Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage mit steigenden Hügeln auf beiden Seiten des Tals und herrliche Aussichten. Mein Zimmer war komfortabel, mit allen Bequemlichkeiten mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Berg. Der Besitzer, der sehr aufmerksam und freundlich war, nahm unverzüglich an den Fragen teil, die ich mit dem Haartrockner hatte, und löste das Alarm nach einem Stromausfall. Einige Dinge, wie die Lampenschattungen, benötigten Ersatz und es gab Kobweben in den Eichenstrahlen, aber im Allgemeinen war ich froh mit dem Zimmer. Das Essen war erstaunlich! Eine volles Buffet-Bar mit frischem Obst, Getreide und Joghurt sowie superbly kocht al a carte Menü; oft mehr als ich essen konnte, aber es wäre sicher ein guter Anfang für einen Tag zu Fuß in den Hügeln. Das packte Mittagessen war großzügig und das Abendmenü hatte eine gute Vielfalt an Gerichten, die liebevoll und mit mehreren Optionen für Vegetarier präsentiert wurden.

What can I say — Mike and Sue are a terrific, warm, caring, fun, genuinely cool couple. We stayed for three wonderful nights; the room(s) had everything (and then some) that one would want. Their place is beautiful inside and out. The house is cozy, spotless, and super quiet, and the location makes it easy to get around to so many places to see. Breakfast was fantastic every morning: Mike cooked everything, the table was always set beautifully, and he makes the best porridge — even better than mine. It still blows me away that this is their home and they welcome guests into it. And you’ll love Rusty too. My husband isn’t a fan of dogs, but Mike was incredibly thoughtful and kept Rusty away. Overall, a really great stay. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks, Mike & Sue.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich gut, insgesamt sauber, der Stil ist wie andere Reise-Lodge. Beim Einchecken hatte ich ein paar kleine Probleme. Die Bestätigungsnummer des Trip.com an die Empfänger muss nein sagen. Ich muss mich fragen, welche Bestellungsnummer ich ihnen anfordern möchte. Ich habe die britische ID gezeigt, als ob es nicht möglich war. Ich habe den richtigen Namen gegeben, weil ich die Telefonadresse nicht geschrieben habe, als ich bestellt wurde, Der Grund ist nicht logisch. Ich habe lange Autos fahren und möchte mich ausruhen, ich habe auch oft Trip.com-Hotel reserviert, und ich habe nie eine solche Situation erlebt. Mein Englisch ist nicht gut, es ist auch so schwierig, Leute zu erkennen, die kein Englisch machen. Aber ich habe auch Trip.com-Kundendienst kontaktiert, der Kundenservice ist sehr schnell, ich rufe direkt an, um zu kommunizieren, und ich bin einfach in der Unterkunft.

Just the perfect stay with the best host ever. Situated away from the hustle, this guesthouse is surrounded by Farmlands and countryside views. The beds were super comfortable, well sized rooms with enough storage and a well sizes bathroom. There is ample parking space and an outdoor picnic table. The breakfast served is fresh off the kitchen with lots of love. The lounge area is cozy and warm, perfect for a lazy evening. The best part of this place is the conversations you can have with this charming host and her hospitality. Definitely visiting again when around.

Stayed in this room on the second night in this hotel, much larger room, comfy beds, two bottles of water, some biscuits and a kettle provided. Only downside is although the room was clean the shower was not, once again like the night before I'd been hiking all day so couldn't be bothered to go downstairs so cleaned it myself, but the staff was friendly both days I checked in so I imagine if I had they would've been able to sort that quickly. Overall good stay though.

From the moment we walked into the Tilman we were greeted with a big smile and very friendly staff . We were given an up grade which was a lovely surprise. The bath and shower were big and lots room . The beds and linen very comfortable, the towels were thick and fluffy . Lots of tea coffee milk in the room fridge with comp water 👍👍. Very clean room snd hallways . Breakfast my word was fantastic value and great choice 2 courses . The waitress at breakfast was so nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

Hotel is where the marina is. So it is nice. It is also the opposite end to where the castle is. Fortunately, Caernarfon is not very big. It's a nice 10 min walk along the coastal castle wall. What's unfortunate is that our toilet smells of urine and that the hotel doesnt really have a drop off drive way. The hotel uses public carpark for guests, so imagine when it rains. Reception is 1 floor up. More like a cashier counter. All in all, stay was fine, just a little ”piss” off with the smell in the bathroom.

Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

Staff was warm and accommodating when we arrived. The room was clean and cozy. I just hoped they give free room slippers. Breakfast is good, but there was hair in the fruit salad which I informed the staff. They were nice to offer fresh fruit salad but I said I’m okay with the yogurt instead. The view from the restaurant is very nice and overall our stay was peaceful.

Ein schönes Gebäude, atmosphärisch und alt, mit einem großen Blick auf Loch Ness - wirklich das Beste sein muss. Das Hotel ist ein wenig alt und müde. Die 4-Poster Suite ist das Beste im Hotel, aber braucht und upgrade. Das Essen braucht auch eine vollständige Umstellung. Urteil: ein schönes Hotel, das große Investitionen und Modernisierung benötigt. Buchen Sie über eine Reise-Website, da die Hotelgebühren zu hoch sind.
