Wir sind eine Familienreise, dieses Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr herzlich, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, für Reisen mit Kindern geeignet.

Ich weiß nicht, ob die Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde; sie war voller Haare und Schmutz. Ich habe an der Rezeption nach Bettwäsche und Kissenbezügen gefragt und diese selbst gewechselt. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ähnlich wie in anderen Holiday Inns, aber die Obstauswahl und der Geschmack waren besser.

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist kostenlos parken. Wenn Sie Mietwagen an den Flughafen zurückgeben, ist es auch sehr praktisch. Ich habe den Flughafen zurückgerufen, nachdem ich den Wagen von Avis zurückgerufen habe. In wenigen Minuten hat der Flughafenshuttle des Hotels mich vom Flughafen entfernt. Diese Effizienz muss in den Vereinigten Staaten gewürdigt werden. Das Zimmer ist sehr schnell, das Hotel hat auch einen Fitnessraum und einen kleinen Pool, es sollte alles geben. Wenn es eine Nacht ausruht, ist es sehr gut, wenn der Wagen am nächsten Tag weg ist. Empfehlenswert!

雖然是温德姆 但是就是個兩層的汽車旅館 這裏距離錫安公園半小時車程 比sringdale 小鎮價格划算太多了 雖然要是溯溪租衣服的話衹能去springdale 無非是早點起罷了 反正也要經過 印度人管理 雖然入住有點小麻煩但是解決了 房間挺好的 熱風給力 就是廁所有點冷 早餐雖然簡單到潦草 但是這個價格 看看滿滿的住客 大院子裏車都滿了 還要什麼自行車

I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

Sehr nahe am Flughafen, das Hotel hat einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Transfer, das Hotel hat einen Pool und einen Fitnessraum, obwohl nicht groß, kann man sich entspannen, das Frühstück ist etwas einfach, im Allgemeinen gut

Eingang in die Landschaftszone ist bequem, die Landschaft 👍

The pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.
