Der Gesamtaufenthalt ist ok. Need for improvement - Front Desk sollte untergebracht sein - Hotel sollte uns vorab informieren, wenn sie nicht zulassen, OR wenn die Buchung ist online. In unserem Fall, Manager sollte die einzige, die Szenarien oder Beschwerden zu bearbeiten, aber in unserer Situation, sie ist nicht in der Lage, mit uns zu sprechen und Protokolle erklären.

The lobby was spacious and relaxing. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was amazing, every single day was different. I love that they also served taho (with the original flavor and ube and strawberry flavors too). We stayed there for 3 nights. It was good, especially that it’s just close to town. I’m not sure about the experience of other guests, but we’ll definitely come back. We felt relaxed and I loved the view from the balcony. Kudos!

While the hotel has a lot of positives, there were a few factors that made my stay less than ideal. First, the location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling by bus, as it’s right next to the bus station. However, that proximity comes with some downsides. It’s quite noisy at night, with people blowing whistles and random noise from the street. What really stood out was someone blasting techno music at 6 AM—definitely not the wake-up call I was hoping for. On the plus side, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety, and the quality was better than expected for a hotel breakfast. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place to stay with a good breakfast, Microtel delivers. Just be prepared for some noise if you’re a light sleeper, especially early in the morning.

This boutique hotel delivered on its promise of a tranquil escape. My search for accommodations away from the city center, prioritizing peace and serenity, was fully satisfied. The hotel offered precisely what I envisioned: a quiet, serene atmosphere with a balcony and a picturesque view of fog-shrouded trees. It was the perfect retreat. While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option. A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience. For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

Dies ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer sauberen und schönen Umgebung und Einrichtungen. Die Wachen und das Personal sind auch sehr warmherzig und höflich. Es gibt rund um die Uhr sehr heißes Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Obwohl die Lage ein Traum ist Etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem höchsten Punkt des Hügels, die Landschaft vor dem Fenster ist wunderschön, es fühlt sich an wie ein Urlaub auf einem Gutshof Abschließend möchte ich Herrn The Hotel Counter danken, der mir gestern sehr freundlich beim Einchecken geholfen hat. Mein Englisch ist nicht sehr gut. Er war sogar bereit, auf seinem Handy zu tippen und zu übersetzen, um mir zu helfen, es zu erklären. Ich habe fast 30 gebraucht Minuten nur für ihn, was mich sehr berührt hat. Abschließend kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen, zu reisen und zu bleiben. Dies ist ein sehr kostengünstiges Hotel, in dem Sie sich im Urlaub entspannt fühlen können. Ich gebe ihm 95 Punkte

Die Roller-Gräte waren schwer zu navigieren. Wir müssen den Front-Desk zu rufen, um sie Technologie zu schicken, um sie zu reparieren - es ist wirklich fehlerhaft, wie er eine Abhilfe gemacht hat, indem er Gewebe, um es zu arbeiten, wie es sollte. Es gibt andere Hotels in Baguio mit besserem Wert

The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

Front desk are accommodating,. The check in is fast and even check out. Kids friendly too. However there is not much menu to choose for breakfast. Overall it's still a good place to stay. The room is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.

There are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. 456 hotel ambiance has a good sophisticated designs, thats makes everyone take selfies in every corner of the hotel's atrium.. the room is good and has complete amenities.good and accomodating staff's. i highly recommend it to travellers.
