Einrichtungen: Alles Gesundheit: Gesundheit Umwelt: Schön Das Hotel am Fluss Savannah sollte das beste von den üblichen Hotels sein. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Verwaltung ein bisschen unzufrieden ist. Sie hat unsere Kreditkarten willkürlich gepflegt. Die Kosten sind immer noch nicht klar. Durch die Unkommunikativität des Trip.com-Administrators wird jetzt endlich mehr Gelder bescheinigt. Es gibt noch keine Rückzahlung, und ich hoffe, dass alles gut ist.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Die Alida war erstaunlich, zusammen mit ihrer Crew. Saint Pats wurde von allen gut gemacht. Saubere, charmante Zimmer und Lage mit allem, was Sie brauchen, innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir werden Alida tun.

Meine Schwestern und ich verbrachten eine Nacht im Perry Lane Hotel und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Zimmer war perfekt und das Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend! Ich würde es sehr empfehlen! Die Dachbar und der Pool-Bereich ist ein toller Ort, um jederzeit des Tages entspannen. Sie haben einen Mann, der im Bibliothek das Klavier spielt und er ist wunderbar.

Das Hotel macht einen düsteren Eindruck, insbesondere das Frühstückbistro. Es sollte mal einen Blick auf das Ritz-Carlton z.B. in Wien werfen.Hell und freundlich und mit einem wundervollen Frühstück (inklusive).

Im Vergleich zu Hause sind die Einrichtungen alt und können wegen der zu langen Zeit, die das Hotel gebaut hat, möglicherweise zu lange. Aber die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist sehr gut und kann den Berühmtheitsgrad der Atlanta-Waldstädte fühlen. Die Einstellung des Personals ist sehr unterschiedlich, aber im Allgemeinen sehr vorsichtig, in der Nähe des Lenox-Shops, sehr bequem.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Pachtree Straße. Obwohl die Lage nahe dem Lenox Mall ist, aber noch ein bisschen weit zu Fuß. Ich sah ein paar Pubs und Bars. Ich würde sagen, sie sind im Allgemeinen ok, aber es wäre schön, wenn sie mich oben bewegen könnten, wie ich klar gefordert habe, dass ich oben vorziehen würde . Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, obwohl es nicht viele Sorten gab, aber der Blueberry Pancake war sehr lecker.
