The room is clean and location is very convenient within walking distance to many attractions in the city. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and delicious with choices of hot and cold breakfasts. The downside is that the bed is too soft for us. Also unpleasant experience with communication of hotel staff about the offer for a breakfast box in place of paid buffet breakfast which we can decide any time we were back for the day, was denied later saying this should be confirmed before 10pm. There was no follow up call or email despite the documented “unconfirmed” request. Also our request to grab something simple quickly was also rejected saying that it was a sit down breakfast and not supposed for take away. Not being helpful at all.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken. Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Wenn Sie den Skybus vom Flughafen nehmen, steigen Sie an der Haltestelle Spencer Street aus und gehen Sie ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, die bis ca. 22-23 Uhr geöffnet haben, und auch rund ums Hotel finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es halten sich immer wieder ein paar Betrunkene in der Nähe des Hotels auf, aber die können Sie getrost ignorieren.

I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

Pros: The room was much more spacious than I expected, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also loved having a Smart TV in the room. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: One thing I found disappointing was that there were no women's sanitary products or basic pain relief available, which meant I had to go out early in the morning to purchase them myself. The shower pressure was also quite low, and the water temperature was often colder than expected. Overall: Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and felt it offered great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wunderbares Hotel! Nach der Eincheckung erinnerte sich Mark an die Rezeption unverzüglich an, wo wir herkamen, und auch daran, dass wir online eincheckt haben und uns dafür dankbar sind. Wir fühlen uns respektiert und begrüßt. Er hat uns auch an Orten, wo wir sehen konnten, Vorschläge gemacht, die großartig waren. Der Service des Hotels, vor allem Mark, war großartig! Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit schöner Dusche. Wasserdruck könnte besser sein. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, dass ich es mit mir nehmen möchte. Klingelnder Beweis ist nicht in Frage. Alles ist einfach perfekt! Natürlich ist die Lage auch ein Plus mit nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zum CBD.

Der Raum ist zu klein und aus den Fenstern tritt Luft aus und die Schalldämmwirkung ist nicht gut. Das Frühstück ist eine große Party mit Brot

Das Hotel auf der australischen 100-Jia-Flotte ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Der Flotte hat eine Ausstattung mit Restaurants. Freunde nach Geelong können übernachten.

The Mercure Welcome is a legacy asset in a prime location that is currently being outclassed by newer CBD developments. While its position on Little Bourke Street offers unrivaled proximity to the Emporium and Bourke Street Mall, the property operates as a ”location-only” play. For the business traveler, the logistics of this hotel are a significant friction point. The absence of on-site parking at an accessible price—and the subsequent five-minute trek to a third-party car park—nullifies the ”convenience” of the central location. If you are handling luggage or working on a tight schedule, this five-minute gap is a structural inefficiency. The 2022 renovation has kept the rooms functional, but the basic amenities and soundproofing issues reinforce its status as a mid-tier utility rather than a premium experience. Stay here only if you are on foot and require immediate access to the retail core; otherwise, the trade-off isn't worth the operational hassle.

Nur noch einmal in einem Monat hier geblieben. Die freundliche und bequeme Lage des Personals hat uns zurückgekommen und möchte wieder zurückkommen. Die Dame am Rezeption (Entschuldigung, ich habe nicht Ihren Namen) war so wunderschön und hilfreich. Wir waren 10 Minuten früh und sie hatte uns gelassen und versucht, unsere Anfragen zu befriedigen. Das Zimmer war eigentlich viel besser als das, was wir reserviert haben (das war nicht erwartet, das Bett auszuziehen, aber wir sind so glücklich darüber), aber das Badezimmer war nicht so gereinigt. Die Tauchflussung war so langsam wie es ein wenig verlockend und manchmal geräuchert war. Es war auch schmutzig, als wir eintraten ( Tauchfluch). Das Kreisgegenstand in der Mitte war auch gebrochen. Wir fragten auch den nächsten Tag nach unserem Zimmer und wurde nicht so viel gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist erstaunlich und das Personal ist auch sehr schön.
