We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

Direkt vor unserem Zimmer finden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, die uns durch Geschrei und Gepolter aufwecken. Der Aufzug zum „Hauptgebäude“ funktionierte nicht und wir versuchten, das Personal zu erreichen, indem wir den Alarm drückten und den Anweisungen im Aufzug folgten, aber das Personal konnte uns nicht helfen, obwohl wir durch die Gegensprechanlage riefen. Keine anderen Schilder oder Anweisungen, wie wir zur Rezeption kommen. Als wir endlich herausgefunden hatten, wie wir zwei ältere Familienmitglieder und zwei große Koffer nach unten bringen konnten, sahen zwei der Mitarbeiter zu mir auf, nur eine (die weibliche Mitarbeiterin) grüßte mich mit einem „Hallo“ und beide gingen zurück, um auf ihre Computerbildschirme zu schauen. Ich musste im Grunde fragen, ob mir jemand helfen würde, bevor der männliche Mitarbeiter seine Stimme erhob und mir sagte, ich sei unvernünftig, weil er nur eine Sekunde lang auf seinen Bildschirm geschaut hatte. Aber warum muss ich meine Anwesenheit bekannt geben, um Hilfe vom Personal zu bekommen, wenn ich direkt vor ihnen stehe? Sie schauen lieber auf ihre Bildschirme, als mir zu helfen.

Huge room and well located in the city. However, there was a A/C panel in my room that was broken with the entire panel on the floor when I entered the room, and also there was a used damp towel in the bathroom upon my check-in. On the flip side, breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely polite. Would consider the Radisson Blu again as I have loyalty to this brand but hope that they can upkeep cleanliness standards in the room for future trips at this particular hotel.

The Breakfast have great selection and was delicious The bedroom was perfect except for the very wobbly light switch that falls out of wall if you make the lights brighter or dimmer. It niece to have a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom on the other hand 1st problem was a wobbly toilet I can deal with but the shower was completely useless because the head keeps on flipping down and it makes it impossible to wash your self. There's a multi storey car park on the next to the University that was not bad value 250Sk All in all I would recommend staying

Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren sehr alt, und es hing ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft. Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht, weil die Fotos gut aussahen, aber es war eine Fehlentscheidung. Das Personal war in Ordnung, aber das Zimmer war viel zu alt, und der anhaltende Geruch ist unvergesslich.

Die Bar war wegen des Mittsommerfestes geschlossen. Angesichts der Größe der Veranstaltung und des damit verbundenen Tourismusaufkommens sollte über eine Öffnung nachgedacht werden.

Centralna lokacija, blizinu Lilla torg-a, i savršenog parka. Takodje zgodna lokacija za odlazak vozom u Copenhagen. Dorucak vecčera uz kafu i kolač posle podne daju prednost.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

I arrived at around 11 am. I was very surprised that they let me check-in at such an early time. The staff was very nice. Great sea view and a very spacious room that i can fully open my large luggage. Breakfast was delicious but not too many options

Das Goodmorning Hotel ist ein preiswertes Hotel mit guten Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Der größte Supermarkt der Stadt befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Parken im Parkhaus kostet 120 Kronen. Zwischen 6 und 10 Uhr wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl serviert.
