Ich kann dieses B&B wärmstens empfehlen! 1. Der Besitzer hat einen Parkplatz für uns gefunden, uns abgeholt, unser Gepäck getragen und uns zum Hotel gebracht. 2. Der Besitzer hat die Parkgebühr erstattet. 3. Das B&B ist fantastisch! Es liegt direkt am Fluss! Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend! Die Fotos sind atemberaubend! (Wir haben nachts Fotos gemacht, und der Besitzer hat uns gesehen und das Licht für uns angemacht.) 4. Der Besitzer hat unser Gepäck zusammen mit Obst aufs Zimmer gebracht! Es war sehr heiß, aber der Besitzer hat uns gefrorenes Obst gebracht! 5. Beide Besitzer waren unglaublich höflich und geduldig. Sie haben sogar einen Gruppenchat erstellt, um Informationen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt und Reiseführer auszutauschen. 6. Frühstück! Es gab nur lokale Spezialitäten, und die Reisnudeln waren unglaublich lecker! 7. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu! Insgesamt kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen! Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Dies ist meine erste herzliche Bewertung! Dieses B&B hat es verdient! We arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.) Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town. We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch. The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special. On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

Dieses Gästehaus hat meine Vorstellung von Gästehäusern komplett verändert. Die Toilettenartikel waren von Bulgari, das Wasser von Evian, und Rotwein, verschiedene Snacks und Getränke sowie Fertiggerichte waren kostenlos. Es gab sogar alle Einwegartikel, die man auf Reisen so braucht. Man hat mir meine Bedürfnisse vorausgesehen und mir alles Notwendige kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und sich wirklich sehr bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dank dieser Annehmlichkeiten brauchte ich außer meiner eigenen Kleidung eigentlich nur mich selbst. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend, ideal für Ausflüge, und es gab sogar einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ich war tief berührt von der Begeisterung, Aufmerksamkeit, Sorgfalt und Herzlichkeit des Personals. Ich habe mich zum ersten Mal wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Ort, an dem die Gäste im Mittelpunkt stehen, ein Gästehaus, in dem ich mich so herzlich aufgenommen fühlte – das verdient es, bekannter zu werden!

Great location, nice new clean hotel, nice big room with big bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of asian and Western food choices. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle bus is convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience, good value for money and highly recommend this hotel.

Gym facilities are not well equipped and not air conditioned. The basic yoga mat was not provided. The set of dumb bells is limited Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. However breakfast spread is not the 5 star resort standard I expected. The prices for our ala carte dinner were reasonable. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and water ways. The resort environment is picturesque and stunning against the Fanjing mountain. Surprisingly, I find no mosquito around here. As a whole, the hotel stay is value for money.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Zentral in der Stadt gegenüber dem angekündigten Resort Hotel. Unser Zimmer wurde mit einem geräumigen verschlossenen Balkon mit direkter Aussicht auf ihre Showsbereiche aktualisiert. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das bei der Löschen der Gepäck von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisen geholfen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Zum ersten Mal kam ich in Xiang, weil das Lesen einen guten Eindruck hinterließ. Zunächst ist die Service-Einstellung sehr gut, dann ist das Frühstück sehr lecker! Die Lage im Zimmer ist sehr gut und sieht die Landschaft von fast ganzen Xiang-Millions. Obwohl es zwei Tage regnet, hat es Gäste, die den Regen zu trinken und den Regen zu sehen, und es ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft für alle Mitarbeiter und die Betreuer, die den Gepäcktransportservice enthalten. Meine Tasche ist sehr schwer, es ist wirklich ein bisschen entschuldigend. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights after my 6D5N group tour in Guiyang. Excellent front desk staff, especially the front desk manager. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean and odor-free. Good housekeeping too. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water fountain where the shopping centres are. 5 minutes walk to the food alley. Highly recommended. I would definitely book this hotel again.

We are very satisfied our 3 nights staying in this hotel. If we go again, definitely will stay in this hotel again. Our comments: 1. Hotel front office staff are very helpful. 2. Hotel provided free laundry service. House keeping room attendant doing good job in keeping our room clean. They also help us take the clothes out of the dryer when we are outing. 3. The hotel breakfast is diverse, and the prices are very reasonable. Free coffee provided at the lobby. 4. Good location. Less than one kilometer from the hotel, there are several supermarkets (欢乐橙，夢幻城...) as well as street restaurants and fruit shops.
