Das Aloft Riyadh Hotel garantiert einen erfolgreichen Aufenthalt in Riyadh - nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom U-Bahnhof und auch schnelle Servicebars sind verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und geräumig, komfortable Betten und WiFi-Netze sind verfügbar. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht verlängert und es gab kein Problem, in demselben Zimmer zu bleiben, trotz separater, günstigerer Reservierungen.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ok, für Geschäftsreisen geeignet. Freunde, die hohe Ansprüche an die Umgebung und die Unterkunftsbedingungen haben, sollten andere Optionen wählen. Wenn es sich um eine Geschäftsreise handelt, ist es ok, wenn zwei Personen übernachten. Es gibt Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, aber es ist ein sehr einfaches lokales Frühstück, nicht für chinesische Mägen geeignet, aber es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ok.

Ok hotel. Location is not the best. Bad view from the room. But the receptionists are very nice.

Die Lage ist gut, und die Tiefgarage ist geräumig und schön. Da das Hotel neu ist, ist es sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, aber unnötig groß. Der einzige Nachteil ist der sehr langsame Check-in. Außerdem wurde mir ein unsauberes Zimmer zugewiesen, sodass ich zurückgehen musste, um das Zimmer zu wechseln. Auch das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend und entsprach nicht dem Ruf eines Best Western Hotels. Wenn nur das Frühstück verbessert würde, würde ich bei jeder Geschäftsreise gerne hier übernachten.

What a pleasant stay!! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable rooms and the service is exceptionally good. Friendly front desk, very attentive staff at the restaurant even the housekeeping staff is very helpful. I must commend the housekeeping for the super clean bathroom. Especially the shower. That is a first in a long time for me. The hotel is walking distance from the Kingdom tower. There is even a Meed shop on the way for any essentials. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

This property is located near many of Riyadh’s important landmarks and sights, which makes it easy to get around. The staff embodies the Saudi Arabian Culture’s friendliness and warm-heartedness. So much so that when I checked out, I asked the front desk man if I could take a “Koran” (having always wanted to read it) provided in the room, and he warmly presented it to me as a parting gift. Yes, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
