Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

I appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the environment. However, the service did not meet my expectations. We experienced an issue with the staff regarding the breakfast rule, which I found unfair, especially considering my positive experiences at other hotels. Based on this, I am uncertain about returning to this branch. I would like to note, however, that the Heathrow branch of this same hotel provided excellent service during my stay in December 2025.

Schöne Orte und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Eincheckung war reibungslos, und das Frühstück war geschmackvoll und variiert. Das y Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam. Ich habe nicht versucht, das gesetzte Abendessen Menü,. Bestellt aus Snack Menü, das sehr carb-schwach war und auf der preiswerten Seite für das, was es war. Zimmer war komfortabel, aber Teppiche Dekor und Bad datiert, das war klar aus Fotos und anderen Bewertungen, so es war keine Überraschung. Leider wurde auf dem Badezimmerboden bei der Ankunft ein Kunststofffilm verwendet, der darauf hinweist, dass es nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Andernfalls können Sie sich nicht wirklich beschweren, vor allem wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen Ort zu entspannen sind

Sehr gutes Wohnerlebnis, obwohl die Lage etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist, entspricht der Preis auch den praktischen Punkten, und Einrichtungen, Umwelt, Service sind gut, neben dem Supermarkt gibt es einen Supermarkt, die Straße ist im Meer und ruhig. Bringe auch eine Bar. Empfehlung ～

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. On our last day here, I was having my breakfast till 10 am when the breakfast time came to an end. I asked one of the staff if I can take my tea to my room, the staff said yes. Other customers are taking drinks and food to home as well. While I was walking out of the restaurant, another staff walked past me and stared at the tea in my hand. She then rolled her eyes dramatically and let out a loud, dismissive ”tsk” sound.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und bietet Restaurants, Videospiele usw. Der Swimmingpool befindet sich gegenüber. Viele der Angestellten sind Asiaten.

One of the best Hotels I've stayed in. Big rooms, great beds. High quality service from staff. Brilliantly designed hotel decor and areas including the dining room. Fantastic Restaurant with great meals and a very good breakfast to enjoy. Great meal prices and value for money.

We were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and warm. The staff was very helpful in checking us in. Although we arrived an hour early, we were able to get into iur room with no hassle or extra fees. The lovation of the hotek was quite convenient as we were able to connect to major location seamlessly. We recommend

Wunderschöne Lage in Strandnähe und einem netten Dorf. Praktischerweise befindet sich die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Eingang. Der Pool war gut, aber für kleine Kinder etwas tief. Da es weder Ventilatoren noch eine Klimaanlage gab, war es nachts sehr heiß, sodass wir nicht gut geschlafen haben. Schönes, großes Familienzimmer.

Es war ok. Sauna hat nicht während des gesamten Aufenthalts gearbeitet, zweiter Tag Jazzucci hat aufhört zu arbeiten. Der Außenpool war flüchtig. Unser Zimmer fehlte Badewanne und Slips.
