Das ganze Jahr übernachtet hier eine schöne Nacht, die Kellner sind kaum Menschen und Fremdsprachen, aber Freundlichkeit ist gut in der Kommunikation, bestellte zuerst ein öffentliches Schlafzimmer, dann hatte ich gerade einen Platz mit Privatsuppe geändert und die Zufriedenheit erhöhte sich sehr! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe vom Boxkabine und der Tankburnstation. Der Taxi ist innerhalb von 1000 yen. Wenn wir später nicht anschlagen können, nehmen wir unsere Kinder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station und sind sehr komfortabel 🏳️🌈

[Fufu Hakone: A Luxurious Mountain Escape] Fufu Hakone is located in the quiet Gora region and seamlessly blends modern comforts with traditional Japanese ryokan hospitality. The property stands out for its unique dual hot spring experiences, providing private balcony baths with clear mineral water in every suite alongside communal pools filled with therapeutic, milky-white sulfur volcanic water. We had a wonderful one-night stay at Fufu Hakone on 28 May 2026, which included a Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. [Getting There] Our journey began with a midnight flight from Singapore, reaching Tokyo at 9:00 AM. From there, we caught the Narita Express and changed to the Tokaido Shinkansen to travel to Odawara, before making our way up to Gora. We arrived at Gora Station close to 3:00 PM to find it drizzling. Unfortunately, local taxis were completely unavailable and we could not find any vehicles on the GO app. Fortunately, we managed to get into the shelter of the tourist information centre. The lady on duty was incredibly helpful, assisting us to call Fufu Hakone for a pickup and directing us to the exact area where hotel shuttle services operate. We highly recommend that you do not attempt to walk to the resort from the station, especially in poor weather. [Arrival Experience] The moment we arrived at the resort, we were met with warm smiles and greetings. We were guided to the reception area located on the second level of the front building and seated comfortably in the lounge, where we were served hot tea. A designated staff member came over to complete our check-in process and then escorted us to our room in the guest building. The level of attentiveness was outstanding. The staff member explained every single detail in the room, including the layout of the suite, the private balcony onsen, the water temperature controls, the television, and the mini-bar, which is entirely complimentary. They also carefully went through our dinner order, taking down all of our personal preferences, likes, and dislikes. [The Suite] Our suite, named 楢の芽 (Naranome), was located on the third level. Rather than trying to describe the beautiful layout in words, I will let the accompanying photos speak for themselves. The room features two super-single beds that are incredibly fluffy and soft, with each bed featuring two plush pillows to guarantee a perfect night of sleep. The resort provided both pyjamas and a two-piece samue yukata for our stay. The pyjamas are strictly for use inside the room, while the samue yukata is intended to be worn when exploring the public areas of the property. [Dinner and Breakfast] Both the Kaiseki dinner and the breakfast were exceptional. Because many of the exquisite dishes feature seasonal ingredients that change throughout the year, please refer to my photos for a visual look at what was served during our stay. [The Ultimate Onsen Routine] To make the most of the dual hot springs, I highly recommend this routine: - Welcome Soak: Start with the light and refreshing clear mineral water on your private balcony to gently wash away travel fatigue before dinner. - Dinner and Rest: Enjoy your Kaiseki meal, then return to your suite to digest comfortably for a few hours. - Nightcap Soak: End the evening in the communal baths. The thick, milky-white sulphur volcanic water melts away muscle tension and deeply relaxes the body before sleep. [Areas for Improvement] While the stay was mostly flawless, there are two minor points to note: - Toothbrush Set: The provided toothbrush set was rather small for my liking. It felt like it took ages to finish brushing my teeth. You should definitely bring your own if this is a concern for you. - Room Attire: The two-piece samue yukata was not comfortable at all. It is not mandatory to wear it around the property, but we chose to do so anyway to fully immerse ourselves in the traditional ryokan culture.

Es hat uns hier sehr gefallen! Ich habe ein Zimmer (japanisches Zimmer für 5 Personen) für uns beide gebucht, da dies am besten zu meinem Budget passte und Zugang zum Onsen hatte (200 $ für die Nacht inklusive Abendessen und Frühstück für zwei Personen). Das traditionelle Zimmer lag direkt über dem Garten und die Futons waren SO bequem, definitiv eine Erfahrung, die ich nie vergessen werde! Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren beide großartig! Es gibt Yakatas zum Ausleihen auf den Böden und in den Zimmern mit Sandalen, was super lustig war, wir haben sie zum Abendessen getragen. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber sie haben unser Gepäck den ganzen Abreisetag über problemlos aufbewahrt. Wir konnten den Fuji vom schönen Garten aus sehen (ganz oben, da die meisten im Frühling normalerweise von Wolken bedeckt sind). Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass es im ganzen Haus nur einen einzigen Waschtrockner gibt und meine Kleidung vom Regen durchnässt wurde, also habe ich in der Schlange gewartet, aber dann wurde mir klar, dass das nie passieren würde, also habe ich die Kleidung einfach auf Kleiderbügeln getrocknet und die Tür über Nacht offen gelassen, also war alles gut … ich liebe diesen Ort so sehr!

Eine komfortable und gemütliche Wahl für Reisende in Tokio, 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Haneda und wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Kamasaki entfernt.

Mit zwei Kindern war die Atmosphäre hervorragend. Das Hotel hat nur zehn Zimmer, und wir trafen andere Gäste nur beim Auschecken. Ansonsten, auch während der Mahlzeiten und der Thermalbäder, waren die Zimmer separat angeordnet, was einen sehr privaten Aufenthalt gewährleistete. Es gab nur wenige Angestellte, was dem Hotel den traditionellen Charme eines japanischen Thermalbads verlieh. Das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen; die Zutaten und die Zubereitung waren wirklich erstklassig. Das Hotel hat auch auf anderen Plattformen sehr gute Bewertungen, daher kann ich es nur empfehlen. Gepäck kann sowohl für die Hin- als auch für die Rückreise in Hakone-Yumoto aufgegeben werden.

Wonderful 3 night stay at a sleepy seaside town. Easy access via Enoden to Kamakura & Enoshima. Restaurants close around 8 so be sure to have early dinner. Try sweet potato crepes by the beach and beware of hawks swooping in for your food. Nearby up the slope is a small dining and shopping area with a supermarket & fantastic ramen shop. Note to take free shuttle bus from busstop next to station or inclined elevator via banquet hall from main road (or risk having to pull luggages up a steep slope!). Tip if heading straight to Airport. Book Narita Express no. 27 from Ofuna direct to Narita Airport. Simply take an Enoden from Shichirigahama station to Enoshima station. Then, walk to the building behind and take Shonan monorail to Ofuna for a quiet ride with luggages.

Das Hotel ist im typisch japanischen Stil eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind recht groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, es gab aber trotzdem eine Toilette im Zimmer, nur keine Dusche. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in unserer Buchung enthalten. Das Frühstück bot sowohl japanische als auch westliche Optionen, die sich kaum unterschieden: Das japanische Frühstück bestand aus Reis, während das westliche aus einer Scheibe Toast bestand, die an Pfannkuchenfüllung erinnerte. Das Abendessen war viel zu üppig, selbst die Kinderportionen waren genauso groß wie die der Erwachsenen. Schuhe sind im Hotel nicht erlaubt; man muss in der Lobby Hausschuhe anziehen und die Schuhe dort abgeben (ein Mitarbeiter hilft dabei). Das große öffentliche Bad verfügt auch über ein Onsen (heiße Quelle), das abends aber nicht überfüllt war. In den Restaurants ist eine Reservierung erforderlich, daher empfiehlt es sich, frühzeitig einzuchecken und im Voraus zu reservieren.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof Yumoto, man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist schon da. Nach dem Gepäck-Check-in konnten wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten unbeschwert erkunden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot einen Blick auf die Berge. Am frühen Morgen hörte man das Rauschen des Wassers und Vogelgezwitscher, die Luft war sehr frisch. Der Service des Hotels war ebenfalls erstklassig, das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam und hat an viele Details gedacht. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, würde ich sagen, dass das Frühstücksambiente und die Besonderheit der Gerichte noch ausbaufähig sind.

Stilvolle Projektkartierung vom Eingang aus. Das Zimmer war nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch sauber. Ich schätze den Mineralwasserservice und die Steven-Knoll-Shampoos im Zimmerbad. Es gab viele Kleiderbügel, so dass man die Jacken leicht aufhängen konnte, und das Bett war geräumig und bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet für Hotelgäste 2.400 Yen. Es gab nicht so viele Sorten, aber ein paar Hauptgerichte. Alle sind sättigend, aber der Burger ist zu empfehlen, da der Inhalt täglich wechselt. Wenn Sie die K Arena nutzen, dauert der Fußweg zum Veranstaltungsort je nach Ampel etwa 10 Minuten. Der Laden im Hotel schien rund um die Uhr geöffnet zu sein, aber es gab auch ein 7-Eleven unter dem Hotel, sodass ich mich sicher fühlte.
