This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Der Service war hervorragend, unser Gepäck wurde bestens betreut. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr komfortabel. Am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen, es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt vor der Tür einkaufen gehen und es ist auch in der Nähe des berühmten Aals-Restaurants. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Die Lage ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn, aber die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug ist sehr mühsam. Man muss auf beiden Seiten unterschiedliche Aufzüge benutzen, von der U-Bahn bis zur Rezeption im 24. Stock, und dann ein kurzes Stück von der Rezeption nach hinten laufen und fahren Sie mit dem Aufzug zum Zimmer. Das unterirdische Einkaufszentrum wird am 23. April eröffnet, sodass Sie vom Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station nicht direkt zum Hotel gelangen können, sondern einen Umweg nehmen müssen. Der Raum ist groß genug und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Fokus liegt nur auf Design, aber nicht auf Praktikabilität. Das ist großartig. Für den Preis, zu dem ich übernachtet habe, war es in Ordnung. Wir haben kein Frühstück bestellt und fanden es praktisch, draußen zu essen.

Sehr bequem! Lage ist die beste - musste nicht zu früh aufwachen für unseren Flug. Nächstes Mal werden wir das nochmal tun! Die Sauberkeit kann verbessert werden, aber nicht zu schüchtern. Wäscherei und Badezimmer sind getrennt, gut für die Familie zu verwenden. Das Essen ist kein Problem, da Kombinationen im Flughafen sind. Kaffeemaschine im Lobby. Einfacher Zugang. Genügend Platz für eine Familie von 4!

Superb location next to the train Meitetsu line that link with Nagoya airport. Also on the 3rd floor, there is bus station to Takayama. Basically it all connected. Not far from hotel, there are chain restaurant like Yamachan, Ichiran etc.

My kid was surprised with the aquarium theme room. The room is spacious and come with washing machine, mini kitchen, bath tub. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for those with kids. Family friendly stay.

I stayed at Hotel Keihan Nagoya and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable room that had enough space to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Our family had an absolutely delightful stay at Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. We did encounter a slight hiccup during check-in, as the hotel requested us to email our Trip.com check-in voucher for confirmation/arrangement, which caused a minor delay. However, this was quickly resolved, and it didn't detract from our overall experience. A highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the complimentary nightly ramen, which quickly became a cherished ritual for us. The delicious, comforting bowls were the perfect end to our busy days exploring Nagoya. Even more remarkable was the hotel's fantastic onsen. After long hours of sightseeing and walking, immersing ourselves in the soothing hot springs was pure bliss. It truly melted away all our travel fatigue, leaving us refreshed and rejuvenated for the next day's adventures. The combination of superb amenities and thoughtful touches made our stay incredibly memorable. We highly recommend Dormy Inn Premium Nagoya Sakae for families seeking comfort, relaxation, and a taste of authentic Japanese hospitality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down our favorite family trip so far. It was our first time visiting Nagoya, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My son absolutely loved the hotel—honestly, I think he may have enjoyed it even more than LEGOLAND itself! The hotel was so engaging and family-friendly that we found ourselves spending more time there than we did inside the park, and we loved every minute of it. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. After a full day of activities, it was nice to have food readily available without needing to travel elsewhere. We didn’t get a chance to use the water park during this visit, but knowing it’s available as part of the overall experience makes me even more excited to come back. The convenience, the atmosphere, and the joy it brought my son made this an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be returning before we leave Japan. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend it.
