Sehr sauberes großräumiges Hotel das sehr gut riecht mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Zimmer sind groß sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Etwas abgelegen in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Gerne wieder.

We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu.

Dieses Resort eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für Alleinreisende. Es gibt einen Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder, der direkt am Strand liegt. Dort stehen auch Liegestühle bereit, sodass man den Meerblick genießen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Mir gefällt das Ambiente sehr gut, und der Ausblick ist einfach perfekt zum Abschalten! Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen werden angeboten. Das Essen selbst ist meiner Meinung nach durchschnittlich. Geschmack und Auswahl könnten verbessert werden, und vielleicht könnten Gerichte aus Terengganu wie Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang und Keropok Lekor besser angeboten werden. Die Sauberkeit ist durchschnittlich; an den Badezimmertüren und Spiegeln können Flecken zu sehen sein. Die Wasserversorgung und die anderen Geräte sind etwas älter, aber in Ordnung. Insgesamt finde ich den Aufenthalt für den Preis angemessen.

”Dieses Hotel ist für Reisende empfehlenswert, die den Strand lieben, da die Lage ausgezeichnet ist. Allerdings ist die Stadt selbst sehr ruhig mit keinen Einkaufskomplexen oder anderen großen Attraktionen. Wichtigstens fanden wir die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht: unser Balkon war schmutzig und das Bett hatte einen starken, unerfreulichen Geruch.”

This is first time i stay here. So lovely stay here, near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol and easy access to city just a few minutes walk to Pasar Payang. Service were very good, all staff were friendly. For sure i will come again next time!

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations at first because of the hotel's exterior appearance and relatively low price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and most of the facilities and furnishings looked new or had been nicely refurbished. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a breakfast buffet, which was a slight disappointment. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The hotel has a good location, and the service was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. Although the building looks quite old from the outside, the interior was actually comfortable and well-maintained. One issue we encountered was in the bathroom, there was no proper shower head, which should definitely be checked and fixed by the staff. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Es ist eine Shop-Konvertierung, aber hat einen Aufzug, und im Allgemeinen fühlt es sich wie ein richtiges Hotel bequem und komfortabel. Ich hatte ein paar kleinere Fragen während meines Aufenthalts: Der AC leckte (wahrscheinlich zu kalt) und es gab eine kurze Leistungsausfall für ein paar Minuten, aber das Frontdesk reagierte schnell und sortierte alles aus. Keine weiteren Beschwerden! Große Lageneben einem Restaurant, einer Apotheke, Watson und einem 7-Eleven, das heiße Lebensmittel verkauft (die in Chinatown nicht, also war das ein großer Plus!). Frühstück und Abendessen waren nie ein Problem. Es gibt auch eine kleine Pantry auf Ebene 1 mit einem Sofa, Computer und Drucker handig, wenn Sie etwas letzte Minute drucken müssen. Sehr empfohlen für seine Lage, Reinigung und Komfort! 👍🏻
