Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung 😊 Das Zimmer war sauber und gereinigt und hatte eine moderne Dekoration. Das Personal ist alle untergebracht und sehr hilfreich, um Ihnen Informationen über die Stadt (Kraków) zu geben. Die meisten Dinge sind sehr freundlich und ich fühlte mich fast zu Hause, wie ich gepflegt und behandelt wurde. Insgesamt empfehle ich den Ort sehr. Superbe Erfahrung 😊👍🏻🫶🏻

A little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too! Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room. I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.

Das Columbus Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Grzegorzki entfernt, der nächste Halt nach dem Hauptbahnhof Rynek, der vom Flughafen kommt. Ich war in einem Zwillingszimmer mit Balkon, Bad, Kühlschrank, Komplimentarwasser, Toiletten. Liebe, hell und sauber, komfortable Betten und schöne Betten. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die geschroteten Eier und kleine Sauce waren so schmackhaft. Die Kuchen waren mit Kaffee nachher wunderschön. Auch Getreide, Fleisch, Käse, Obst, Joghurt und Brot und Saft. Liebe und ruhig, nie hörte man von anderen Gästen in ihren Zimmern ein Geräusch. Eine wirklich ruhige und entspannte Vibe. Es gibt auch einen Außensitzplatz und einen Shop über die Straße. Die Zugstopps sind nur an der Seite und sind so einfach und häufig. Ticketmaschinen sind am Halt, oder Sie können an Bord bezahlen. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre Ticket zu validieren. Große Basis für die Erforschung des jüdischen Viertels und Ghettos, Schindler Factory Museum und verpassen Sie nicht die Plaszow-geführte Tour, ein Highlight bislang. Tram 3 und 24 nehmen Sie von außerhalb des Hotels und Coats 4 PLN. Sie bauen dort ein Museum, so dass es in Zukunft viel geschäftlicher wird. Gehen Sie jetzt, während es nicht so gut bekannt ist. Ich würde definitiv zurück zum Columbus Hotel, eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, genießen!

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

Als ein Einzelreisender, der gerne zu einem erschwinglichen Preis in einem Hotel bleiben möchte, denke ich, dieses Hotel ist einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Über Spazierweiterung zum Hauptplatz. Das Zimmer war ziemlich sauber, obwohl es ein altes Hotel ist, aber hey, Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Alles im Zimmer funktionierte. Das Bett war nicht genau das, was ich mag, aber es war ok. Das Personal im Rezeption war alles schön und nett. Alles lächelt jedes Mal, wenn ich durch. Eines, was ich während meines Aufenthalts nicht mag, war der Lärm aus dem Korridor. Italienische Jugendliche (Ich weiß, sie waren Italiener, weil sie Italienisch sprechen) voll Energie und immer noch auf etwa 1 Uhr morgens aufwacht. Es war schwer, auf meiner dritten Nacht zu schlafen. Obwohl ich verstehe.

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Had a great time. Easy enough to check-in, we just messaged the number on the door and received a code. Couldn't get a better location!

Die Hygiene ist nur ein bisschen schmeckt, weil sie in den Kleidern gefüllt ist. Ich und mein Freund haben ein Zimmer für einzelne. Das Zimmer ist zu klein, es ist nicht für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Straßen sind nahe einer Verkehrsstraße. Die Nacht hört man das Auto aus dem Schlafengehen. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Taschentasche werden jederzeit verwendet. Es gibt eine gute Bar in der Nähe. Ich gehe nach Zheng City 15 Minuten zu Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Gut.
