This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night’s sleep after a long day. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and complimentary bottled water. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room tidy and fresh. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with sufficient toiletries. I appreciated the modern design and the thoughtful layout, which made the room feel both comfortable and functional. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

im Novotel Ahmedabad für drei Nächte während einer Geschäftsreise und hatte eine sehr bequeme Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Das Hotel liegt in einem bequemen Zentrum der Stadt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut gepflegt und sauber. Alle Einrichtungen, die ich brauchte, waren leicht verfügbar. Der Service war konsequent gut. Ich bestellte zweimal im Zimmer zu essen, und die Lebensmittelqualität war besser als erwartet, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen und großzügigen Teilen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß, mit fast allem, was Sie wünschen können. Es gibt eine breite Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten, die für jeden Geschmack etwas sichern. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist, dass das Frühstücksgebiet sehr bevölkert werden kann, vor allem während der Spitzenzeiten, und die Gesamteinstellung kann sich manchmal etwas chaotisch fühlen. Der Fitnessraum ist gut gepflegt und mit einer Vielzahl von Maschinen ausgestattet. Als jemand, der regelmäßig während der Reise übt, habe ich geschätzt, dass ich es jeden Tag ohne das Gefühl, durch die Einrichtungen begrenzt zu benutzen. Der Schwimmbad ist auf der kleineren Seite, aber es scheint gut zu beobachten und bietet eine angenehme Möglichkeit für Entspannung nach einem besuchten Tag.

Dieses Hotel ist weniger als ein Jahr alt und die physische Infrastruktur ist schön, die in der Nähe der Surat-Bahnhof ist. Ich habe jedoch Erfahrungen, die nicht so schön sind: A) Beobachtet wurden kleine Kerzen im Badezimmer. B) Hausbetreuungspersonal soll das Zimmer sauber und sanitieren - aber ich habe eine unglaubliche Erfahrung der Reinigen beim Eintritt g Zimmer mit einem fehlenden & gespannten BO hinterlassen, der so unhygienisch ist und den Stimmung zerstört - und scheint nicht wie das Zimmer hat keine Frische. Dies sollte sicherlich verbessert werden. C) Das Frühstück für die 8 Morgen, die ich geblieben hatte das gleiche Menü - nicht viel Änderungen jeden Tag. Und der Coconut Chutney scheint gebrochen und geschmackhaft spurt ein paar Mal während des Morgens BF. D) Der indische Massagetee (Chai) war so stark, dass es vollkommen bitter geschmeckt - was ich nur einmal versucht habe. E) scheint zu viel Personal im Hotellobby & im Restaurant zu sein - da sie sich um Chit-Chatting vereinigen, anstatt den Bedürfnissen des Gastes gerecht zu werden.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was cool and perfect at. Nice food and Amazing House Keeping service by mahipal during the stay. made sure the room was always tidy and arranged, bed was clean and comfortable with nice look. bathroom was sanitized properly with clean towels and nice amenities the hotel view is so beautiful. Highly recommended

Angesichts des Preises denke ich, dass dies hier die Wahl ist. Aber es ist ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, so dass es ein bisschen dunkel fühlt.

Die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Essen ist am besten, Nur morgens müssen wir etwas Zeit auf Hot Tee warten.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel. And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day. Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.
