This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced. The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle. if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service! I am really really glad to recall the days in this hotel!!!

I recently stayed at the Hotel Itajuba in Rio and had a generally positive experience. It's a solid choice for travelers looking for a well-located, large hotel with good value. Location: The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It is very well-connected to Rio's main attractions: · Christ the Redeemer: Approximately 6km away. A taxi costs around 20 BRL and takes about 20 minutes (Christ the Redeemer ticket 128 BRL per person). · Sugarloaf Mountain: Approximately 7km away. A taxi costs around 20 BRL and takes about 20 minutes (Ticket for sugarloaf is 195 BRL per person). . From Airport (GIG): About 20km away. A taxi cost me 50-60 BRL and the journey took about an hour (depending on traffic). There are also plenty of shops and restaurants for food and essentials in the immediate vicinity. Room & Amenities: The hotel itself is a large, 15-floor building. The rooms are adequate, clean, and provide the basic necessities. However, a notable downside for some travelers will be the lack of tea and coffee making facilities (kettle) in the room. The breakfast is available and has a decent spread, but it has significant limitations for vegetarian. Service: A standout feature was the exceptional service from the reception staff, specifically Marcos. They were incredibly helpful, provided excellent guidance for sightseeing, and were very kind and soft-spoken. Their assistance greatly improved my stay. Important Note for Vegetarians: Warning for vegetarian travelers: Options are extremely limited. Both the hotel breakfast and the nearby food shops offer very few vegetarian choices. I highly recommend bringing or buying your own snacks and food to ensure you have suitable meals. Considering the cost of taxis to attractions and the overall convenience, the hotel offers good value. The helpful staff adds significant value to the experience. Hotel Itajuba is a good, practical base for exploring Rio's famous landmarks. Its great location and wonderfully helpful staff are major positives.

Morgen Café-Zeit Wir haben einen Vorschlag gemacht, denn die Uhr 8:00 Uhr ist spät, wir sagen, dass das ideal wäre zumindest Anfang um 07:00 Uhr. Die Handtücher bei der Ankunft (es gab nur eine, ich musste eine andere nehmen und hatte kein Gesicht, gab das Bad an der Stelle) regelmäßig, Hauptschlaf im Austausch, setzten ein paar gut zerstörte Handtücher, hatte keine Badewanne, Wir mussten mit nassen Füßen auf den Boden gehen. Ein Kram!

Sie waren nur mit meiner Reservierung verwechselt, ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und sie gaben mir drei Einzelbetten, aber das Problem wurde schnell gelöst und alles war in Ordnung!

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement central, en plein cœur de la ville, dans une zone principalement commerciale, ce qui facilite les déplacements dans la capitale. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. Les services proposés, tels que le petit-déjeuner et les recouches quotidiennes, sont corrects, mais restent en deçà du niveau attendu pour un établissement classé 4 étoiles. En revanche, l’entretien des chambres, notamment des sanitaires, laisse à désirer. De plus, la rue menant de l’Arc jusqu’à l’hôtel est assez sale et fréquentée par de nombreux sans-abris, ce qui nuit à l’image des hôtels de cette catégorie situés dans le même secteur.

Für: + Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums Party (~10 Minuten Fahrt) - aber das ist nicht wichtig, weil Ubers verfügbar sind und der Ort ist nahe einem sehr schönen Strand und Hafen. + Mietwagen von Kajak kostenlos zu erkunden das Gebiet. + Manager war freundlich und half bei der Organisation von Reisen. + Das Hotel war sauber und eher minimalistische in der Design, aber gutes Design und schöne Gartenfläche. Kons: --- Zu teuer für das, was Sie erhalten. Siehe unten - Essen/Frühstück, Lärm, nicht alles rechtfertigt den Preis des Hotels. - Das Zimmer hat keine Fenster. Es ist nur eine große Holztür, die auf den Balkon öffnet. Nicht wirklich Meerblick. - Es ist sehr laut im Zimmer. Sie hören Gäste Frühstück. Sie hören Hunde in der Nacht. Sie hören den Hafen und ein sehr laut schüttelndes Pier. - Das Frühstück ist ziemlich enttäuschend für den Preis des Hotels. - Im Allgemeinen ist das Essen nicht wirklich selbstgefertigt (z. B. Pizza, Lasagne), alles in einem Ofen gemacht. Nur zu wenig Auswahl für den Preis. Wenn das Hotel billiger wäre, wäre es ok. - Es gibt nur eine Bar, wo man sich selbst mit Cocktails mischen kann. Es gibt jedoch keinen Bartender. Auch wenn man sich selbst mit Cocktails mischen kann, ist der Preis für eine Caprinha fast der gleiche wie in einer Bar.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Aufmerksames Personal, guter Service, saubere, helle Zimmer und auch geräumig! Es gibt zwei große Ganzkörperspiegel (ich liebe es). Die Lage ist günstig: Die U-Bahn, die Strände von Ipanema und Copacabana sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Frühstück wird in einem köstlichen Buffetformat serviert. Ich habe 10 Obst- und Beerenarten gezählt!

Ich weiß nicht, warum das Hotel so schlecht bewertet wurde, mir hat alles gefallen. Sauberes Bett, warme und heiße Dusche (nicht kühl, nicht kalt, genau das Richtige), Klimaanlage, 24-Stunden-Rezeption, Lage in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs (morgens 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi). Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich früh morgens abgereist bin (da das Personal später kommt, konnte ich mich nicht für die Reise fertig machen). Vielen Dank

Check in was nice, we arrived earlier and they allowed us to leave our luggage which was very nice. The bedroom was spotless and the bathroom MASSIVE, plenty of space. The pool and service were very nice, sunny and spacious. That elevator was like getting into a 100 floors building because it was FAST. Breakfast was excellent, there were a lot of options and a good thing about this hotel is that it's just 30 seconds away from Cinelandia train station which will take you almost everywhere in Rio for just 1.30 USD. Now, the area although was carnival week and there were a lot of tourists, you do feel it kinda dangerous to walkby. The lobby staff WILL let you know to hide your cellphone and keep attention at your surroundings. Returning from the carnival we were almost rob just feet away from the hotel but nothing serious, this because during this week ALMOST everything in Rio is closed including some stations between 8pm and 6am. So, keep your eyes open. Uber gets really easy to the location and is very cheap actually. To be honest, the hotel was great, an amazing way to start our vacations through Brazil.
