Ich war hier ein Wochenende während einer Bachlorette-Party in der Stadt, das Hotel ist schön und modernisiert. Die Lage ist direkt an der Autobahn, was schön ist. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, Einrichtungen, Mitarbeiter, Frühstück, das beste für einen Raucher ist die kleine Tür, die vier bis acht reicht, kann jederzeit rauchen, toll! Naturlich mit einem Waschraum ausgestattet, toll!

Das Hotel ist seit einigen Jahren, teilweise renoviert, das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen klein, das Frühstück ist im Grunde jeden Tag ähnlich, der Wein ist reichhaltig und der Getränke ist im Halle eine kleine Bar, die Nacht ist heiß.

Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

Everything is wonderful, really.
My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

GGastnutzerIch wurde nicht im Checkout gesagt, dass ich die Farbe unserer Armbandbande ändern musste und wir waren in den Pools für 4 Stunden, bevor es bemerkt wurde. Ich hatte einen 5 Jahre alt, ich sah in der lazy River, als die Lebenswache sah lazy River sagte mir, dass ich gehen musste. Ich versuche zu erklären, dass ich gesagt wurde, dass ich so lange bleiben könnte, wie ich wollte, plus schreien für den 5-jährigen und ich sagte dem Kerl, dass ich auf dem Vorderbüro gehen würde. Auf meinem Weg nach oben bin ich in Jackson Manager der Lebenswachen gelaufen. Sehr nett junger Mann. Er hörte mich betrügen, meine Nichte, wir waren Regelbruch. Ich dankte ihm und seinem Personal für all ihre harte Arbeit. Er fragte, ob er helfen könnte. Ich erklärte, ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass ich die Farbe der Handgelenke ändern musste und es ist mein erstes Mal hier. Ich hatte schon geprüft und ich hatte gehofft, es sei nicht zu spät. Er versichert mir, dass es keine Probleme geben würde. Ich ging zum Vorderbüro und stand in einer langen Linie. Jackson kam oben für etwas, das mich in der Linie sah und hatte meine Handbande, so dass ich nicht warten musste. Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Jackson ist wunderbar! Er kümmert sich wirklich um die Kundenerfahrung! Danke Jackson!
Früher nahm ich meine Nichte zum Geschenkgeschäft, fand sie einen kleinen Ty Beanie Tasche. Der Band hatte Metallverbindungen auf ihm, aber es war kaputt. Der Manager bot es tatsächlich an, um es mit etwas anderem zu ersetzen, aber mein Nichte hatte ihr Herz auf das gesetzt und es war letztes. Dieser Manager hat es so gut wie neu behebt!! Top-Noch-Service von diesen beiden Männern!

GGastnutzerCame here with my husband to visit my hometown so I know the area very well. Best location to stay and explore and with all the new changes to downtown. However, even though location is good I will never stay again. I wouldn’t call it a hotel but more motel. It was on the better side though (cute) I would say. Definitely the hotel cost way more than is should. There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/renting bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of downtown in which they don’t even know of or which ones they are. However, I didn’t use any of that so I pretty much used up $20 ok nothing. If it was part of the hotel price itself then ok I understand but a separate charge for these amenities is ridiculous. When you look at the hotel photos you’ll also find that there aren’t photos of the bathrooms and kind of understandable. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but also not in the best condition (definitely could use remodeling).

GGuest UserDas ist ein ziemlich modernes Hotel in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadion Green Bay Packers. Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war groß mit einem separaten Schlafbereich und einem Bereich mit einem Sofa. Jede Fläche hat einen TV. Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Das Fenster war mit einem Blinden-Ausfall-Blind ausgestattet, das sehr wirksam war, um das Zimmer dunkel zu halten. Ich war drei Nächte dort und das Zimmer war während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, obwohl ich bei der Rezeption reine Handtücher bekam, als ich sie gefragt hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber, als ich angemeldet wurde, aber ich fand ein Paar Socken von einem früheren Gast hinter dem großen Stuhl, den ich gewöhnlich auf mein Fall gelegt habe. Es gibt viele Autoparkplätze. Frühstück wurde im Zimmerpreis enthalten, aber war sehr enttäuschend. Es ist sehr grundlegende mit sehr wenig Wahl und nicht sehr hoher Qualität. Es ist eine Schande, weil das hier das Hotel abläuft.
Wenn Sie ein Packers Spiel sehen werden, ist dies ein guter Ort zu bleiben und ich würde wieder bleiben (aber versuchen, Frühstück irgendwo anders zu finden).

GGuest UserWir hatten eine gute Zeit mit einem sehr schlechten Start. Erstens, die negativen: Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel Ihnen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhebt, wenn Sie dorthin kommen! Ich wurde eine zusätzliche $86 ”Resortgebühr” bezahlt, als ich ankam, und der Typ neben mir hatte eine zusätzliche $540! Erwarten Sie, dass diese versteckte Gebühr nicht Ihnen erzählt. Außer dass wir eine meist positive Erfahrung hatten. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich (minus eine Dame, die die Wasserschleifen arbeitet, die nicht sehr nett war). Die Zimmer waren sauber, schön und groß, mit einigen sehr kleinen Problemen (eine Handfläche auf dem Tauchraum gebrochen, aber noch nutzbar, und ein teilweise gebrochener Schalter für den Fan im Badezimmer, der auch noch nutzbar war). Ich habe Müll außerhalb unseres Zimmers gelegt, um aus dem Haus zu werfen, und ein Tag später, als wir es verließen, war noch nicht entfernt worden. Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und der Wasserpark war sehr lustig, aber die zusätzlichen Gebühren gerade, als ich ankam, verlangten mich auf die Erfahrung.

CChouaThe front desk person was missing, and there weren't any bells to ring for service. we were waiting for over 10 minutes before a housekeeping staff came by and helped us. The check-in process was a pain, I'd pre-paid the 2 rooms online with trips.com, and the receptionist kept insisting that rooms were not paid and my credit card was declined. I had to pull up my emails with paid receipt and booking confirmation. The hotel still insisted that I call trips.com to allocate the funds to the hotel. I'd used trips.com booking the past 2 years traveling to Asia and never had any experience like this. It was an annoying and weird check-in process with Delta Hotel.

HHerrmannPamThe guy who checked us in Friday night was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and odorless. The continental breakfast was good and the hostess was very nice and greeted us and asked if there was anything she could help with. We stayed 2 nights and I was surprised we had maid service after the first night. That doesn't happen much anymore. Even if the location was a little off the beaten path I would recommend this hotel.
