Ich blieb hier, als mein Partner seinen 50. in der Stadt hatte und als Verhandlung reservierte ich dieses schöne Hotel große Zimmer. Wache am nächsten Morgen, um auf meinem Bein zu bidden, mein Bein waschen und dachte nicht viel mehr davon, bis mehr Bittchen auf meinem Körper zu scheinen! Mit einer Reise nach meinem G.P, da ich nicht mit dem Juckreiz und der Hitze schlafen konnte, wurde es als BED BUGS bestätigt! Ich ranzte Hotel 3 gesonderte Zeiten und sprach mit 3 verschiedenen Leuten und wurde gesagt, dass sie Exterminators ins Zimmer zu bekommen und nicht 1 Telefonanruf ich von jedem Manager, um mich zu fragen über meine Erfahrung ... Ich auch das Hotel e-mailte und schickte Fotos und Keine Antwort!!! . Es war 4 Wochen seit ich geblieben habe zu sagen, dass ich enttäuscht in meiner Erfahrung ist eine Unterbewertung.

We visited in early April with our nearly two year old son. This hotel is great for young families with fabulous amenities onsite from the pet farm,playroom, and poo.l. we parked the car and didn't leave for two days. We both got the chance to use the spa facilties, which were top-notch. Breakfast had plenty of choice , the restaurant on both evenings was class. Very friendly helpfull staff couldn't do enough for us. Great chat out of the young bar man also. As a gaa fan, it was nice to see the players of a young limerick & Clare teams popping in for their dinner. Would love to return again this year hopefully Thanking you The Smiths

Wir blieben nur für eine Nacht, aber es war eine tolle erste Nacht in Irland. Das Hotelpersonal war so nett und freundlich - half uns um die Stadt zu navigieren. Parkplatz war leicht zugänglich und sicher. Zimmer war sauber und Betten waren komfortabel. Frühstück wurde geliefert, aber wir nahmen nicht teil.

Went as a family of 8, had pre booked our table. Sitting for half an hour before they even took our drink order! Another 20+ mins before our food came out, orders all wrong and our food was actually cold! Sitting waiting to order dessert for another half an hour while three young waitress were having a fine old chat, our table wasn't even cleaned off, so in the end after waiting almost 40 mins we stood up and left, without dessert, table still not even cleaned off. Went to pay and an elderly man was ahead of me, a male member of staff was arguing loudly with the elderly man saying that he had chips with his meal and the elderly man was saying that he hadn't, whether or not the poor old man had chips it was very unpleasant and unprofessional the way the member of staff was arguing with him in front of me. Anyway, it was a different member of staff that dealt with me and to be fair he was a lovely young man, I voiced my dissatisfaction to him but assured him it wasn't personal, just the service in general, he went to find his supervisor and after another 20 minutes wait he eventually came back, minus the supervisor and said that the supervisor had said to knock 10% off my bill. Well all I can say is our meal was ruined and it was a meal for my husband's birthday. I was also very unwell on the evening in question as I suffer from Crohn's disease and this added stress definitely didn't help. Would I go back again, not a hope! Steer well clear, lots of other fantastic places to eat in West Limerick/ North Kerry.

The hotel is lovely the rooms are very nice save for two thing a security night light at the door, I have never seen this before and whilst the bathroom is well appointed if you are 6ft 4 you cannot shut the shower door. we eat in the restaurent and had the beef which was very good and the service by some young polish or Czech carering Students wasexcellent and I beg their apology if I got their nationality wrong. That evening we watched the Ireland v SA game ( I went to SA to play rugby and cricket so to start with I could wind them up ) Of course now I fully support England and if they are not playing I support one of the Home nations, so we were all for one and a great result. The breakfast was very good. overall a lovely place to godd with one of the best golf course in the world within walking distance

The location is superb. Close to the train/bus station and away from the bustle of city traffic. Adjacent to the peoples park in a Georgian terrace. A great place for a solo traveller. Parking was not ideal, as it is across the street and down a lane. The staff at 1 Pery are friendly and helpful. My room was the perfect size, not too big and definitely not too small. No view, but I wasn't there for the view. However, looking across at another guest room was not something I wanted so I closed the curtain on that window. The other overlooked motley flat roofs - not picturesque. The bathroom had both bath and shower, which was excellent. Less than excellent was the lack of a shaver outlet for my electric toothbrush. And the sound effects from other rooms/other guests trying (?) to lock/unlock their doors was disconcerting. However, all was quiet after midnight. I would definitely stay here again. Then there was the Spa.....now that is an experience all in itself. I would recommend this spa to anyone. It is so quiet, peaceful. The treatment I had was over 1.5 hrs. At €135 I considered it very good value. Back neck and shoulder massage with full facial. You HAVE to try this. I chose a strong massage as I can't be dealing with faffing ... and it was amazing. My facial skin felt totally renewed afterwards. Go..go...you have to try this. Wonderful staff and everything had a calm unrushed quality even though they couldn't find my booking (made by the front desk) when I arrived.
