I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

Location : excellent many good restaurants around. Food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin, checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. Had to request to clean up. Overall room cleanliness is average. Stay here if you are looking for an option in whitefield and your budget is <3500

I recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light. The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated. One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done. The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.

Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

Während wir die Stadt Cox wandelten, haben wir dieses Hotel gesehen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für seinen hervorragenden Service von Sameer, er hat unsere Anfragen befriedigt. Selbst ihre Sicherheitsbeamte Zaheerul war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Hubby liebte die Dusche und ihre Toiletten. Kiddo die Küche. Ihre Hühner sandwich war smackvoll und frisch. Nur wünschen sie ein größeres Bett. Ruhe war alles perfekt, räumliche Taschentücher und wir reisen nicht Licht. Dass es ein relativ neues Hotel war es wert, da es Zugang zu allen erstaunlichen Orten in der Nähe von Fußgängern hat. Thoms Backwaren, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream Parlors und Essen Gelenke vor. Neben unten keine Aussichten von unserem Zimmer Balkon. Aber in einer gehungerten Stadt, die übersehen werden kann 😃 Auch wenn ihr Schreibtisch das Hotel anzuzeigen könnte, wäre das großartig. Aus den Städten wie uns könnten sich nicht bewusst sein. 5 Sterne sicher von uns.

Many things need improvement during the stay. The AC is not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. The flush in the bathroom is also not functioning well, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast menu is very limited with hardly any variety, which is disappointing for guests expecting a better start to the day. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to these issues. Immediate attention is needed to fix these problems and enhance guest comfort. Improving basic facilities and offering a more diverse breakfast menu would greatly improve the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

The room itself is quite nice. As soon as I walked in, I noticed an unpleasant smell. I asked the staff to spray some air freshener, which helped a bit. If you’re sensitive to odors, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here. The sofa wasn’t very clean either 😅 — there were visible stains on it. The TV was great though, and it has YouTube! The bedroom itself was comfortable. The air conditioner looked quite old, so I didn’t use it. Surprisingly, even with just the fan on, the room was still cool enough. The bathroom was decent, but I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries. Overall, the soundproofing isn’t very good, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the hotel room uses a traditional key instead of an automatic door lock. As for how safe that feels… I’ll let you decide. 🤣 Overall, for the price, I think the room offers pretty good value.
