Alles an dem neuen Hotel ist in Ordnung. Ich war zum ersten Mal dort, als mich ein Freund dorthin mitnahm. Es war viel teurer als das, was ich über Ctrip gebucht hatte. Die Bilder auf Ctrip waren nicht gut. Ich konnte nicht bestätigen, ob es dasselbe Hotel war. Ich konnte es nur anhand der Zimmeraufteilung und der Lage feststellen. Ich bat Ctrip, das Bild des heruntergekommenen Hauses zu entfernen.

호텔중 아주 드믄 논뷰호텔이에요. 논 한가운데 있는 방갈로 숙소였어요. 주변에 식당이 없어 저녁을 호텔에서 먹어야 해요. 음식은 가격대가 있기는 했지만 싱싱한 재료로 성의있게 차려서 마음에 들었어요. 특히 이슬람 국가인데도 맥주가 주문가능해서  감사히 먹었어요. 진하지만 쓰지 않은 맛있는 커피를 무제한으로 주는 점도 좋았구요. 다만 보로부드러 입구가 달라져서인지 꽤 멀어요. 걸어가기에는  먼거리에요. 우리는그랩을  불러서 가고 올때는 툭툭이를 탔어요. 숙소가 조용하고 한적해서 힐링하기는 좋지만 일단 어두워지면 숙소에서나가기는 어려워요

GGastnutzerWe stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

AAnonymer BenutzerEigentlich ist dieser Ort großartig. Schön und geräumig Zimmer. Ich mag es wirklich. Das Essen, das sie serviert haben, schmeckt wirklich gut. Chefs Kuss. Aber, derjenige, der mich stört, ist, dass sie nicht ein Zeichen für eine „verkaufte“ Lebensmittel/Getränke setzen, außer dass, einige der Menü ist nicht das gleiche mit dem Menü, das sie bereits auf ihrer Website angezeigt haben. Wir erwarten schon Nahrung, wenn wir hungrig sind, warten, nur, dass sie diese Nahrung nicht servieren können, weil das ausverkauft ist. Es ist wirklich störend.

MMutiaraSebenernya hotelnya bagus, cuma dapat bad experience aja untuk pertama kali inap disini, aku pesan dinner romantic langsung ke cp hotel ini, aku pastikan private dan gak sharing sama orang lain. Tapi kenyataannya ZONK. Di hari H udah check in gak dikasih tau kalau ada organ tunggal mau nyanyi juga dekat kolam. Dikasih taunya udah H-berapa jam. Serius, udah bayar mahal2 malah jadi keburu2, mana diliatin banyak orang, kadonya juga se adanya kayanya baru nyiapin hari itu, padahal udah booking DINNER ROMANTICNYA DR JAUH JAUH HARI. Lumayan juga harganya 1jt tapi kalo pelayannya begitu 😥 mulai jam 19.00 - 21.00 katanya, tapitbtb di cepetin jam 17.00-19.00 hadeh. Kalo gak saya bilang gak terima bakalan kekeuh dinner di jam 17.00 pdhl sebelumnya bilang jam 19.00. Tapi selain itu, okelah, untung aja menjual view laut. Mohon di perbaiki layanan ya. Saya cuma kecewa yang harusnya dpt momment dinner romantic, malah jd ajang diliatin orang, mau foto2 juga banyak orang lalu lalang lewat. Dinner nya jadin cuma 1 jam dan malah minta dibawa ke kamar aja sisanya. Sayang bgt kalo harus bayar 1jt begitu

GGastnutzerDie Freundlichkeit des Personals hat den Tag für sie gerettet, für sie, Alle von Sicherheit, Front Desk, Wartepersonal - war warm und willkommen. Einige hatten sogar das ehrlichste SMILE, das ich je gesehen habe. 👍👍 Es gibt jedoch mehrere Bereiche, in denen die Sorge besteht: - Das Hausbetreiberpersonal, das für meinen Stock verantwortlich war, hatte ein ernsthaftes BAD BODY ODOUR Problem: ein, das im Zimmer und sogar im Korridor bleiben und schlafen würde. - Das Essen, das während des Frühstücks serviert wurde, war ausreichend verschieden. Allerdings braucht die Qualität eine große Verbesserung. Zum Beispiel war das Getreide, das ich hatte, das künstlichste Getreide jemals! Es war eigentlich ziemlich abscheulich. Und der Service im PADI Restaurant kann verbessert werden, zum Beispiel: Keiner war ausreichend auf die ASH-Trays im Rauchbereich versorgt; auch, ziemlich wenige Male, wurde auf den Fußgängern kein Staff gesehen, Es schien, als ob sie irgendwo ”versammlungen”, die von den Gästen nicht zufällig zu sehen wären! - Die Safey Deposit Box funktionierte nicht richtig und musste repariert werden. Jemand aus der Rooms Dept oder der Engineering Dept sollte regelmäßig jeden Raum regelmäßig, ohne Fehler! - Schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, der Kuchen in meinem Zimmer riecht wie etwas rott / eine tote Ratte. Sehr scheu Das ist alles, was ich jetzt überlegen kann. Thx, 🙏!

MikeThe breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

The staff were incredibly friendly, providing clear instructions and going above and beyond to assist with any queries. The value for money was outstanding, considering the luxurious facilities provided, including a well-equipped gym. Although the swimming pool was under renovation, the other amenities more than made up for it. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread, offering both traditional and western cuisine, complete with a chocolate fountain and ice cream.
