The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

2 Nächte im Zimmer 703. ➕ Plus: • Große Lage, 7 Minuten zu Simpang Lima und direkt mit dem Queen City Mall verbunden, das viele gute Restaurants und Geschäfte hat. • Guter Wert für Geld angesichts der Einrichtungen und Lage in Semarang. • Komplett im Zimmer ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, großes Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Platten und Kochgeräte, sehr bequem für Familienaufenthalte oder längere Besuche. • Smooth check-in process, and no deposit required. ➖ Minus: • Elektrizität ging mehr als 8 mal während meines Aufenthalts fort und aus. Die Ausfahrt war jeden Mal kurz, aber es störte unsere Komfort, vor allem beim Laden von Geräten. • A fliegendes Hühnchen kam aus der oberen Seite des Schrankes. Ich habe es dem Personal gemeldet. • Frühstücksrestaurant ist ziemlich klein und oft überfüllt, mit begrenzten Menüwahl. • Zimmer ist nicht klangsicher, Lärm aus den Straßen und der Zug kann klar, sogar bis Mitternacht gehört werden.

Vielleicht das beste ein Hotel in der Stadt, ein großer Schwimmbad und Frühstück war gut. Zimmer in der Nähe des Generators sind laut.

Einer der besten Hotels in Solo City. Kundenservice 5/5 - Personal war freundlich und Service war hervorragend. Lage 5/5 - in der Nähe von Paragon Mall (2km) Frühstück 5/5 - leckere Küche und schöne Restaurantdekoration. Zimmer 5/5 - Bett war komfortabel und Zimmer war sauber. Sehr empfohlen.

Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.

ブローラにいくときはいつもこのホテルを使っています。清潔感もあり、サービスも良いです。レストランの食事は残念ながら今一つですが、その他は問題ありません。

THE FRONT DESK STAFFS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELFUL, CHEERFUL AND ASSIST VERY FAST ON CHECK-IN PROCESS DUE LATE CHECK-IN AFTER TIRED JOURNEY

Booked because of their hot water pool. But it only warm during weekend. But their pools are good, there are three pools with depth 1.4m, 0.6m and 0.8 m. Rooms are spacious. We booked 3 rooms, two others connecting and children love it. The only let down is the breakfast selection, not too many choices. Standard staples of hotel buffet. Bit expect more of their speciality selections.

I love coming to Magelang but hardly stay there because there’re not such well maintanied & clean hotels.  Knowing Artotel just opens, i purposely make a plan to stay in Magelang & try Artotel.   The room is super clean & big, also the bed in comfy. Huge shower space in  junior suite room, water pressure is strong. Eventhou water drainage is a bit slow but not a big deal.   I don’t have a chance to try the b’fast but i heard Magelangers like to have weekend b’fast in the hotel (so i assume their b’fast must be good😁).  The parkir is limited but valet is available.   All the staff are super friendly & helpful.   I really enjoy my stay & definitely will come back.  Artotel is highly recommended!👍🏼
