MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

MMacDouggalHotel ist wahrscheinlich die beste Lage im Dezember, da Parkplätze nicht in diesem Monat durchgesetzt. Andere Zeiten, Sie brauchen einen Shuttle zum Hotel von entfernten Parkplätze. Lage ist Geschmack im Zentrum der Stadt.
Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war großartig. Der Spa sieht schön aus, aber wir haben nicht teilgenommen. Das Hotel hat ein großes Vintagegefühl, wie es wirklich original ist. Wir lieben den Hardwood Trim, den Cage Desk-Agent und die einfache Kontrolle -in. Sicherlich eine Reise in die Geschichte. Der Aufzug war klein und schmerzlich slo w, so auch nach einer langen Wartezeit war es eine gute Chance, dass Sie nicht aufgrund anderer Gäste (und viele Hunde) füllen konnten. Keine große Menge, da es keine Notwendigkeit, überall zu laufen.
Ah, das Zimmer. Interessante hartholzbett, das ziemlich komfortabel war. riesig mit unglaublich hohen Decken. Leider geht es um dies für positive. Wand a/c und Wärme weit entfernt, aber sehr laut. Das Badezimmer war neu, aber schrecklich gestaltetI’m sicher von den Einschränkungen des vintage Raums. Das Toilette war seltsam auf einer kleinen Plattform zu klein für jede Funktion. Der Dusch war auch sehr klein mit einer sehr langen Warte auf heißes Wasser und keine Geschwindigkeitskontrolle Sie wissen, ein einziger Hebel mit kaltem neben dem Aus- und rotiert zu heiß. Wasserdruck war schwach und ich bin froh, dass ich nur eine benötigt. Ich war kein Fan der günstigen Renovierungsversuche, die den Stil der Room modernen Chrom-Hardware neben der antiken Bronze völlig fehlgeschlagen. Zu schlecht, wer dies erlaubt, war mehr besorgt über Kosten mehr als Authentizität.
Der Sänke war im Schlafzimmer ohne das geringste Stück Privatsphäre. Der Spiegel über dem Sänke war so hoch, meine 5’3 Frau musste ihr Telefon auf der Schale verwenden, um sich selbst zu sehen. Auch mein 6’4 Selbst hatte nur den Obersten des Kopfes; die Mitte des Spiegels war 6’6“ hoch. Sehr schlechte Positionierung.
Alles in allem, ein tolles Hotel mit einigen merkwürdigen Quirks, aber ich würde wieder bleiben. Es ist ein schönes Gebäude.

GGastnutzerIch hatte eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machte mich das Personal willkommen und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt bequem war. Das Zimmer war spotless, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was ich brauchte. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, und ich schätze die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Dekoration und Einrichtungen.
Die Einrichtungen waren top-notch ruhig, entspannend und perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Was wirklich herauskam war das Frühstück. Es war phänomenal! Es gab eine breite Palette von frischen, hochwertigen Optionen, von heißen Gerichten bis zu frischem Obst und Gemüse. Sie machen sogar frische, angenehme Omeletten. Alles war lecker, und die Präsentation war ausgezeichnet.
Insgesamt überstieg dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall meine Erwartungen. Ich empfehle es jedem, einen erinnerebaren und hartnäckigen Aufenthalt zu suchen. Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren!

GGastnutzerFamily favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos!

MMJLoRuBest place to stay at in Eureka Springs, AR. Very strategically located - within a couple of minutes from Lovell Estate & Winery, Downtown, etc. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel's pool was better than the pictures. We loved that they also had a recreation area with mini golf, billiards, soccer pool, air hockey, and corn hole. The mini golf is the only thing that cost money $0.25/ball that you can conveniently get from the machine, and the billiards was $1, air hockey was $0.75! Everything else was free to play! This place was very kid-friendly. We messaged the hotel in advance about getting a crib and they had it ready in the room upon our arrival.

GGastnutzerThe important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

GGastnutzerIch war sehr zufrieden mit allem, was ich in diesem Hotel erlebt habe, außer einer Sache, die ich einem Vorderbüro Mitarbeiter ausdrückte: Es gibt eine Außenmüll kann nahe dem Haupteingang, der mit Müll überflüssig wurde, bis zum Punkt, wo es war Auf dem Boden, und der Aschenraube auf dem oberen war nie leer während meines 3 Nachtaufenthalts. Die Antwort, die ich erhalten habe, war, dass die Eigentümer keinen Hausmeister anstellen würden, um an dieser und anderen Aufgaben teilzunehmen, und niemand anderes wird dazu beauftragt. Unzulässig. Es muss etwas getan werden, um sicherzustellen, dass dies sofort korrigiert wird.

GGastnutzerWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.
