Really enjoyed our stay here! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful — she explained everything from A to Z with such a soft and welcoming tone, which made us feel right at home. The hotel is located near many local food spots (ayam gepuk lovers, you're in luck!). Room was clean and comfy — great value for money. Just a heads-up: there's no lift, so you'll need to use the stairs. But overall, a pleasant and cozy stay. Would definitely come again!

PPhilip06The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
