Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice. The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived. The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Beim Einchecken mit Zahlung von Trip.com waren Probleme und unsere Zimmer waren in separaten Bereichen trotz der Anfrage von Zimmern im gleichen Gebäude. Nachdem wir mehrmals gefragt hatten, hatten wir endlich ein Zimmer in der Nähe, aber die Toiletten funktionierten nicht und wir mussten mehrmals Hilfe anrufen, was immer verzögert war.

Das Personal ist sehr professionell, aber es muss erwähnt werden, dass der große Service von Frontbüro-Mitarbeitern, die den Nachtwechsel arbeiten. Deevanshu könnte sein Name sein. Dank für das hohe Service- und Unterstützungsniveau, das er angeboten hat.

Das Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war nicht nur komfortabel, sondern verfügte auch über ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer, was den allgemeinen Komfort und Luxus meines Aufenthalts noch steigerte. Die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels waren erstklassig, wobei der Swimmingpool aufgrund seiner einladenden Atmosphäre und seines makellosen Zustands ein besonderes Highlight war. Das kulinarische Erlebnis im Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon war ebenso beeindruckend. Die große Auswahl an Frühstücksoptionen, die jeden Morgen zur Verfügung standen, war ein herrlicher Start in den Tag und bediente eine Vielzahl von Geschmäckern und Vorlieben. Die Qualität des im Restaurant servierten Essens war ausgezeichnet, wobei jedes Gericht die hohen kulinarischen Standards des Hotels widerspiegelte. Einer der ruhigsten und angenehmsten Aspekte meines Aufenthalts war der ruhige Privatstrand, der für Hotelgäste zugänglich war. Er bot einen friedlichen Rückzugsort von der Hektik des Alltags und ermöglichte Momente der Ruhe und Entspannung inmitten der natürlichen Schönheit von Goa. .

GGastnutzerGot back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

PPrateek DahiyaRecently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words!
