das Hotel hat nicht das Bett, das ich beantragt hatte, das Zimmer war ziemlich alt und müde mit Klimaanlage kaum funktioniert. Und schließlich war das Badkleid schmutzig. Aber kann es trotzdem empfehlen.

Это конечно не 5 звезд. Очень маленький номер. Очень холодно. Очень сильно пахло постоянно неприятно. Отдельный большой бонус-спа. Это да. Но для такого маленького города неоправданно дорогой отель. Без вида на крепость.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.
