Es ist ein sehr schönes, gut dekoriertes Boutique-Hotel, mit Englisch sprechen freundliches Personal! Wir haben nur Platz gemacht, so dass wir nicht zu dem Essen kommentieren können, aber die Gastfreundschaft war zweit bis niemand!!! Wir hatten überhaupt keine Probleme! Der Spa kleine, aber sehr sauber und ideal für einen schnellen Tauchen im Jacuzzi, gefolgt von einer Schweißsession im Sauna. Die ganze Party liebte das Hotel und die Lage. Es ist eine kleine Cab-Reise vom Hotel in das Einkaufszentrum und das Schloss ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wir alle sagten, wir würden wieder kommen und hier bleiben!

Beautiful hotel , spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel . Location is perfect for the main square and everything is easy walking distance . Highly recommend if staying in Krakow

Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort. Eg, I was unaware that the 100ml restrictions had been uplifted via many airports in Europe, so therefore I could do more shopping before I left. Everything was super clean, very sweet daily notes left about the history and tales of Krakow, the bed was super comfortable! This hotel really made my holiday experience 100 times better, I actually wanted to stay longer. The design itself is fun and creative, only small thing is that it is very warm inside, had the leave the windows open, being as it was the beginning of March, I do wonder what it's like in the Summer. Extremely good value, but that's the beauty of zloty to GBP, will happily stay again.

Das Hotel in Warschau ist großartig und ich dachte nicht, dass Krakov noch überrascht wird. Von der Hoteltür an fühlte ich mich sehr gut und sehr gerne. Die Hoteltür sieht ein Textilkongress, die Lage ist großartig, die Innendekoration des Hotels ist sehr lecker und sehr hochwertig. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Badezimmer ist mehr als allgemein, das Zimmer ist wissenschaftlich und technisch ausgestattet und ist sehr komfortabel im Hof. Das Frühstück ist auch großartig. Dieses Restaurant ist das Michelin empfohlene Restaurant in der Nacht, so lecker. Krakov ist so wunderschön und hat keine Zeit, die Wassertherapie des Hotels zu genießen. Das einzige, was nicht versteht, ist, dass die Toilette nicht isoliert ist und das Wasser auf der Erde fällt.

We loved our stay here. The location is perfect. The hotel beautiful. Loved the acqua de palma toiletries. A couple of critiques would be. A coffee machine in the room would be an added bonus and the spa areas a little warmer. The bar area is lovely as is the rest of the hotel. We’d certainly stay here again 😊

wunderschönes Hotel mit einer hervorragenden Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das historische Ambiente – das Gebäude versprüht einen ganz besonderen Charme und hebt sich von gewöhnlichen Hotels ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und dank der Klimaanlage auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Copernicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We just stayed 8 nights in Polish 5 star hotels, including 4 nights at this hotel. Polish 5 star properties would probably be 4-4.5 star in Western Europe. This hotel is smack in the middle of an extremely touristy area. We didn’t like it at all but other people might actually prefer it. The first hotel I encountered that had no umbrellas and it rained for two days. Overall we would not stay here again if we were to go to Krakow again.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

Große Lage und Einrichtungen für eine Reise in Krakow. Einfach zu gehen überall Das Frühstück beginnt von 7 Uhr und ich habe Mittagessen Box, als meine Tour sehr früh begann. Die Mittagessenkarte hatte eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln wie zwei Sandwiches, Dessert (Denis oder Macaron), Obst, Orangensaft und Wasser. Sehr gute Qualität auch. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und freundlich.

Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5 Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.
