Had a great stay at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Cracow. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Kraków Glówny station and Galeria Krakowska, and within easy walking distance to the Old Town and main attractions. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the amenities were well thought out. Everything felt well-maintained and high quality. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options and good quality food. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel with great service—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommended this apart-hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families. The apartments have everything you need, and the location was near the river and about ten minutes walk to the old town and castle. I was glad to have the laundry service and the option to have a breakfast set of your choice delivered to your room. The hotel has a selection of vegan items for purchase such as milk, chocolate, yoghurt, ice-cream, frozen pizza etc and there are convenience stores close by. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I’m back in Krakow again I will definitely stay here.

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Gute Zugänglichkeit zur Umgebung (Shoppingzentrum, etc.) und einen Parkplatz im Untergrundgarage, aber schwer zu erreichen mit dem Auto und ziemlich häufiger Verkehr in der Gegend. Es hängt wahrscheinlich auch von der Ankunftszeit ab, so nehme ich es nicht als negativ. Was mich beunruhigt war die höchste Hummung des Kühlschranks und der Duschekopf im Badezimmer war in ziemlich schlechten Zustand. Die Unterkunft ist morgens etwas lauter, da die Gegend beschäftigt ist. Das Personal war nett. Insgesamt empfehle ich diese Unterkunft.

Das Hotelzimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet. Aber der Service ist großartig. Das Hotel hat auch einen Regenschirm für das regnerische Wetter bereitgestellt

Die Eincheckung war schön und einfach. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer bequemen Lage, aber außerhalb der Altstadt, so dass Sie ein wenig zu Preis sparen. Ich konnte jeden Tag ein Eis bekommen. Mein einziger Beschwerde war das Mini-Kühlschrank. Es war die Größe einer kleinen Mikrowelle und mit überpreisten Artikeln gekrammt, ohne Raum für ein Bier übrig.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

It has long been my heartfelt desire to see and hear my dear lady wife on the pot. Lying on my bed, propped up on my tattered pillow cases, barely covering the curiously brown material beneath, I was delighted that the hotel, catering for the perfectly normal needs of me and people like me, had provided the bathroom area with an ill-fitting glass door. However, imagine my horror to discover the current Mrs Robinson was also able to observe me at toilet. I thrashed her to within an inch of her life, the filthy minded baggage. Breakfast was not included, and the free shoe polish left my face disappointingly undarkened. three stars.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.

Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.
