Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

Here’s a detailed look at my experience: Positives Modern and Proper The hotel maintains a contemporary feel and ensures that it doesn’t fall into the ‘outdated’ category, which is a common issue in the region. The facilities and the decor are well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for guests. Diverse and Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast at Hotel Nava is a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious foods. Whether you’re into local or international cuisine, the breakfast caters to different tastes and is a delightful way to start the day. Convenient Parking Options: The hotel offers convenient parking options, including spots in front of the hotel and areas close to the rooms that are especially convenient for guests staying on the second floor. This thoughtful arrangement adds a layer of convenience for guests, particularly those with a lot of luggage or those who prefer easy access to their vehicles. Negatives: Musty Room Odor: One downside was the musty smell in the room, which could be attributed to poor drainage or perhaps the room being unoccupied for a prolonged period without proper ventilation. This issue could detract from the comfort of the stay and might need immediate attention. Breakfast Management: Despite the quality of the breakfast food, the management and communication regarding breakfast arrangements could use improvement. Guests were not well-informed the day before about the breakfast setup, especially when accommodating large groups. On days when the hotel is fully booked or hosting groups, the restaurant either closes down or guests are asked to wait or opt for takeaway. Ideally, guests should be informed in advance to select breakfast timings, with separate arrangements made for groups to avoid overcrowding and ensure everyone enjoys their breakfast comfortably.

Abrikri Village hat während unseres Aufenthalts in Dieng, Wonosobo hervorragende Dienstleistungen erbracht. Aus dem Vorabdienst, als der Mitarbeiter mich persönlich kontaktiert hat, um unsere Reservierung für 16 Personen zu unterstützen, vor allem, wenn ich ihre Hilfe gebeten habe, unser Frühstücksmodus auf 2AM aufgrund unserer spezifischen Agenda zu arrangieren. Als wir in das Dorf Abriki angekommen waren, waren sie sehr reaktiv, unsere Reservierung zu bekommen, indem sie die Eincheckung ohne Hazard. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt, zeigten eine echte Identität der javanischen welt-Services. Die Villa ist eigentlich sogar noch besser als die Bilder. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, vor allem die Drei-Zimmer-Villa und die Zwei-Zimmer-Villa. Die Innen- und Außenanlagen funktionieren ohne Probleme ordnungsgemäß. Unsere Familie hatte auch keine Fragen auf dem bereitgestellten WiFi, da es in allen Bereichen der Villa zugänglich ist. Was das Frühstück anbelangt, so ist das Frühstücksmenü zwar sehr standardisiert, da es den grundlegenden indonesischen Buffetstil dient, doch unsere Familie genossen wirklich das Essen und Getränke, die geliefert wurden. Die Lage für die Villa ist auch bequem, da es 5 Minuten von Alun-alun von Wonosobo City und 40-50 Minuten zu erreichen Puncak Sikunir Dieng. Für mich persönlich verdient diese Villa eine 5-star aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen und Lagen. Allerdings gibt es noch Verbesserungsräume, wie zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Netflix für jedes Zimmer, mehr Varianten von Frühstücksoption, und der Balkon/Terrasse von 3-bedroom und 2-bedroom Villa’s Eingang, die ein Dach haben sollte, das uns vom Regen abdecken würde bei der Einreise in die Villa. Wenn ich jedoch wieder nach Dieng, Wonosobo, zurückkehren könnte, wäre ich sicherlich froh, wieder im Dorf Abriki zu bleiben. Das ist sicher. Der erste Eindruck ist strikingdas Außen ist unschädlich, mit einem Gefühl der Sorge, das sofort den Ton setzt. Step ins Haus, und dass gleiche Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details hält unschäumlich in die Zimmer. Sie sind unspottlos, gedacht und nach einem Standard gehalten, der in einer gut bewerteten internationalen 4-star Eigenschaft nicht aus dem Platz fühlt. Was wirklich die Erfahrung erhöht, ist jedoch das Management und Eigentum hinter allem. Es gibt eine bemerkenswerte Präzision, wie alles funktioniertvon der reibungslosen Eincheckung Prozess bis zur allgemeinen Atmosphäre der ruhigen Effizienz. Es ist klar, dass jemand die feinsten Punkte, die viele Hotels ignorieren, genau beachtet. Die Mitarbeiter verdienen eine besondere Anerkennung. Sie sind konsequent polit, professionell und beeindruckend effizient, ohne jemals zu fühlen, beschleunigt oder unpersönlich. Die Service hier schlägt das seltene Gleichgewicht zwischen Wärme und Kompetenz. Das Frühstück ist ein weiteres Highlight wirklich außergewöhnlich. Qualität, Vielfalt und Präsentation gehen über das hinaus, was man in dieser Ebene typisch erwarten würde, was oft ein Routinemahl in etwas zu verwandeln, um jeden Morgen zu warten. Lokalisierung - weise, es ist schwer zu brechen. Perfekt positioniert für die Erforschung Solo, alles fühlt sich bequem in Reichweite. Alles in Betracht gezogen, ist die Rating 3-star wirklich überraschend. Nach internationalen Standards funktioniert dieses Hotel komfortabel auf einem Niveau 4-star, wenn nicht über bestimmte Aspekte hinaus. FIM von Zigna ist ein standhaftes Beispiel für das, was passiert, wenn starke Management, Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und echte Pflege für die Gäste Erfahrung zusammenkommen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee, was eine nette Geste ist. Was mir jedoch nicht gefiel, war die große Anzahl an Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück. Ich hatte das Gefühl, sie würden unser Essen zu genau beobachten, was mir unangenehm war – fast so, als ob sie dachten, wir würden etwas stehlen. Es wäre besser, wenn sich die Gäste entspannter und vertrauenswürdiger fühlen würden.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

Ein schönes und komfortables Hotel in schickem und modernem Design direkt neben der DP Mall Semarang. Es ist ein 3-Sterne-Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente, sauber und ordentlich. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Familien, die die Stadt und ihre Umgebung erkunden möchten, da die Zimmer im Zentrum von Semarang und in Gehweite zum berühmten Touristenziel Lawang Sewu liegen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber und komfortabel und verfügen über die üblichen Annehmlichkeiten. Bei weiteren Wünschen können Sie das Hotelpersonal fragen oder anrufen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und wechselt täglich. Geschmacklich ist es ok, aber für das Frühstück gut genug. Probieren Sie auch die andere Speisekarte des Restaurants, sie bietet viele Optionen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Lobby ist cool mit Billardtisch und gemütlichen Sofas – hier können Sie stundenlang arbeiten oder mit Ihrem Laptop Ihre eigenen Sachen machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Lebensmittel finden Sie direkt neben dem Hotel, da die DP Mall angeschlossen ist, von morgens bis Mitternacht. Die Lage ist auch ganz in der Nähe aller anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touristenattraktionen der Stadt, sodass Sie sich leicht fortbewegen können. Und schließlich sind die Mitarbeiter großartig und höflich und bieten eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft 👍🏻

This is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
