Der Empfangsmann, denke ich, heißt Luke. Er ging über und darüber hinaus für uns, seine Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet und konnte nicht mehr helfen und sicherstellen, dass unser Aufenthalt das Beste war, was wir hätten! Danke! Nur denken, dass es nicht 5/5 war die Einrichtungen im Zimmer - die meisten waren leer. Aber das ist auf der Suche nach einem Fehler. Große Lage Schönes Hotel Einige Zimmer sind etwas dateiert, aber sauber. Würde zurückkehren und empfehlen.

Großer Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Nottingham! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, seit ich ankam. Mein Zimmer war unspottlos und sehr komfortabel. Insgesamt, eine wirklich angenehme ErfahrungIch hätte sicher hier wieder bleiben! ”

The location was convenient and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our original room was next to the elevator and was quite noisy, but they helped us change to another room quickly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We found a very large spider in the room, which was unpleasant. The hotel also provides luggage storage service, but there was no dedicated storage area, so it did not feel very secure. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.

Wir waren sehr früh in Nottingham, und wir haben die Mitarbeiter gebeten, zu sehen, ob wir frühzeitig überprüfen können. Es ist ein schöner Ort zu bleiben. Der Empfänger ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und großartig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und sorgfältig. Haushalter sind sehr respektvoll und arbeiten mit Leidenschaft.

Schönes Hotel - konnte nicht eine bessere Lage leider nach der Größe des Zimmers (Badezimmer war ok) aber das Schlafzimmer war sehr eng. Das schlimmste Problem war weit entfernt von der Arbeitsklimaanlage. Es war eine heiße Nacht und obwohl es in dem Zimmer eine Luftkon-Einheit war, konnten wir es nicht zu arbeiten, egal was wir versucht haben. Aufgrund der Wärme war Schlaf während unseres Aufenthalts eine knappe Ware. Wenn wir mehr als eine Nacht gebucht hätten, hätte ich nicht mehr in diesem Zimmer geschlafen, wenn es keine Luftkoni arbeitet.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel itself was well maintained and had a pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. Although my stay was only for one night, it was a very positive experience. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt! Unser Zimmer war spotless, die Betten komfortabel und das Personal extrem angenehm. Wir genossen die Nutzung des Pools. Es war sehr ruhig bei der Nacht angesichts seiner Lage. Perfekt!

We stayed here on 20–21 June and overall had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The room was clean and comfortable as well. The only small issue was that it could be a bit noisy at night since the hotel is close to the street. Other than that, everything was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room size was great. We loved that the air con worked well and all amenities listed were available. The breakfast was excellent value for money as well.
