Meine Familie hat sich hier 2 Nächte gewählt und fühlte sich ganz zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, hell, der Gastgeber ist freundlich, enthusiastisch und super schön. Die Lage ist auch bequem zu bewegen nach Tuan Chau und nahe gelegene Strände. Wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe, Ha Long wieder zu besuchen, wird meine Familie hier bleiben wählen

It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay .

値段とコスパを考えると非常に良い。アメニティやタオルもあり、たまにお湯は出てこないが、総合的に良い。家族経営のスタッフの方々に感謝。熱中症になった時に店を教えて下さったので非常に助かった。言語は基本ベトナム語しか通じないので宿泊する人は翻訳準備を少ししといた方が良い。ベトナム語で挨拶はシンチャオ、ありがとうはカムオン。写真はトイレしか撮ってなかったのですが、部屋は大きいベットが2つと扇風機がありました。エアコンは付け方が分からず使わなかったが、個人的には海風がしっかりと来るのと扇風機があったのでエアコンは要らなかった。時期によるかもしれない。部屋はかなり大きく、洗濯したものも干そうと思えば干せます。近くの商店は海側の商店より値段が20%くらい安いです。サークルkは近くにありませんが、現金を持っていれば大丈夫だと思います。50万ドン紙幣はしっかりと来る前に崩しといた方が良いです。この民宿はオススメです。

Mir gefiel das Hotel. Liegt auf einem Hügel. Der Stadtstrand ist ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso der Vergnügungspark, und der Hafen ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, das Personal ist freundlich, hilft bei allem, spricht Englisch. Das Zimmer ist sauber, komfortabel und hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool, wo Sie Kaffee und Säfte bestellen und eine gute Zeit haben können. Das Frühstück ist köstlich)

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einem Balkon, der die Stadt überblickt. Ich genossen die ruhigen Morgen mit Kaffee während ich Leute draußen beobachtete. Das Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage, TV und ein sauberes Badezimmer. Alles war einfach und komfortabel. Sicherlich wert das Geld ausgegeben.

民宿價格親民，房間陽台可以看海，性價比直接拉滿。老闆娘和老闆熱情好客，從入住到離開都照顧得無微不至，會主動推薦周邊好吃的好玩的，像朋友一樣親切，安排好本田摩託車給我們自駕，住和玩都特別舒心，下次來還選這兒！

Wir hatten vor kurzem die Freude, am 3-4 Feb 2024 im Enchanted Hotel zu bleiben, und wir müssen sagen, es überstieg alle unsere Erwartungen. Wir wurden von einem warmen und freundlichen Personal begrüßt, Einer der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts war der unverschämte Service. Das Personal ging oben und weiter, um unsere Komfort und Zufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.

AAnonymer BenutzerNice and cozy stay inside the small village, with two built-in bunk beds (4pax) in one small room.
Shower and toilet are in one tiny cubicles so it was a bit difficult to change inside, but the water pressure was really strong with plenty of hot water.
A bit difficult to find the reception at the beginning, it was located next to the main entrance of the village(need to turn left for the Village before going to Legacy Yen Từ).
We stayed one night at Yen Tử Village to enjoy the local foods, coffee & night time shows inside the village, and next day after checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and climbed the mountain with cable car, then moved to next door Legacy Yen Tử just to relax after the long & steep walk.
I think the management of both Yen Tử village and Legacy M Gallery is somehow related( they use same showers , lamps, towels, etc), they sent us to the cable car station , picked us up from the cable car station, and sent us with our luggages from the Village reception to Legacy with the yellow electric cart.
It was really a nice weekend outing from Hanoi, just 2.5hours drive towards Ha Long side.
The only setback is that the transport from Hanoi to Yen Tử is not so frequent, you can use Hung Cuong transport buses, or better arrange your own.

GGastnutzerОчень красивый номер с хорошим профессиональным дизайном. У меня был Особый номер. Он с ванной как минибассейн. И вообще комната очень красивая и кондиционер не дует на человека. Все продуманно хорошо. Комната находится над рестораном и слышимость большая была, но ночью все тихо и переулок там тихий. Красивый район хоть и жилой. Там можно найти магазины и еду, даже хороший массаж есть если дойти до многоэтажки. Рекомендую кстати. Местные вечером плавают в заливе, вода чистая, хоть и написано что нельзя купаться.Поэтому идите вечером на набережную.
Завтраки хорошие -выбор по меню. Красивое оформление блюд. Персонал отзывчивый. Иногда есть не понимание с европейцами, но они быстро перестраиваться и стараются помочь и решить проблему. Главное им сказать что не так. Просто разница менталитета. Единственное что было не очень у меня в комнате это отсутствие влажной уборки полов. Это было заметно и комната не выглядела свежей. Но менеджер сказал что решить эту проблему.
В общем, все хорошо. Отель тихий и не большой. Еда вкусная.

The reception staff are very helpful and kind in their manner
The new build on the rooftop pool is something to see when it’s done I’m sure for the price a great stay and would stay again we did 2 nights
Hires a scooter which is a must to see the sights go over the bridge great coffee shops and lots of buzz this area is alive with hotels but not many restaurants

BBec TryonWe booked the hotel because Best Western Sapphire Hotel cancelled us at last minute with no reasonable excuses and the hotel is close to Van Don Intl Airport. It is fairly new hotel and not anywhere close to amenities. They have big plans for Ha Long Bay, but maybe in 5 years, this hotel will be popular. We were directed to a local cafe with local meals. It was great! Fried chicken!!! Then when we walked back to hotel, we asked for ice. Instead of 2 glasses, we received a pitcher of ice. The breaksfast was so nice. Wished they would asked how our eggs would be cooked though. We checked out and our taxi was waiting for us. Only took 10 minutes to arrive at Van Don International Airport.

DDannMy experience in this hotel was very good. In general everything in this hotel is good for the price but what stands out here is the service, the young girl at the reception made my trip to Ha Long city very easy, she basically helped me with everything, she helped me to rent a motorcycle, booked a taxi, indicated where to find good restaurants, she even got me the ticket for the cruise to Ha Long bay way cheaper than in the other places; she did everything for me. I really appreciate the service at this hotel, it has been by far the best experience in terms of service I've had in Vietnam so far. Thank you very much guys! I will stay here again in the future! (100% recomended).

AAle08Just one night in this place; the room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Just something to note: I booked this place because it appeared available on the app, when I arrived the hotel was closed due to the tet, a little bit of pressure as it was late at night; but, one guy from another hotel (within the same hotel company), opened up the hotel for me and my partner. It was a very weird experience, in the morning I talked with the hotel through whatsapp and told me I can message them as soon as I arrive, there would be somebody at reception. Anyway, they solved the situation at the end.

BBernard CharlesIch empfehle dieses Hotel für seinen guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es befindet sich in einer neuen Stadt Halong unter modernen Gebäuden im neo klassischen französischen Architekturstil. Nicht weit vom Strand, mehrere Bars und Restaurants entfernt. Mein Zimmer war, obwohl es kein Fenster mit Blick hatte, sehr sauber und funktional sowie das Badezimmer mit allen notwendigen Hygieneprodukten.
Die AC war sehr nützlich. Die Person war freundlich und hilfreich.
