The stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

A jewel of its own. Close your eyes and book it, you will thank me!!! Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

Got back from Planet Hollywood last week. Location - this is a quite beach with beautiful small grain sand and clean. Many locals in the sea and clean. There are a couple of shacks each side on the hotel beach with beds and drinks and tables. Sunset is beautiful from here. Hotel: On arrival we were greeted, luggage taken to our rooms. We had the luxury pool view room- good amount of space in the bedroom, lovely balcony over looking the pool, bathroom clean. Towels changed daily and cleaned well. If you want anything staff are more than happy to help. Staff are extremely helpful - we had a couple of issues with the room, but turned out to be user errors. We had a maintenance chap in our room within minutes. The food was absolutely divine - eastern and western palates catered for. Chef Veronus came to talk to us every day at breakfast, and also made us some dishes not on the menu - really delightful and exceedingly good! The pool was very quite, but suited us. April is wedding season and there were some weddings on during the day and evening, but this is in a separate part of the complex. We actually enjoyed watching elements from the side lines. The wedding decor was incredible. We could not fault this hotel, we were taken care of so well!

Ich war vor kurzem im Hilton Goa und hatte eine angenehme, wenn auch nicht einheitlich Erfahrung. Das Zimmer selbst war ausgezeichnet – sehr geräumig mit einem großen Kingsize-Bett, wunderschönen Möbeln und blitzsauberen Badezimmern. Die Lage war auch ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön. Der Swimmingpool war jedoch eine große Enttäuschung. Es schien zu viel Chlor oder andere Chemikalien im Wasser zu sein, was das Schwimmen unangenehm machte. Meine Augen brannten schon nach wenigen Minuten im Pool stark … er war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts praktisch unbrauchbar, was bedauerlich war. Auch im Fitnessclub besteht Verbesserungsbedarf! Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und professionell, aber es fehlte etwas an Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, die ich von einem High-End-Resort erwarten würde. Ich würde sie auf keinen Fall unhöflich nennen, aber sie beschränkten sich strikt aufs Geschäftliche und lächelten kaum oder unterhielten sich anregend. Ich hatte mir Personal gewünscht, das sich besonders anstrengt, um eine einladendere Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Alles in allem hat das Hilton Goa in Bezug auf Zimmer und Lage einiges zu bieten. Sie müssen das chemische Ungleichgewicht im Pool beheben und ihren Service gastfreundlicher gestalten, um als erstklassiges 5-Sterne-Hotel hervorzustechen. Das Fundament ist vorhanden, aber einige Optimierungen könnten daraus ein wirklich erstklassiges Hotel machen. Danke

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Das können wir wirklich über Doubletree sagen! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram die 3 von ihnen wirklich machten unseren Aufenthalt groß und wunderbar! Sie verdienen die Anerkennung für ihren Dienst. Die Nacht, die wir ankamen, wurden wir von Nithesh bei der Rezeption begrüßt. Die Eincheckung war schnell und Nithesh folgte uns auf dem ganzen Weg in unser Zimmer, um uns Informationen über die bfast, Einrichtungen, f&b und andere Details, die wir wissen mussten! Großer Service, Nithesh! Im Café während der bfast waren wir von Shivram serviert. Er hat sichergestellt, dass wir nichts verpassen! Shivram, wir suchten nach Ihnen in den nächsten Tagen, aber vielleicht waren Sie auf einem anderen Schicht. Großer Service, Shivram! Schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, Syantika! Obwohl Sie ein Neubeker sind, Sie scheinen überhaupt nicht wie ein Neubeker! Ihr Charme und muss-zu-Verhalten, wunderbar! Sowohl meine Frau als auch ich fühlten, dass Ihre Wahrheit, wenn Sie an einer Frage teilnehmen, die wir Sie gefragt haben, und eine fast sofortige Antwort erhalten, nur tausend Worte spricht! Halten Sie Ihre gute Arbeit auf und Sie werden einen langen Weg gehen! Danke auch dem Management und Team von Doubletree Goa!

Enttäuschend für eine 5-Sterne-Eigenschaft. Sie kontaktierten mich einen Tag vor der Frage, wann ich anmelden würde. Ich kam etwas später als die genannte Zeit und musste noch warten 15-20 Minuten, um das Zimmer bereit zu sein. Check-out war auch langsam. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber alt und brauchen Verbesserung. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte mittels Mittelalternativen. Die Mitarbeiter legen sich kaum an dir an. Im 3-Sterne-Wohnungen mit viel besserem Ergebnis

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные!  Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!! Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания: 1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣 2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.  3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.
