Es ist einfach nicht gut, es ist zu gut für den Urlaub. Das Zimmer ist perfekt. Die gesamte Ecke des Herrenhauses ist sehr sauber. Obwohl die Rezeption einen seltsamen Akzent hat, ist es ein sehr beruhigendes Resort-Hotel. Das kleine Schloss hatte gerade eine Hochzeit. Es war ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Tag. Alles ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist nicht viel, aber es ist lecker. Empfehlenswert ist das Menü von 70 Euro zum Abendessen. Außer der Lage gibt es keine großartige Landschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr gut.

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotelerlebnis. Das Hotel kombiniert Luxus, Eleganz und hervorragenden Komfort. Das Rezeptionspersonal war professionell, willkommen und aufmerksam, so dass der Eincheckungsprozess reibungslos und angenehmen ist. Ausgezeichneter Service, schöne Einrichtungen und einen wirklich erinnere�rbaren Aufenthalt. Sehr empfohlen.

Ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Umkreis von zehn Minuten zu Fuß gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Weinbars. Tolles Hotel und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet, im Frühstücksrestaurant jedoch nicht. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen.

Il est regrettable, alors que l hôtel était presque vide , d’avoir eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle , pas agréable , trop petite. Nous en avons fait part à un membre de la réception qui nous a répondu : oui vous avez raison . Dommage

Es ist sehr komfortabel und schön. Es ist wie in einem Palast. Auch das Servicepersonal ist sehr begeistert. Das Restaurant im Inneren ist auch köstlich. Der Preis ist nicht teuer, nur 1.000 pro Person. Das Spa im Inneren ist sehr gut.

Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.

A place that I will definitely go back and visit. The view is beautiful, staffs are all well trained and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable.
