We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah. This stay was especially meaningful to us as we got married in Madinah during our visit, making it a very special part of our journey together. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made our experience even better. We will always remember our stay here as part of such a beautiful chapter of our lives. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and families visiting Madinah.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt, direkt neben Masjid Nabawi. Sehr sauberes Hotel, ein modernes Zimmer (wir hatten das Dreibettzimmer mit Haram-Aussicht). Schreien Sie nach Mohammed Farhan, der die Omelette / Eier / Pancakes im Frühstücksbuffet gemacht hat - wunderbares Personalmitglied, immer lächeln und bedienen Gäste mit ausgezeichnetem Manieren & ein Lächeln. Würden Sie hier wieder bleiben, genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Danke 😊

Die Lage ist wirklich beeindruckend, eingebettet zwischen riesigen Felsen. Der Winterpark und die Altstadt sind nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings benötigt man in Al Ula unbedingt ein Auto, um sich fortzubewegen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber, gut gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist fantastisch und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Budget Autovermietung hat ein Büro direkt vor Ort. In der Hauptsaison hält hier auch der Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus. Das hoteleigene Restaurant serviert ein leckeres Frühstück und bietet abends ein Buffet sowie À-la-carte-Gerichte an. Da es sich um ein Resort handelt, sind die Preise tendenziell etwas höher. Ich habe dort eine sehr erholsame Zeit verbracht und kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Stayed here for 4 days and had a solid experience. The location is the biggest win—it’s extremely close to the Prophet's Mosque, which made attending prayers very easy and saved a lot of time. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough for a good night's rest after a long day. I found the staff to be helpful and the check-in process was relatively smooth. Breakfast had a decent variety of options to start the day. One thing to note is that the elevators can get quite busy during prayer times, so you’ll want to head down a bit early. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you want convenience and a comfortable stay in Medina.

A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. i'm order no smooking room but i get smooking room customer service agent chat is not help me

Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.

Overall the stay was comfy,and we felt satisfied with the service. Easy access to the Haram. In addition,they able to take the order at the last minute was kind. EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay.
