Our hotel experience was excellent. All the staff were professional and always willing to help. The hotel was new and clean, our room was cleaned every day, and we had a great sleep thanks to the absence of any noise. We highly recommend this hotel!

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Отличный вариант для остановки в Самарканде. До Регистана можно дойти пешком минут за 15-20. В соседнем доме по улице находится кафе, где готовят Самаркандский плов. Номера просторные, есть спа-зона с небольшим бассейном, хаммамом и сауной. Правда, сауна и хаммам были не сильно прогреты.

Es war großartig! Angefangen bei der spektakulären Fassade, dem Taxi vom Flughafen. Das Zimmer ist fantastisch! Sauber! Ausgezeichnete Reinigung! Bequeme Betten! Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, viele Spiegel! Alles funktioniert. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück! Vielen Dank für die Zimmererweiterung. Ich wünsche dem Hotel weiterhin viel Erfolg. Weiter so! Sehr höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal, herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Ein magisches Samarkand-Märchen!

Die Lage ist gut und es ist eine gute Unterkunft in der Umgebung. Dieses Kontinentalgebiet ist nicht das bekannte Interkontinentalgebiet. Das Frühstück ist einfach und bietet nicht viel Auswahl. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist sehr langsam.
