LLKKhorThe check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

GGastnutzerPositive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

AAnonymer Benutzerthe tea spoon provided was rusty. asked housekeeping service team who is next door for a new spoon and they took one spoon from the toilet, rinse and pass to me. i dont use that spoon after that. pillows super soft and mattress soft firm. location is definitely the best since u have so much more shops all under one roof. room also very spacious with YouTube app. internet speed is fast on laptop with big working desk and table lamp and led light make up mirror. my room is located at level 19. there's water dispenser on the same floor, super convenient. for the price of $120 for sun-mon stay with breakfast includd, its super value for money. no wonder this hotel is often sold out.

MMcainIch hatte einen wirklich angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, vor allem im Zimmer im Ostwing. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut gepflegt, mit einer gemütlichen und entspannenden Atmosphäre, die es nach einem langen Tag leicht zu entspannen machte. Alles war gut organisiert, und das Bett war sehr komfortabel, gab mir eine gute Nacht Ruhe während meines Aufenthalts. Was ich am meisten geschätzt hatte, war die Gesamtreinigung und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im Zimmer. Die Einrichtungen waren in guter Zustand, und alles fühlte sich gut betreut. Das Hotelumfeld selbst war ruhig und willkommen, was zu den ganzen Erfahrungen hinzugefügt. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich, freundlich und hilfreich, wann immer es nötig war, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Der Service war reibungslos von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in, was ich wirklich schätze, wenn ich im Hotel wohne. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass das Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru eine große Wahl für jeden, der einen komfortablen und problemlosen Aufenthalt in Johor Bahru sucht. Das East Wing-Zimmer ist es ganz sicher wert. Ich würde es glücklich wiederkommen und anderen empfehlen.

Ich liebe vor allem die warme Beleuchtung, geräumige Layout und entspannende Pool-Zone mit einem großen Stadtblick. Die Lage war bequem, und die allgemeine Umgebung fühlte sich sicher und friedlich. Perfekt für eine kurze Geh- oder Aufenthaltsdauer würde sicher wieder kommen!

AAnonymer BenutzerUpon entering, the place looked and smelled great! However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went. We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide. We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice. We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available. Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1. To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered. Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove.

MMarkong⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Opero Hotel Southkey Johor Bahru I stayed at Opero Hotel Southkey Johor Bahru from 24–25 June 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a short getaway. The location is excellent, especially for shopping and dining, with convenient access to Southkey and other nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
