Das Hotel ist ok, wenn Sie es für 3 oder weniger buchen. Ich habe es für meine Familie von 4 reserviert und die Beschreibung auf der Buchungsstelle war anders als ich hatte. Beschreibung auf Trip.com klar erwähnt, dass ich 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, aber 1 Einzelbett schließlich in ein Sofabett verwandelt. Ich habe es mit dem Concierge diskutiert, und sie sagte, die Hotelpolitik kann ein Sofabett arrangieren, wenn 3 Betten Schlafzimmer sind voll. Ich habe es wieder überprüft, ich habe es wirklich nicht auf der Politikseite und auch Zimmerbeschreibung gefunden. Schließlich, das Sofabett, ich denke es eigentlich nicht ein Sofabett. Die Sofa kann nicht ausgedehnt werden. Der Arm des Sofas und der Rücken des Sofas sind noch da.

Ich bin spät dran, aber die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist großartig und kann das Meer sehen. Das ausgewählte Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Das schlechte ist, dass die elektrische Wärmepumpe und der Kaffeebecher im Zimmer von jemandem ohne jemanden beachtet werden. Das Licht des Zimmers ist kaputt und nicht geöffnet.

Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

GGastnutzerFrom the moment we walked into the Tilman we were greeted with a big smile and very friendly staff . We were given an up grade which was a lovely surprise. The bath and shower were big and lots room . The beds and linen very comfortable, the towels were thick and fluffy . Lots of tea coffee milk in the room fridge with comp water 👍👍. Very clean room snd hallways . Breakfast my word was fantastic value and great choice 2 courses .
The waitress at breakfast was so nice and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again and recommend. 10/10

RRobbEin schönes Gebäude, atmosphärisch und alt, mit einem großen Blick auf Loch Ness - wirklich das Beste sein muss. Das Hotel ist ein wenig alt und müde. Die 4-Poster Suite ist das Beste im Hotel, aber braucht und upgrade. Das Essen braucht auch eine vollständige Umstellung. Urteil: ein schönes Hotel, das große Investitionen und Modernisierung benötigt. Buchen Sie über eine Reise-Website, da die Hotelgebühren zu hoch sind.
