The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and forth like this is really frustrating.

Sheila war freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend, und auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel wurde kürzlich renoviert. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool ist mir etwas zu klein, er ist schätzungsweise 18 Meter lang. Das Frühstück ist einfach und gut. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und öffnet nach dem Frühstück mit Kaffee, kleinen Snacks und Obst. Der Mitarbeiter, Mark L., ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.

會議所在酒店，但是代理跟酒店之間出了bug，有一個房間無法入住，溝通了很久，前台服務態度不太好，後台電話也打不通。幸好跟攜程很好地協商解決了。 房間比較小，設定也比較老，畢竟是百年酒店～洗護都是了le labo的，但是不錯。 早餐廳不是自助餐，介紹標註有誤。點餐上菜十分慢，可能是鬆弛感吧。 酒店的位置呢，但是挺好。就在鐺鐺車路線附近，過一兩個街口就是盜夢空間機位。

Loved every bit of my stay here. Every staff I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful. The room is slightly dated but the attentive housekeeping definitely made up for it. Location wise it’s convenient and close to major spots in the city. You might find homeless people a few blocks away from the hotel but it’s common in the neighborhood and the hotel staff and security made me feel safe once entering the hotel area.

I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.
