Das Hotel hat wirklich eine gute Unterkunft, die Gesundheit im Zimmer ist auch sehr gut, dass die Menschen sich sehr warm und komfortabel fühlen, sobald sie in die Tür kommen, und ich empfehle es Ihnen wirklich!

We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

I stopped by Łodz for a while, and it was a nice hotel. Just up there are manufaktura, a complex of abandoned factories, and the museum, and it was good to go down the road to the southeast.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen. Die Fußgängerzone der Piotrkowska-Straße ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Der Check-in verlief schnell, die Zimmer waren neu und sauber, mit bequemen Betten, Fernseher, Tee- und Kaffeekocher sowie einem Kühlschrank. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach dem Check-out konnten wir unser Gepäck problemlos in der Gepäckaufbewahrung verstauen.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums. Es ermöglicht Ihnen schnell und einfach zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist sauber, gut gepflegt, modern mit hervorragendem Personalservice. Königliches Frühstück - sehr große Auswahl. Es ist schwer, an alles zu gebunden, aber eine Sache werde ich schreiben. Im Restaurant gibt es ein Menü mit einer kleinen Liste von Artikeln. Noch, auf 12.10.2025 gab es keine Geräte. Ich war interessiert für den Tatar, aber leider war es nicht möglich, es zu bestellen, obwohl auf dem Menü. Wenn ich früher wusste, hätte ich ein Essen gegessen (...).
