Stayed in this hotel for a one night business trip stay over. If you’re looking for something with a little character this is a great place to stay . Central Newcastle , right next to the central train station and Metro entrance, a little bit of elegance. A lovely entrance foyer ( decorated with an amazing Christmas tree) with large chandeliers and helpful staff at check in. Finding my room was a bit of an adventure , but part of the charm of a historic building . My room was clean , quiet , mini fridge , kettle and tea/coffee , tv , surprisingly good bathroom and comfortable bed. I had a good English breakfast in the morning , and again the staff were lovely. I thought it was very good value , and I would stay again .

Lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, nice shower/bathroom and we enjoyed the street view of the town. Super location especially for the train station and town centre. My sons enjoyed the gym and their breakfast!

The hotel’s location is great, which only minute’s walk from central station. The service is fine and the room is big. However, the wall of the room is just like a ‘paper’, we can clearly hear the outside noise. It’s really noisy and the cleaning staff even works from early morning and really disturb us to sleep. Also, they just use the key to open our door without asking or checking if we are still in the room and sleep, which is only 9am. Besides, the bathroom’s water sound is so loud and almost influenced us for a whole night. Overall, it is a not recommended place to live if you want to have a quiet and safe sleeping environment.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we were greeted by friendly staff both times we had no problems with the rooms food also in restaurant was nice no complaints either all in all our stay was made friendly.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort. Geschmückt besser durch das angenehme und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich wollte mich um Parkplätze kümmern, da ich an einer Veranstaltung teilnahm und die Person, die das Telefon antwortete, konnte nicht brillanter gewesen sein. This is the second time I've stayed here and I'll probably continue to now, having been coming up to Newcastle for 10+ years to visit friends this is probably the most pleasant and well-priced place I've stayed in. Ich empfehle diesen Ort wirklich. Ich habe viel lieber auf der Seite der Straße bleiben, wo Sie hinein prüfen, obwohl das mein einziger Punkt für die nächste Zeit, wenn ich aufkomme.

Stayed here many times with work. Excellent location, super friendly staff and amazingly clean. Great value for money. Restaurant inside and bar which is a little expensive for what it is but there is a pub and carvery across the road (2mins walk). Parking is free and there is always loads of it. The hotel itself is on a bit of a retail park which can get busy at times but I’ve never struggled to park and I’ve stayed here at least 40 nights since April. I don’t write reviews to be fair. But credit where it is due.

Das Hotel ist großartig für einen Preis ohne Frills über Nacht Aufenthalt. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genießbare Bar-Bereich mit Lebensmitteln zur Verfügung. Es war unsaisonal warm über Nacht, als wir geblieben waren, daher war das Zimmer extrem warm, keine Klimaanlage. Reine und komfortable Zimmer mit dem, was Sie für einen schnellen Aufenthalt benötigen.
