4-Sterne-Hotels in Samarkand, Usbekistan

Wir haben unlängst in diesem Hotel geblieben und ich kann nicht helfen, sondern meine Eindrücke teilen! Die Hotels waren sehr gut ausgestattet und freundlich und professionell. Sie haben uns nicht nur schnell überprüft, sondern sie waren auch froh, alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten, vor allem Dildora, die uns hilfreich gemacht, Ausflüge und Abendessen zu wählen. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und Bereitschaft, uns zu helfen machte unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind geräumig und gemütlich, und die Aussichten vom Balkon sind einfach verrückt. Wir genossen jede Minute hier verbrachte. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter, insbesondere an das Empfangsteam, für ihre unglaubliche Service und Pflege. Sie haben unseren Urlaub wirklich speziell gemacht! Wir werden sicher wieder sein!

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

Ogólnie hotel jest bardzo ładny i trzyma wysoki poziom, ALE UWAGA zarezerwowaliśmy Apartament Junior, który powinien mieć dwa osobne łóżka zgodnie z opisem na trip.com, a po przyjeździe na miejscu okazało się, że przyznano nam pokój z jednym łóżkiem małżeńskim (co było kłopotliwe, ponieważ to podróż służbowa, a nie prywatny wypad z żoną). Jeśli zależy Wam na osobnych łóżkach to uważajcie, bo pomimo tego, że taki pokój zarezerwujecie i macie to widoczne na potwierdzeniu możecie ich nie dostać (recepcja hotelowa tłumaczyła się tym, że wszystkie pokoje są zajęte i nie mają innych opcji dla nas).

Bei meiner vorherigen Buchung eines anderen Objekts im selben Wellnesskomplex nahe Samarkand gab es ein Missverständnis, aber als ich stattdessen im nahegelegenen Hilton Garden Inn Sogt ankam, fühlte ich mich von der ersten Minute an in guten Händen – und dort war alles perfekt, zumindest nach meinem Verständnis. Gemütliche, warme, ruhige und einfach, aber stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, fantastisches Bett und Badezimmer, riesiger Fernseher (den ich keine Sekunde benutzt habe, aber es ist schön zu wissen, dass man einen hat) und das alles – in einer sehr friedvollen, ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. In dieser Gegend gibt es wahrscheinlich den besten Hotelservice, den man in Samarkand bekommen kann. Der Flughafen ist 20 Minuten entfernt, ähnlich lange dauert es bis in die Innenstadt und das historische Viertel von Samarkand. Yandex-Taxis stehen Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung und ihre Preise sind etwas, von dem man in der westlichen Welt nicht einmal träumen kann.

實在沒有想到這個希爾頓酒店這麼便宜，然後各個方面卻遠遠超出預期。 1，離火車站不是很遠，打車估計就3-4萬鎖母就到了，十多公里。 2，周圍有非常漂亮的人工草坪，還有一條清澈的小河，河邊還有水泥路，可以坐觀光車。幾塊錢人民幣就夠了。 3，再附近還有一個大型的小童遊樂場，費用超級便宜，一個項目就5-10元人民幣的樣子。還有一些街邊小吃。還有晚上的舞蹈等節目看。 4，遊樂場邊上還連結着一個“清真寺”，裏面可以購物，閑逛，然後還有非常棒的飯店吃飯，以當地的烤肉，囊等實物為主。室外的飯廳非常漂亮，漢白玉的柱子底座，精心雕塑的木製大梁直接杵在上面，支起來整個屋頂。這個亭子在河邊，邊上種滿了花草，環境非常優美。最重要的是沒有蚊子！ 5，酒店的自助早餐也非常豐富，美。5歲小孩免費，11歲小孩半票。當然你也可以買自帶早餐的。 6，離那些著名景點也不遠，打車這邊很便宜。 7，酒店挨着還有一個超大型的水上樂園，10-20：00營業。 這個酒店帶娃住和玩，絕絕子。

Overall this hotel is very good👍👍one disadvantage is,for travelers without Vandex Go apps getting taxis back to the hotel is a pain🥵🥵To get help go to the store to ask the people to get a taxi , the usually are willing to help. Get a direction card from the hotel as the has Uzbek language & QR quote.

Ausgezeichnetes Design, ausgezeichnete Ergonomie, schönes und sehr gedankliches Hotelpersonal - und sehr gute Aussichten.

Das Zimmer entspricht dem Foto, Frühstück war nicht sehr gefallen: eine kleine Wahl, aber wir blieben ein paar Nächte, so vor der Straße war es normal. Wir waren uns auf der Straße, wo das Hotel repariert wurde und es war sehr dumm. Die Lage ist normal - auf einem Taxi zur Hauptattraktion von 10 bis 20 Minuten, hängt von der Stauung ab. Auf dem zurückgezahlten Geld ändert sich nicht.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
