GGastnutzerI didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

Das Hotel bietet eine komfortable und angenehme Umgebung, mit sauberen Zimmern, professionellem Personal und hervorragenden Service während meines Aufenthalts. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos und effizient, und das Team war konsequent aufmerksam und unterstützend. Die Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt und das Zimmer bot alles, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt wurde. Ich habe die ruhige Atmosphäre und die Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels auf die Sauberkeit und den Komfort der Gäste besonders geschätzt. Ich würde gern den Aufenthalt im Tura Hotel Al Nuzha wieder in Betracht ziehen und empfehlen, es anderen zu suchen, um eine komfortable und zuverlässige Unterkunft Erfahrung.

MM.AshalZimmer sind gut mit allen erforderlichen Einrichtungen. Service ist gut. Sie sauber Zimmer jeden Tag, aber auf Intimität. Es gibt Rauchgerüche in unserem Halle, wenn die Nachbarn in ihrem Zimmer rauchen und das war ein großer Unbehagen für mich und mein 10-Monats-Kind. Die Parkplätze waren für uns eine Frage. Es gibt keine private Parkplätze für das Eigentum. Es ist nur, dass wir eine gute Woche im Hotel verblieben.

Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

AAnnelize LootsWhat a pleasant stay!! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable rooms and the service is exceptionally good. Friendly front desk, very attentive staff at the restaurant even the housekeeping staff is very helpful. I must commend the housekeeping for the super clean bathroom. Especially the shower. That is a first in a long time for me. The hotel is walking distance from the Kingdom tower. There is even a Meed shop on the way for any essentials. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

GGastnutzerI did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.
