3-Sterne-Hotels in Lampung, Indonesien

Somewhat tired looking hotel, which could use an upgrade (paint, for example). The bed and shower were good, breakfast is mainly catering Asians, which is the hotel’s main target audience. But the staff are not very accommodating when asking for alternatives. Part is due to language barriers, but in other hotels, staff use Google translate fluently to deal with such barriers. I hope the staff of this hotel will practice more with translate apps.  Initially we were offered free shuttle services and two additional hours before check out time. The next day we had to renegotiate this agreement, which was not due to a language barrier because our Indonesian friend had requested this. The renegotiation was probably due to poor communication among staff shifting work.  The hotel is well situated for travellers: just 5 minutes from the airport. There’s a small supermarket next door and several ATMs nearby.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

Anrufe von der Rezeption und dem Zimmerservice wurden nie beantwortet, das Standardzimmer war sehr eng, es gab keinen Wasserkocher, es war stickig, Schwester, es war sehr klein. Aber die Lage ist sehr strategisch. Hoffentlich wird es in Zukunft besser, die Matratze muss erneuert werden, Schwester.

The hotel room quite spacious, near to mall and foodcourt, in the middle of the town , the food at restorant was superb eventhough many of the menu written in the book wasn't complete ,

Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

cukup oke dengan budgetnya, tidak terlalu besar but fair enough

Happy with the location as it close to a supermarket, a cafe and not too far from our place of work. Did not like the quality of the water from the taps but was super happy that fresh water was provided at the lift landing for guests. The high tech control panel and the bathroom mirror was a level above other hotels.

Der Platz ist ziemlich sauber, aber es gibt kein Gewebe im Zimmerraum, geräumiges Schwimmbad, geräumige Parkplätze neben Padang Restaurant und bakmie gibt es eine große Moschee neben dem Hotel, Frühstück ist weniger verschieden, das Reisporridge ist eeeenaaaaak bangeeet

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, das Hotel ist wirklich sauber und die Zimmer sind ziemlich geräumig, was es super komfortable zu bleiben macht. Sicherlich eine tolle Wahl für Reisende, die einen hartnäckigen Aufenthalt suchen. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber eine größere Vielfalt auf dem Menü würde es noch besser machen.
