What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

1. Lage: Da das Hotel weit vom Alona Beach entfernt liegt, musste ich für den kostenlosen Massagetransfer zusätzlich 300 Pesos pro Strecke bezahlen.
2. Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und hell, ideal zum Schminken. Matratze und Bettwäsche waren angenehm, und die Einzelbetten hatten zwei Kissen, was sehr komfortabel war.
3. Pool: Das Wasser war sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, sodass man wunderbar schwimmen konnte. In anderen Resorts bin ich nie ins Wasser gegangen.
4. Verpflegung: Das Frühstück war inklusive, einfach, aber sättigend und lecker. Es war auch schön, jederzeit weitere Mahlzeiten bestellen zu können, die ebenfalls sehr gut waren.
5. Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, und da es sich um eine ruhige Gegend handelt, boten sie einen Hoteltransfer in die nähere Umgebung an und bestellten Tuk-Tuks für weiter entfernte Ziele. Grab war nicht verfügbar.
6. Insgesamt: Ich würde dieses Resort wieder buchen, wenn ich einen ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt suche, allerdings war die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum etwas unpraktisch. Das Resort ist ideal für Wassersport. Ich habe im ICM für 400 Pesos pro Strecke eingekauft, bin aber gerne in der Umgebung herumspaziert und habe mich deshalb am Alona Beach vergnügt.
Da das Resort von Bergen umgeben ist, gab es so viele Mücken, dass ich schätzungsweise zehn pro Tag getötet habe. Fragen Sie nach einer elektrischen Mückenspirale, um die Plage zu minimieren.
Ich kann dieses Resort wärmstens empfehlen, der größte Nachteil sind jedoch die Mücken.

Es gibt Cafés und Restaurants direkt über die Straße, McDonald's und 7 elf gerade hinter
Schönes Großes Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Bett und Matratzen, ausgezeichnete Kissen so sehr schön sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer-Matratzen und Kissen sind viel besser als die 2 anderen nahe gelegenen Hotels, die teuer sind, habe ich auch dort geblieben.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ein Buffet und es gab Bacon-Yummy.
Was ich nicht über dieses Hotel gefällt sind ...
1)! Sie beharren immer noch auf eine Einlage während der Inspektion
2) die Dusche und die Handdusche wurden gebrochen und musste repariert werden.
Ich mag dieses Hotel MORE als die anderen zwei Nachbarhotels nur neben der Tür und wählen Sie das nächste Mal wieder

GGastnutzerDie Sraff sind schön. Nach dem Frühstück ließ ich mein Handy auf dem Tisch liegen und das Mädchen gab es mir zurück. Ich bin so dankbar dafür. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn man nicht wählerisch ist. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich klein. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man nach dem Öffnen der Tür in die Dusche gehen und die Tür wieder schließen, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht alle Badezimmer denen des Zimmers entsprechen, in dem wir übernachtet haben.

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

GGastnutzerEin sehr schönes kleines Hotel (das sich als Boutique-Hotel positioniert). Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Die Preise sind etwas höher als beispielsweise in der Stadt, aber nicht viel.
Reinigung, Service usw. sind einwandfrei.
Es gibt ein kleines, aber wunderschönes Riff mit vielen Schildkröten (der Einstieg ins Wasser ist allerdings nicht optimal, aber das ist überall so).
Ich möchte auch die Nachteile erwähnen:
1. Die Dusche im Zimmer im zweiten Stock hat einen sehr schwachen Wasserdruck, es kommt nur ein dünner Strahl (sowohl warm als auch kalt).
2. Es ist weit vom Flughafen entfernt (aber gute Hotels in Cebu sind das immer :( )). Vielen Dank an den Hotelbesitzer Mike für die wundervolle Zeit und den aufmerksamen Service! :)

KKopikEin schönes Hotel direkt am Strand von Alona Beach. Ein leckeres und reichhaltiges À-la-carte-Frühstück mit einer großen Getränkeauswahl. Auch abends gibt es im selben Restaurant direkt am Strand leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und geht gerne auf alle Wünsche ein. Bei der Buchung hatten wir um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang gebeten. Beim Check-in wurde uns eines zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank!
Keine allzu große Schwäche: Um die Koffer vom Auto zu tragen, muss man von der Hauptstraße aus einige Minuten über den Sand laufen, was bei der Hitze nicht sehr angenehm ist. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde eines der Gebäude (das Gebäude in der Nähe des Pools) renoviert. Es war nur tagsüber laut, aber Säcke mit Hausmüll blieben lange Zeit auf dem Hotelgelände stehen.

Das Personal war großartig. Der Ort ist etwas veraltet und muss modernisiert werden. Der Pool ist okay, aber muss renoviert werden. Das Frühstück wurde auf Bestellung zubereitet und war großartig. Der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet und die Portionen waren groß.
In der Regenzeit kommt anscheinend niemand hierher, und das ist schade.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel an sich macht keine schlechte Eindruck auf den ersten Blick. Wir hatte Suite gebucht und ich muss ehrlich sagen, das Zimmer war alles anderes, aber nicht Suite. Die Fenster sind sooo dünn, dass man alles was auf der Straße passiert mitbekommt. Wir dachten erst es muss irgendwo Fenster offen sein, so laut war im Zimmer. Die Nacht war dementsprechend auch unruhig. Wir sind mehrfach wach geworden. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und stets bemüht. Was uns richtig gut gefallen hat ist die rooftop Bar ganz oben. Die Drinks waren lecker und der Ausblick und Atmosphäre sehr schön.
