The staff were very helpful even though it was nearly the end of the season. My room on the first floor (no lift) had an electric kettle and mugs, a small refrigerator and a hair dryer. It was a double room with a balcony. (I was on my own but there is no discount for single occupancy, but this appears to be normal everywhere). The room might seem small to some, but I found it's compact design, including large walk in shower, separate wash basin and separate toilet, very acceptable. Maps of the island and the town are provided in reception. The guest house is very close to the town centre, a short walk down a little hill and you are immediately in all the little streets that run down towards the port and front. There are many cafes and restaurants on the front, just be aware you will always pay more to drink or eat at these and there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a little inland. Think twice about hiring a car because the bus service is excellent. NB This is for Trip.com: you were not very helpful when I received a message regarding opening times for reception, which meant my flight would arrive too late in the afternoon to get into 8Kto. I used your live chat and was told to use the 8Kto number to which I could never get a response. I tried live chat again and was assured that you would find out what I should do before my arrival date (mid-September) - you never did. Using the net I finally found an email address for the guest house and they immediately responded to my message, giving me instructions on how to get in and find my room when I arrive. Surely you should have been able to give me the email address in the first place, especially as you advertise your service as always giving immediate support to travellers.

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Klöster, die wir besuchen möchten. Unser Zimmer hat einen Balkon und eine schöne Aussicht. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug im Gebäude, sodass wir mit schwerem Gepäck keine Treppen steigen müssen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Frühstücksbuffets. Wir kamen vor der Check-in-Zeit an, gegen 14 Uhr, an der Rezeption war niemand. Wir gingen nach dem Mittagessen zurück und konnten einchecken. Vielleicht hätten wir sie informieren sollen, dass wir vor 15 Uhr ankommen.

Mir gefällt das Retro-Hotel sehr gut. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, ist der Service des Hotels genau wie in den britischen Filmen. Die Umgebung innerhalb und außerhalb des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Tür ist einfach und elegant und das Äußere ist malerisch. Das Ambiente des Frühstücksrestaurants ist sehr gut, das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig, das Servicepersonal ist ebenfalls aufmerksam und elegant, das gesamte Essensumfeld ist recht zufriedenstellend.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.

Das Hotel ist perfekt am Anfang der Tour zum Meteora. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind über die Straße verfügbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. Frühstück war großartig mit schmackhaft griechisches Essen. Der Gastgeber gab uns detaillierte Informationen über das, was zu tun und zu sehen in Meteora.

The hotel is very nicely located by the beach. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful with us. I totally recommend. We had a great experience though we were in off season so during summer we believe it would be a bit more crowded. Breakfast was very nice and all the people very kind.

Schöne Lage, einfach zu gehen in die Stadt und überall. Das einzige Problem ist das kleine Badezimmer. Sie müssen schlank sein, sonst müssen Sie in die Dusche, dann schließen Sie die Badezimmertür. Duschegarten waren zu kurz. Alles Wasser auf dem Boden, wenn duschen. Im Bad kann kein Badmach sein.

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Hilfe und freundliches Personal. Die Lage war sehr bequem und in Spazierweiterung vom Zentrum und Hafen von Volos und großen Restaurants und Kaffeegeschäften. Leckeres Frühstück und saubere Umgebung. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und mit vielen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Wird sicher wieder besuchen.
