That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag in diesem Hotel an, nachdem wir zuvor eine sehr beschwerliche Route von Coron Island, Cebu Island und Palawan hinter uns hatten. Wir fuhren selbstständig mit dem Tricycle dorthin. Wir wurden von sehr freundlichem Hotelpersonal empfangen und checkten schnell ein, da wir sehr müde waren. Nach dem Einchecken fragten wir die Rezeptionistin nach Restaurantempfehlungen und waren angenehm überrascht, als sie uns anbot, uns mit dem Shuttle zu einem italienischen Restaurant zu bringen und dort zu warten, während wir eine authentische italienische Pizza aus dem Ofen genossen, bevor sie uns zurückbrachte, da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt keinen Empfang hatten. Am nächsten Morgen wurde uns ein köstliches Frühstück zubereitet (das Hotel bietet von 8:00 bis 10:00 Uhr eine Frühstückskarte mit vier europäischen und etwa vier philippinischen Gerichten zur Auswahl), und die Portionen waren sehr großzügig. Nach dem Frühstück bemerkten wir, dass wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren. Wir erfuhren, dass wir tatsächlich die einzigen waren, da am Tag vor unserer Ankunft ein Taifun gewütet und die Fähren von Cebu gestrichen worden waren. Mein Mann und ich verbrachten fünf unvergessliche Tage in diesem Hotel. Wir mieteten uns außerdem einen Honda Click für 500 Pesos pro Tag und erkundeten damit die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Palawan und Bohol. Das Personal kümmerte sich umgehend um alle unsere Anfragen. Wir hatten kleinere Probleme mit dem WLAN, das im Zimmer nicht funktionierte, aber außerhalb des Zimmers war die Verbindung ausgezeichnet. Dieses Problem wurde jedoch schnell behoben. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und mit Klimaanlage, einem großen Deckenventilator, einem Kühlschrank, Tee- und Kaffeezubehör sowie einer Minibar mit Softdrinks und Bier ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer finden Sie Toilettenartikel, Shampoo, Duschgel und einen Haartrockner. Auf dem Hotelgelände befindet sich ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool, umgeben von blühenden Bananenpalmen, und ein perfekt grüner Rasen, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Wir baten außerdem darum, dass uns bei der Abreise Lunchpakete gepackt werden. Zu unserer Überraschung fanden wir beim Öffnen unserer sorgfältig gepackten Boxen auf der Fähre ein komplettes Frühstück vor, genau wie das, das für uns vorbereitet worden war. Vielen Dank, es war ein sehr angenehmes und leckeres Essen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Ich möchte dem Inhaber meinen herzlichen Dank für den hervorragenden Service in diesem Hotel aussprechen, ebenso wie allen Mitarbeitern, mit denen wir zu tun hatten. Ich habe fünf unvergessliche Tage in Ihrem wundervollen Hotel verbracht.

Liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums von Ayala und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum House of Lechon, mit einigen Geschäften in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Safe, einfachem Kaffee, Minikühlschrank, kompletter Toilettenausstattung, Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet.

Die Sraff sind schön. Nach dem Frühstück ließ ich mein Handy auf dem Tisch liegen und das Mädchen gab es mir zurück. Ich bin so dankbar dafür. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn man nicht wählerisch ist. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich klein. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man nach dem Öffnen der Tür in die Dusche gehen und die Tür wieder schließen, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht alle Badezimmer denen des Zimmers entsprechen, in dem wir übernachtet haben.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

Das Hotel an sich macht keine schlechte Eindruck auf den ersten Blick. Wir hatte Suite gebucht und ich muss ehrlich sagen, das Zimmer war alles anderes, aber nicht Suite. Die Fenster sind sooo dünn, dass man alles was auf der Straße passiert mitbekommt. Wir dachten erst es muss irgendwo Fenster offen sein, so laut war im Zimmer. Die Nacht war dementsprechend auch unruhig. Wir sind mehrfach wach geworden. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und stets bemüht. Was uns richtig gut gefallen hat ist die rooftop Bar ganz oben. Die Drinks waren lecker und der Ausblick und Atmosphäre sehr schön.

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

Unser Aufenthalt war ok, aber es konnte durch einige geringfügige Anpassungen viel verbessert werden. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass es keine Kettle oder Tee/Kaffeelieferungen im Zimmer gab, die wir glauben sollten als Standard kommen, vor allem in einem Resort. Auch, Flaschenwasser ist nur bei der Eincheckung und nicht täglich, mit dem wir auch enttäuscht waren. Es gab keine Sonnenlounge rund um den Pool wie die Fotos auf der Trip-App. Sehr begrenzte Lounge am Strand vorn, so dass sie nie verfügbar waren. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, da es kein Brot oder Obst gab, und als ich Brot für mich gebe, der nicht Fleisch essen und Eier nicht mag, gab es kein Butter. Ich habe nie von einem Restaurant gehört, das kein Butter hat! Es gab sehr begrenzte Optionen, und Sie wurden nur vernünftig, nur 1 Sauce und 1 Ei, da es ein unterstütztes Buffet war. Es gab auch Reis, aber nichts zu gehen mit ihm. Auch keine Teebeutel, nur Kaffee. Keine Waschmaschine oder Skooter Mietdienst, der unseren Aufenthalt viel bequemer hätte machen können, und keine Hilfe, um diese Dienstleistungen zu finden, wenn sie gefragt werden, ob sie ihnen angeboten. Begrenzte Plug-Socken im Zimmer macht es schwierig, unsere Geräte zu nutzen und sie gleichzeitig zu laden. Es gab keine Dusche Gel, nur eine kleine Bar Seife, aber Dusche Gel ist vorzuziehen. Wasserdispenser zu füllen unsere eigenen Flaschen wäre schön gewesen, da keine Flasche Wasser auf andere Tage als Tagskontrolle geliefert. Alle in allen einen enttäuschenden Aufenthalt. Neben dem schönen Strand war die Lage auch ziemlich ungünstig, da wir nicht realisiert hatten, dass es keine anderen Geschäfte und Restaurants verfügbar waren als das Resort selbst.

Ich liebe meinen Aufenthalt hier und ich fühlte mein Studiozimmer sehr spezial. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und das Zimmer hatte alle Einrichtungen und Toiletten. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen netten und erschwinglichen Kaffee, einen kleinen Pool für Entspannung und einen Fitnessraum. Es gibt Spas, Restaurants und ein Mall nur einen Spa-Wanderweg. Das Personal war nett und hat mir am Ende meines Aufenthalts einen kostenlosen Fahrt zum Flughafen geplant.
